Description
- The present application generally relates to electronic cigarettes, and more particularly, to a heat not burn electronic cigarette device and assembly.
- There are several heat not burn electronic cigarette related products in the current market. Most of them use special cigarettes as heating object. The size of the special cigarettes is about one-third of that of the traditional cigarette, and the special cigarettes are filled with compound tobacco rolls. They are created for heat not burn electronic cigarette devices use only.
- Those special cigarettes work well for some customers. However, the heavy smokers, especially those who are used to the taste of traditional combustion cigarette, cannot be satisfied due to the size of the special cigarettes.
- On the other hand, there is no heat not burn electronic cigarette related product that heats up the cannabis joint. Applying heat not burn technology on traditional cigarette and cannabis joint is difficult because (1) traditional tobacco and marijuana are not designed for the heat not burn electronic cigarette device use. The heat not burn electronic cigarette device cannot produce enough vapor from the traditional tobacco and marijuana through the low heat warming process; (2) in order to heat up a full size cigarette, the size of both battery and heating component must be tripled, making the device to become oversized; (3) the heating component widely used on the heat not burn electronic cigarette devices cannot heat up the traditional cigarette evenly. As the result, part of the cigarette may be burned while the other part may remain unheated; (4) traditional cigarettes are too easy to break in the device due to its longer and more fragile features. As such, it is harder for the user to take out the broken cigarette; and (5) the filter on a traditional cigarette could only stand the temperate of up to 200° F. However, the temperature for the filter of the heat not burn electronic cigarette can reach up to 300° F., which will melt the filter of the traditional cigarette. Therefore, there remains a need for a heat not burn electronic cigarette device and assembly to overcome the problems stated above, and allow the user to clean it easily and provide an improved heating quality.
