The softened animal skin is conveyed to a first supporting plate 601 and a second supporting plate 602, and an external cold water conveying pipe injects cold water into a second water tank 604 and cleans the animal skin through a second nozzle 605; the fifth electric push rod 607 pulls the second support plate 602, and due to the arrangement of the hinge 603, the first support plate 601 and the second support plate 602 rotate while sliding in the fifth sliding groove 606 and the sixth sliding groove 608, so that the first support plate 601 and the second support plate 602 start to fold the animal skin in half, and the extrusion of redundant water is realized; then, a fifth electric push rod 607 pushes a second support plate 602 to return, so that the first support plate 601 and the second support plate 602 are horizontally placed, a sixth electric push rod 609 pushes a first hook 6010, a seventh electric push rod 6011 pushes a second hook 6012, the two groups of hooks move forward simultaneously to hook the animal skin with the excessive moisture removed, then a sixth electric push rod 609 and a seventh electric push rod 6011 return to convey the animal skin to a first hob 6014, a tenth driving wheel 6013 is arranged below the sixth electric push rod 609, and the fifth driving wheel 504 drives the tenth driving wheel 6013, so that power transmission between the systems is realized; a tenth transmission wheel 6013 drives the first hob 6014 to rotate to transmit a third gear 6015, the third gear 6015 is meshed with a fourth gear 6016 to drive a second hob 6017 to rotate, the directions of the first hob 6014 and the second hob 6017 are opposite, and the animal skin is cut into strips; the animal skin falls to a second conveyor belt 6019, a tenth driving wheel 6013 drives an eleventh driving wheel 6018 to drive the second conveyor belt 6019 to run, and the cut animal skin is conveyed; the sterilization component 6020 generates heat and performs sterilization treatment on the animal skin at high temperature; the system washes off the softened solution from the animal skin, then folds and extrudes the animal skin to separate from redundant water, and then strips are cut, so that the pre-making of the pet food is realized.
The first nozzle 307 and the second nozzle 605 are provided with five groups.
The animal skin is uniformly sprayed with hot water and cold water.
The pointed cone on the hole pricking device 3018 and the fixing plate are obliquely arranged.

By realizing power transmission of the fifth bevel gear 5016 and the sixth bevel gear 5021, raising and lowering of the first screen segment 5035 is realized.
The fifth sliding groove 606 and the sixth sliding groove 608 are not slotted all the way, and the middle small section is not slotted.
The non-slotted middle part ensures that the first support plate 601 and the second support plate 602 do not shift.
