Abstract

本发明涉及一种花岗石的再生方法,以精选后的天然花岗石余料颗粒为填料,混合于树脂,(即用石料代替“玻钢”中的玻璃纤维)固化后制成母板,后打磨现晶体断面状,经“抛光”,切割成所需尺寸的花岗石板材。本发明创造性的解决了母板与涂刷光亮层之间的牢固粘接问题,这是本发明的关键部分,解决了展示花岗石的本质特征,即晶体呈断面状,色泽美丽上的技术难题。因此,用本法生产的花岗石具有不风化、成本低、抗潮湿、资源再利用以及装饰效果好等优点。

Description

花岗石的再生方法
本发明涉及一种建材技术领域
花岗石是以石英、长石和云母为主要成份的结晶岩体,其色泽美丽,是一种很好的建筑装饰材料,但因开采、加工成材率低,因此,生产成本很高,价格相当昂贵。近年来国内外出现了仿花岗石研究的文献报导,如CN1098390一种仿花岗石墙地砖及生产方法和JP59-199类似花岗石的人造石以及CN1051340人造花岗石及其制造方法等文献,这些文献所介绍的生产方法以及用这些方法生产出来的花岗石,不能展示天然花岗石最本质的特征,即天然花岗石晶体断面,有的虽能显示一些晶体断面,但却无法同时维持天然花岗石的色泽和光亮特征,因而,目前所生产的人造花岗石没有被市场所接受。
本发明的目的是提供一种能保持天然花岗石板材的使用表面呈晶体断面状,同时又能维持天然花岗石的色泽,光亮及云母分布特征的花岗石的再生方法。
本发明的过程是:先将花岗石的废料粉碎成3毫米以下的颗粒,再将颗料进行精选,根据颗料的基色和用户的要求,选用不同的调色剂,然后将树脂,催化剂和固化剂以及调色剂按重量比制成粘凝剂,(树脂为80—90%,催化剂8—10%,固化剂为5—10%,调色剂为2—4%),经与花岗石颗粒填充料按1∶2~4的重量比例混匀后,置于涂有脱模剂的玻板模具内,进行微振,压实,待20~50分钟后脱模,即成母板,尔后,研磨母板表面,使之显露花岗石晶体断面为度,再在其磨面上涂覆一层厚度为0.2—0.4毫米树脂。3—10分钟后,在涂层上,再涂刷厚度为0.4—0.8毫米的硅胶与粘凝剂的混合物薄层,(其中硅胶与粘凝剂的重量比为1∶2~5)当涂刷层在未固化前时,盖上一层平整的塑料薄膜,使用柔性滚压器压实,直至推平无气泡。到30—50分钟后,取膜,切割成所需规格的板块,即成再生花岗石产品。
本发明的优点是:用本发明生产出来的花岗石,其使用表面的晶体断面展示显著,云母分布均匀,色泽美丽,光亮照人,不老化、成本低、资源再利用等。
实放例:
将90克的不饱和树脂(191)与3克催化剂和5克固化剂以及2克调色剂混合搅拌成粘凝剂,把花岗石废料粉碎成3毫米的颗粒,然后精选作填充料,用250克的花岗石的颗粒与100克的粘凝剂混合均匀后,置于涂有脱模剂的玻板模具内,进行微振,压实,待30分钟后,脱模,制成母板。尔后研磨母板,使之显示花岗石晶体断面为度(约0.7毫米),在其磨面上涂覆一层厚废为0.3毫米的不饱和树脂(191),其目的是让此树脂与原粘凝剂中的树脂牢固地粘溶在一起,而此树脂还可渗透一部份到花岗石的微孔中,达到填充粘接的目的。再把10克的硅胶与20克的粘凝剂调合在一起,涂刷在涂层上,其涂刷厚度为0.6毫米,当涂刷层未固化之前,盖上一层平整的塑料薄膜,使用柔性滚压器压实,直至推平无气泡,40分钟后,取膜,切割成所需规格的板块,即成再生花岗石产品。

Claims (1)

1、一种花岗石的再生方法,其特征在于:由配料及加工组成:
(1)配料:a.由80—90%的树脂和8—10%催化剂,5—10%固化剂以及2—4%调色剂,配制成粘凝剂。
         b.将花岗石废料粉碎成3毫米以下的颗粒、进行精选后,粘凝剂与花岗石颗粒混合物的重量比为1∶2~4
         c.硅胶与粘凝剂的混合物重量比为1∶2~5
(2)加工:
先将树脂与催化剂、固化剂和调色剂配制成粘凝剂,然后把花岗石粉碎成颗粒状、进行精选,将粘凝剂与花岗石颗粒混均后、置于涂有脱模剂的玻板模具内,进行微振,压实,待20—50分钟后,脱模制成母板,然后研磨母板表面,使之显现花岗石晶体断面为度,尔后在其磨面上涂覆一层厚度为0.2—0.4毫米的树脂,3—10分钟后,再在涂覆层上,涂刷一层厚度为0.4—0.8毫米的硅胶与粘凝剂的混合物薄层,当涂刷层在未固化之前,盖上一层平整的塑料薄膜,使用柔性滚压器压实,直至推平无气泡,到30—50分钟后,取膜,切害成所需规格的板块,即成再生花岗石。
