The liquid injection and suction device for the measuring chamber according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the driving seat (23) is provided with an optical coupler stop sheet (24), and the vertical plate (12) is provided with an optical coupler (25) corresponding to the optical coupler stop sheet (24); before the rotary disc (7) rotates, the optical coupler separation blade (24) and the optical coupler (25) are used for sensing, so that a signal is sent to a control system, and the resetting of the whole needle assembly (3) is realized.
9. The filling and aspirating apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein said aspirating needle (32) is connected to a waste line which is connected to a waste pump; the liquid injection needle (33) is connected with a liquid injection pipe, and the liquid injection pipe is connected with a liquid injection pump.
10. The liquid injection and suction device for the measuring chamber as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the tip of the liquid suction needle (32) is provided with a notch, and the liquid injection needle (33) preferably has a tapered tip.
