外置式导电线缆连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及导电线缆连接结构,具体为一种外置式导电线缆连接器。
背景技术
为解决现有技术中多种接线结构存在耗材、费时、氧化造成的安装不牢固、接口升温裂开等的不足,本申请人提出了一种《导电线缆连接装置》发明申请(公布号为CN104347964A)。
所述《导电线缆连接装置》发明申请,其技术方案包括夹持件,夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套和导电接线耳或导电接线套,导电锥形收缩套和导电接线耳上开设的锥形挤压孔配合锁紧线芯,两个相对而置的导电锥形收缩套与导电接线套两端的锥形套孔相互挤紧锁紧线芯。
特别是导电接线耳,是一种常规的导电线缆连接件,已作为一种标准连接件而在行业中广泛存在,《导电线缆连接装置》发明申请中,导电接线耳需进一步对其耳孔进行扩锥孔的后续加工,增加了多余工序,在使用上造成不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出了一种将导电线缆连接标准件直接用于接线的外置式导电线缆连接器。
能够解决上述技术问题的外置式导电线缆连接器,其技术方案一包括夹持件和导电接线耳以及锁紧螺套,所述导电接线耳的套头开设有外螺纹,所述夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套,所不同的是所述锁紧螺套的套孔为同轴的内螺纹孔和锥孔,导电线缆的线芯穿过锁紧螺套的套孔并置于导电接线耳套头端的套孔内,所述导电锥形收缩套套装于线芯并置于锁紧螺套的套孔中,锁紧螺套旋合于导电接线耳的套头,旋进的锁紧螺套将导电锥形收缩套轴向抵于导电接线耳的套头端后再径向收缩导电锥形收缩套而夹紧线芯。
能够解决上述技术问题的外置式导电线缆连接器,其技术方案二包括夹持件和导电接线套以及锁紧螺套,所述导电接线套的两端套头均开设有外螺纹,所述夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套,所不同的是所述锁紧螺套的套孔为同轴的内螺纹孔和锥孔,左、右导电线缆的线芯分别穿过左、右锁紧螺套的套孔并置于导电接线套左、右端的管孔内,左、右导电锥形收缩套套装于左、右线芯并分别置于左、右锁紧螺套的套孔中,各锁紧螺套旋合于导电接线套的对应套头,旋进的锁紧螺套将对应的导电锥形收缩套轴向抵于导电接线套的套头端后再径向收缩导电锥形收缩套而夹紧对应的线芯。
能够解决上述技术问题的外置式导电线缆连接器,其技术方案三包括夹持件和导电接线三通管以及锁紧螺套,所述导电接线三通管的各端管头均开设有外螺纹,所述夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套,所不同的是所述锁紧螺套的套孔为同轴的内螺纹孔和锥孔,三根导电线缆的线芯穿过三个锁紧螺套的套孔并置于导电接线三通管的三个管孔内,三个导电锥形收缩套套装于三根线芯并置于三个锁紧螺套的套孔中,各锁紧螺套旋合于导电接线三通管的对应套头,旋进的锁紧螺套将对应的导电锥形收缩套轴向抵于导电接线三通管的套头端后再径向收缩导电锥形收缩套而夹紧对应的线芯。
进一步,所述导电锥形收缩套的大锥头端厚度大于或等于小锥头端厚度。
进一步,所述外螺纹长度大于内螺纹孔长度。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明外置式导电线缆连接器采用将导电锥形收缩套于导电接线耳、导电接线套、导电接线三通管外的锁紧螺套内,所述锁紧螺套与导电接线耳、导电接线套、导电接线三通管以螺纹旋合方式连接从而夹紧导电线缆的线芯,实现导电线缆的线芯与导电接线耳、导电接线套、导电接线三通管牢固连接。
2、本发明结构中,导电接线耳、导电接线套、导电接线三通管均为行业标准件,即购即用,避免了对导电接线耳、导电接线套、导电接线三通管的深度加工,加快了作业进度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明外置式导电线缆连接器,第一种实施方式为:
外置式导电线缆连接器包括导电接线耳1、夹持件和锁紧螺套3,所述导电接线耳1的前端套头上开设有外螺纹,导电接线耳1的后端为开设有螺栓孔的紧固扁位,导电接线耳1的套头端开设有同轴套孔(未贯通导电接线耳 1);所述夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套2,所述导电锥形收缩套2的大锥头端厚度大于小锥头端厚度;所述锁紧螺套3的套孔为同轴的内螺纹孔和锥孔,锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔匹配导电接线耳1套头上的外螺纹且内螺纹孔长度短于外螺纹长度,所述锥孔的大孔端与内螺纹孔相通且孔径小于内螺纹孔径,锥孔的锥度匹配导电锥形收缩套2的锥度,如图1、图2 所示。
上述结构中,导电接线耳1与导电线缆的线芯4的连接方式为:
1、导电锥形收缩套2置于锁紧螺套3的套孔内,导电锥形收缩套2的小头端配合于套孔的锥孔内,导电锥形收缩套2的大头端处于套孔的内螺纹孔中。
2、导电线缆的线芯4穿过锁紧螺套3的锥孔和导电锥形收缩套2的套孔后从锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔穿出并置于导电接线耳1套头端的套孔中。
3、锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔旋合于导电接线耳1套头的外螺纹上,在锁紧螺套3的旋进过程中,锁紧螺套3先将导电锥形收缩套2轴向抵止于导电接线耳1的套头端上,然后锁紧螺套3在导电锥形收缩套2上轴向移动,移动过程中锁紧螺套3不断径向收缩导电锥形收缩套2而将导电线缆的线芯4夹紧。
本发明外置式导电线缆连接器,第二种实施方式为:
外置式导电线缆连接器包括导电接线套5、两个夹持件和两个锁紧螺套 3,所述导电接线套5左、右两端套头上均开设有外螺纹;各夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套2,各导电锥形收缩套2的大锥头端厚度大于小锥头端厚度;各锁紧螺套3的套孔为同轴的内螺纹孔和锥孔,锁紧螺套3 的内螺纹孔匹配导电接线套5套头上的外螺纹且内螺纹孔长度短于外螺纹长度,所述锥孔的大孔端与内螺纹孔相通且孔径小于内螺纹孔径,锥孔的锥度匹配导电锥形收缩套2的锥度,如图3、图4所示。
上述结构中,导电接线套5与左、右导电线缆的线芯4的连接方式为:
1、左、右导电锥形收缩套2分别置于左、右锁紧螺套3的套孔内,各导电锥形收缩套2的小头端配合于对应套孔的锥孔内,各导电锥形收缩套2的大头端处于对应套孔的内螺纹孔中。
2、左端导电线缆的线芯4穿过左端锁紧螺套3的锥孔和左端导电锥形收缩套2的套孔后从左端锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔穿出并置于导电接线套5的左端套孔中;右端导电线缆的线芯4穿过右端锁紧螺套3的锥孔和右端导电锥形收缩套2的套孔后从右端锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔穿出并置于导电接线套5 的右端套孔中。
3、左、右锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔分别旋合于导电接线套5左、右套头的外螺纹上,在各锁紧螺套3的旋进过程中,各锁紧螺套3先将对应的导电锥形收缩套2轴向抵止于导电接线套5对应的套头端上,然后锁紧螺套3在导电锥形收缩套2上轴向移动,移动过程中锁紧螺套3不断径向收缩导电锥形收缩套2而将对应导电线缆的线芯4夹紧。
本发明外置式导电线缆连接器,第三种实施方式为:
外置式导电线缆连接器包括导电接线三通管6、三个夹持件和三个锁紧螺套3,所述导电接线套5左、右端和下端的套头上均开设有外螺纹;各夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套2,各导电锥形收缩套2的大锥头端厚度大于小锥头端厚度;各锁紧螺套3的套孔为同轴的内螺纹孔和锥孔,锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔匹配导电接线三通管6套头上的外螺纹且内螺纹孔长度短于外螺纹长度,所述锥孔的大孔端与内螺纹孔相通且孔径小于内螺纹孔径,锥孔的锥度匹配导电锥形收缩套2的锥度,如图5、图6所示。
上述结构中,导电接线三通管6与左、右端导电线缆的线芯4及下端导电线缆的线芯4的连接方式为:
1、左、右导电锥形收缩套2及下导电锥形收缩套2分别置于左、右锁紧螺套3和下锁紧螺套3的套孔内,各导电锥形收缩套2的小头端配合于对应套孔的锥孔内,各导电锥形收缩套2的大头端处于对应套孔的内螺纹孔中。
2、左端导电线缆的线芯4穿过左端锁紧螺套3的锥孔和左端导电锥形收缩套2的套孔后从左端锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔穿出并置于导电接线三通管6 的左端套孔中;右端导电线缆的线芯4穿过右端锁紧螺套3的锥孔和右端导电锥形收缩套2的套孔后从右端锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔穿出并置于导电接线三通管6的右端套孔中;下端导电线缆的线芯4穿过下端锁紧螺套3的锥孔和下端导电锥形收缩套2的套孔后从下端锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔穿出并置于导电接线三通管6的下端套孔中。
3、左、右锁紧螺套3及下锁紧螺套3的内螺纹孔分别旋合于导电接线三通管6左、右管头和下管头的外螺纹上,在各锁紧螺套3的旋进过程中,各锁紧螺套3先将对应的导电锥形收缩套2轴向抵止于套头的管头端上,然后锁紧螺套3在导电锥形收缩套2上轴向移动,移动过程中锁紧螺套3不断径向收缩导电锥形收缩套2而将对应导电线缆的线芯4夹紧。

1.外置式导电线缆连接器,包括夹持件和导电接线耳(1)以及锁紧螺套(3),所述导电接线耳(1)的套头开设有外螺纹,所述夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套(2),其特征在于:所述锁紧螺套(3)的套孔为同轴的内螺纹孔和锥孔,导电线缆的线芯(4)穿过锁紧螺套(3)的套孔并置于导电接线耳(1)套头端的套孔内,所述导电锥形收缩套(2)套装于线芯并置于锁紧螺套(3)的套孔中,锁紧螺套(3)旋合于导电接线耳(1)的套头,旋进的锁紧螺套(3)将导电锥形收缩套(2)轴向抵于导电接线耳(1)的套头端后再径向收缩导电锥形收缩套(2)而夹紧线芯(4)。
2.外置式导电线缆连接器,包括夹持件和导电接线套(5)以及锁紧螺套(3),所述导电接线套(5)的左、右端套头均开设有外螺纹,所述夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套(2),其特征在于:所述锁紧螺套(3)的套孔为同轴的内螺纹孔和锥孔,左、右导电线缆的线芯(4)分别穿过左、右锁紧螺套(3)的套孔并置于导电接线套(5)左、右端的管孔内,左、右导电锥形收缩套(2)套装于左、右线芯(4)并分别置于左、右锁紧螺套(3)的套孔中,各锁紧螺套(3)旋合于导电接线套(5)的对应套头,旋进的锁紧螺套(3)将对应的导电锥形收缩套(2)轴向抵于导电接线套(5)的套头端后再径向收缩导电锥形收缩套(2)而夹紧对应的线芯(4)。
3.外置式导电线缆连接器,包括夹持件和导电接线三通管(6)以及锁紧螺套(3),所述导电接线三通管(6)的三个管头上均开设有外螺纹,所述夹持件为开设有轴向收缩槽的导电锥形收缩套(2),其特征在于:所述锁紧螺套(3)的套孔为同轴的内螺纹孔和锥孔,三根导电线缆的线芯(4)穿过三个锁紧螺套(3)的套孔并置于导电接线三通管(6)的三个管孔内,三个导电锥形收缩套(2)套装于三根线芯(4)并置于三个锁紧螺套(3)的套孔中,各锁紧螺套(3)旋合于导电接线三通管(6)的对应套头,旋进的锁紧螺套(3)将对应的导电锥形收缩套(2)轴向抵于导电接线三通管(6)的套头端后再径向收缩导电锥形收缩套(2)而夹紧对应的线芯(4)。
