Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of masonry processes, in particular to a masonry process of a brick wall.
Background
Because the traditional brick wall is complex in masonry process and depends on relatively abundant experience of workers, the brick wall which is horizontal, flat, vertical and uniform in brick joint lines is not easy to build, especially the masonry of a dry wall and a traditional tracery wall.
At present, new building materials such as resin bricks, resin concrete and the like are continuously emerged by combining organic materials. The material is easy to process and produce in various shapes by adopting a die casting mode. The resin brick is formed by bonding sand and stone by using organic matters such as resin, the appearance of the resin brick is the same as that of a common brick, the manufacturing of the resin brick belongs to a mature method, and related products are available in the market. The method can be used for mass shaping production and manufacturing in a factory and then assembling on site, and the construction is relatively simple and convenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a brick wall masonry process easy to position and construct.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a brick wall masonry process comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a bottom layer brick, a middle layer brick and a top layer brick in advance, wherein the upper surface of the top layer brick is a plane, the middle layer brick is provided with glue injection holes vertically arranged along the thickness direction, and the lower surface of the bottom layer brick is a plane; convex parts are arranged below the top layer brick and below the middle layer brick, concave parts are arranged above the middle layer brick and above the bottom layer brick, or concave parts are arranged below the top layer brick and below the middle layer brick, and convex parts are arranged above the middle layer brick and above the bottom layer brick; the male part and the female part are matched;
(2) laying a bottom layer brick on a ground foundation, placing a middle layer brick on the bottom layer brick and bonding the bottom layer brick, positioning the middle layer brick and the bottom layer brick through a concave part and a convex part, and stacking a plurality of layers of middle layer bricks layer by layer and positioning the middle layer bricks through the concave part and the convex part;
(3) after the multiple layers of middle-layer bricks are built, the glue injection holes of each middle-layer brick in the same row are positioned on the same straight line and form a glue injection pipeline;
(4) pouring concrete or mortar on the grouting pipeline;
(5) the top layer bricks are laid on the middle layer bricks and are bonded.
In the step (1), the top layer bricks, the middle layer bricks and the bottom layer bricks are made of resin concrete.
In the step (1), the glue injection hole of the middle layer brick is a through hole.
In the step (1), the concave part and the convex part are both rectangular.
And (4) inserting reinforcing steel bars into the grouting pipeline, and then pouring concrete or mortar.
In the step (4), epoxy resin mortar is adopted as the mortar.
And (5) pointing by adopting epoxy resin mortar.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the brick wall masonry process utilizes the characteristics of customizable and easy construction of organic building materials and adopts organic bricks such as resin bricks and mortar for assembly and construction. The design of the concave part and the convex part is beneficial to accurate positioning and can reserve the width of a gap during field assembly, meanwhile, a hollow pore passage is formed inside the wall body after assembly, and a stress frame for stabilizing the wall body can be formed after glue injection. The wall body after the glue is injected into the interior can meet the safety requirements of the conventional wall body, and the building appearance of the wall bodies such as the traditional dry wall can be achieved by utilizing the resin mortar to perform pointing treatment.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Examples
The masonry process of the brick wall in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a bottom layer brick 3, a middle layer brick 2 and a top layer brick 1 in advance, wherein the upper surface of the top layer brick is a plane, the middle layer brick is provided with glue injection holes vertically arranged along the thickness direction, and the lower surface of the bottom layer brick is a plane; convex parts 2-1 are arranged below the top layer brick and the middle layer brick, and concave parts 2-2 are arranged above the middle layer brick and the bottom layer brick; the male part and the female part are matched; the glue injection hole of the middle layer brick is a through hole; the female part and the male part are both rectangular. The top layer bricks can be positioned and laid and cover the glue injection holes, the middle layer bricks can be designed into different models, the concave parts and the convex parts of each model are correspondingly positioned and overlapped in a combined mode, so that the tracery wall can be manufactured. The top layer brick, the middle layer brick and the bottom layer brick are made of resin concrete, the resin concrete is a building material formed by combining organic matters and inorganic matters, the brick is easy to shape and produce, and a mould is used for producing the brick.
