Abstract
本发明公开了一种摩擦式机械无级变速器,在箱体左端设置有左端盖,箱体右端设置有右端盖,箱体内设置有主动轴,主动轴圆周外侧设置有左主动锥轮和右主动锥轮,左主动锥轮与右主动锥轮之间设置有钢环,箱体内左主动锥轮外侧设置有与齿轮啮合的调节套,调节套与拉杆联接,箱体内设置有从动轴,从动轴圆周外侧设置有左从动锥轮和右从动锥轮,左从动锥轮与右从动锥轮之间设置有钢环。本发明通过依靠钢环与左主动锥轮、右主动锥轮之间的摩擦力将主动轴的动力传递给左从动锥轮与右从动锥轮,钢环与左从动锥轮、右从动锥轮之间的摩擦力传递给从动轴,能够能够实现恒功率输出,具有传递效率较高、寿命长、噪音低、振动小的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于机械传动无级变速器技术领域,具体涉及到一种摩擦式机械无级变速器。
背景技术
摩擦式无级变速器是依靠传动零件之间的摩擦力传递扭矩,通过改变传动件之间的传动比例半径调整变速比。摩擦式无级变速器的一般包括压紧装置和动力传动装置,压紧装置是为了在相互接触的元件之间形成足够的压紧力,从而形成足够的摩擦力传递动力。传动元件的接触点压力很高,依靠摩擦力或者油膜牵引力总会出现相互间的滑动。而滑动状态会产生热量,如果润滑油膜分布不均匀或厚度不够,会产生元件的表面磨损或胶合,时间长了,会产生疲劳损伤或表层剥落,影响变速器正常运行,降低变速器的传动效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种传动功率较高、寿命较长、噪音低、振动小的摩擦式机械无级变速器。
解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在箱体左端设置有左端盖,箱体右端设置有右端盖,箱体内设置有主动轴,主动轴圆周外侧设置有左主动锥轮和右主动锥轮,左主动锥轮与右主动锥轮之间设置有钢环,箱体内左主动锥轮外侧设置有与齿轮啮合的调节套,调节套与拉杆联接,箱体内设置有从动轴,从动轴圆周外侧设置有左从动锥轮和右从动锥轮,左从动锥轮与右从动锥轮之间设置有钢环。
本发明的主动轴圆周外一侧固定设置有右主动锥轮,主动轴圆周外另一侧设置有沿主动轴水平方向移动的左主动锥轮。
本发明的从动轴圆周外一侧固定设置有左从动锥轮,从动轴圆周外另一侧设置有沿从动轴水平方向移动的右从动锥轮。
本发明采用了依靠钢环与左主动锥轮、右主动锥轮之间的摩擦力将主动轴的动力传递给左从动锥轮与右从动锥轮,钢环与左从动锥轮、右从动锥轮之间的摩擦力传递给从动轴,能够能够实现恒功率输出,具有传递效率较高、寿命长、噪音低、振动小的优点。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-2所示,本实施例的摩擦式机械无级变速器由调节套1、手轮2、齿轮3、左主动锥轮4、钢环5、右主动锥轮6、箱体7、套筒8、主动轴9、右端盖10、右从动锥轮11、左从动锥轮12、从动轴13、左端盖14、拉杆15、调节套16联接构成。
在箱体7左端安装有左端盖14,箱体7右端安装有右端盖10,左端盖14、右端盖10具有密封作用,防止腔内润滑脂外溢。箱体7内安装有主动轴9,主动轴9圆周外一侧固定安装有右主动锥轮6,主动轴9圆周外另一侧安装有沿主动轴9水平方向移动的左主动锥轮4,左主动锥轮4与右主动锥轮6之间安装有钢环5,当左主动锥轮4的中轴线和右主动锥轮6的中轴线在同一水平面上时,钢环5在重力作用下贴附于左主动锥轮4与右主动锥轮6上。箱体7内左主动锥轮4外侧安装有调节套16,调节套16与齿轮3啮合,调节套16与拉杆15联接,调速时,转动手轮2由齿轮3带动调节套16上的齿条,使调节套16向右或者向左移动,通过拉杆15使从动锥轮11也向右或者向左同步移动,这样使主动锥轮的工作直径增大或者缩小,而从动锥轮的工作直径减小或者增大,从而达到变速的目的。箱体7内安装有从动轴13,从动轴13圆周外一侧固定安装有左从动锥轮12,从动轴13圆周外另一侧安装有沿从动轴13水平方向移动的右从动锥轮11,左从动锥轮12与右从动锥轮11之间安装有钢环5,依靠钢环5与左主动锥轮4、右主动锥轮6之间的摩擦力将主动轴9的动力传递给左从动锥轮12与右从动锥轮11,钢环5与左从动锥轮12、右从动锥轮11之间的摩擦力传递给从动轴13。

1.一种摩擦式机械无级变速器,其特征在于:在箱体(7)左端设置有左端盖(14),箱体(7)右端设置有右端盖(10),箱体(7)内设置有主动轴(9),主动轴(9)圆周外侧设置有左主动锥轮(4)和右主动锥轮(6),左主动锥轮(4)与右主动锥轮(6)之间设置有钢环(5),箱体(7)内左主动锥轮(4)外侧设置有与齿轮(3)啮合的调节套(16),调节套(16)与拉杆(15)联接,箱体(7)内设置有从动轴(13),从动轴(13)圆周外侧设置有左从动锥轮(12)和右从动锥轮(11),左从动锥轮(12)与右从动锥轮(11)之间设置有钢环(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩擦式机械无级变速器,其特征在于:所述的主动轴(9)圆周外一侧固定设置有右主动锥轮(6),主动轴(9)圆周外另一侧设置有沿主动轴(9)水平方向移动的左主动锥轮(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的摩擦式机械无级变速器,其特征在于:所述的从动轴(13)圆周外一侧固定设置有左从动锥轮(12),从动轴(13)圆周外另一侧设置有沿从动轴(13)水平方向移动的右从动锥轮(11)。
