Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢球锥轮式无级变速器,在底座上设置有箱体,箱体两端分别设置有端盖,箱体内设置有输入轴,输入轴圆周外侧设置有左压紧装置与主动锥轮,左压紧装置与主动锥轮相互压紧,箱体内壁设置有支撑轴,支撑轴外侧设置有传动钢球,传动钢球外侧设置有外环,支撑轴与涡轮联接,涡轮与蜗杆啮合,箱体上设置有输出轴,输出轴圆周外侧设置有右压紧装置与从动锥轮,右压紧装置与从动锥轮相互压紧,主动锥轮、从动锥轮分别与传动钢球接触。本发明通过左加压盘通过蝶形弹簧把轴向压紧力依次传递给主动锥轮、传动钢球从动锥轮,通过右加压盘将动力传递给输出轴,利用滚动元件之间的摩擦力来传递动力,能够实现恒功率输出。

钢球锥轮式无级变速器
技术领域
本发明属于摩擦式无级变速器技术领域,具体涉及到一种钢球锥轮式无级变速器。
背景技术
摩擦式无级变速器是依靠传动零件之间的摩擦力传递扭矩,通过改变传动件之间的传动比例半径调整变速比。摩擦式无级变速器的一般包括压紧装置和动力传动装置,压紧装置是为了在相互接触的元件之间形成足够的压紧力,从而形成足够的摩擦力传递动力。传动元件的接触点压力很高,依靠摩擦力或者油膜牵引力总会出现相互间的滑动。而滑动状态会产生热量,如果润滑油膜分布不均匀或厚度不够,会产生元件的表面磨损或胶合,时间长了,会产生疲劳损伤或表层剥落,影响变速器正常运行,降低变速器的传动效率。所以,摩擦式变速器的一个最大缺点就是传递效率不高,不能用于大功率传动场合。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种恒功率输出、较大的调速范围、传递效率高的钢球锥轮式无级变速器。
解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在底座上设置有箱体,箱体两端分别设置有端盖,箱体内设置有输入轴,输入轴圆周外侧设置有左压紧装置与主动锥轮,左压紧装置与主动锥轮相互压紧,箱体内壁设置有支撑轴,支撑轴外侧设置有传动钢球,传动钢球外侧设置有外环,支撑轴与涡轮联接,涡轮与蜗杆啮合,箱体上设置有输出轴,输出轴圆周外侧设置有右压紧装置与从动锥轮,右压紧装置与从动锥轮相互压紧,主动锥轮、从动锥轮分别与传动钢球接触。
本发明的左压紧装置为:在输入轴外侧圆周上分别通过蝶形弹簧设置有左加压盘和主动锥轮,输入轴外侧圆周上设置有支撑架,支撑架上设置有左加压滚珠,左加压滚珠分别与主动锥轮、左加压盘压紧。
本发明的右压紧装置为:在输出轴外侧圆周上分别通过蝶形弹簧设置有右加压盘和从动锥轮,输出轴外侧圆周上设置有支撑架,支撑架上设置有右加压滚珠,右加压滚珠分别与从动锥轮、右加压盘压紧。
本发明采用了左加压盘通过蝶形弹簧把轴向压紧力依次传递给主动锥轮、传动钢球从动锥轮,通过右加压盘将动力传递给输出轴,利用滚动元件之间的摩擦力来传递动力,能够实现恒功率输出,具有传递效率较高,较大的调速范围的优点。本发明适用于传递较大的功率,广泛应用于汽车等机械设备上。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-2所示,本实施例的钢球锥轮式无级变速器由蜗杆1、箱体2、外环3、传动钢球4、支承轴5、从动锥轮6、右加压盘7、蝶形弹簧8、支撑架9、右加压滚珠10、输出轴11、底座12、端盖13、输入轴14、左加压盘15、左加压滚珠16、主动锥轮17、蜗轮18联接构成。
在底座12上安装有箱体2,箱体2两端分别安装有端盖13,端盖13具有密封作用,防止腔内润滑脂外溢,同时具有定位轴承的作用。箱体2内安装有输入轴14,输入轴14圆周外侧安装有左压紧装置与主动锥轮17,左压紧装置和主动轮锥17同步转动,能够传递扭矩,左压紧装置由蝶形弹簧8、支撑架9、左加压盘15、左加压滚珠16联接构成,左压紧装置为:在输入轴14外侧圆周上分别通过蝶形弹簧8安装有左加压盘15和主动锥轮17,输入轴14外侧圆周上安装有支撑架9,支撑架9上安装有左加压滚珠16,左加压滚珠16分别与主动锥轮17、左加压盘15压紧。箱体2内壁安装有支撑轴5,支撑轴5外侧安装有传动钢球4,传动钢球4外侧安装有外环3,支撑轴5与涡轮18联接,涡轮18与蜗杆1啮合,调速时,通过手轮转动蜗杆1,蜗杆1转动带动涡轮18旋转,涡轮18旋转带动支承轴5沿曲线孔槽径向和周向转动,调整传动钢球4的芯轴角度,在不同的芯轴角度下会改变传动钢球4和主动锥轮17、从动锥轮6的接触半径,主动锥轮17、从动锥轮6会有不同的转速,实现传动比的改变。箱体2上安装有输出轴11,输出轴11圆周外侧安装有右压紧装置与从动锥轮6,右压紧装置和从动锥轮6同步转动,能够传递扭矩,右压紧装置由右加压盘7、蝶形弹簧8、支撑架9、右加压滚珠10联接构成,右压紧装置为:在输出轴11外侧圆周上通过碟形弹簧8分别安装有右加压盘7和从动锥轮6,输出轴11外侧圆周上安装有支撑架9,支撑架9上安装有右加压滚珠10,右加压滚珠10分别与从动锥轮6、右加压盘7压紧,左加压盘15通过蝶形弹簧8把轴向压紧力依次传递给主动锥轮17、传动钢球4、从动锥轮6,通过右加压盘7将动力传递给输出轴11。主动锥轮17、从动锥轮6分别与传动钢球4接触,以保证主动锥轮17、从动锥轮6与传动钢球4之间有足够的摩擦力。
本实施例的工作原理如下:
电动机的动力传递给钢球锥轮式无级变速器的输入轴14,左加压盘15通过蝶形弹簧8把轴向压紧力依次传递给主动锥轮17、传动钢球4、从动锥轮6,通过右加压盘7将动力传递给输出轴11。

1.一种钢球锥轮式无级变速器,其特征在于:在底座(12)上设置有箱体(2),箱体(2)两端分别设置有端盖(13),箱体(2)内设置有输入轴(14),输入轴(14)圆周外侧设置有左压紧装置与主动锥轮(17),左压紧装置与主动锥轮(17)相互压紧,箱体(2)内壁设置有支撑轴(5),支撑轴(5)外侧设置有传动钢球(4),传动钢球(4)外侧设置有外环(3),支撑轴(5)与涡轮(18)联接,涡轮(18)与蜗杆(1)啮合,箱体(2)上设置有输出轴(11),输出轴(11)圆周外侧设置有右压紧装置与从动锥轮(6),右压紧装置与从动锥轮(6)相互压紧,主动锥轮(17)、从动锥轮(6)分别与传动钢球(4)接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢球锥轮式无级变速器,其特征在于所述的左压紧装置为:在输入轴(14)外侧圆周上分别通过蝶形弹簧(8)设置有左加压盘(15)和主动锥轮(17),输入轴(14)外侧圆周上设置有支撑架(9),支撑架(9)上设置有左加压滚珠(16),左加压滚珠(16)分别与主动锥轮(17)、左加压盘(15)压紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢球锥轮式无级变速器,其特征在于所述的右压紧装置为:在输出轴(11)外侧圆周上分别通过蝶形弹簧(8)设置有右加压盘(7)和从动锥轮(6),输出轴(11)外侧圆周上设置有支撑架(9),支撑架(9)上设置有右加压滚珠(10),右加压滚珠(10)分别与从动锥轮(6)、右加压盘(7)压紧。
