Abstract
The invention discloses a 3D printing house building system with a reinforced structure and a method, comprising a concrete structure bottom plate, a 3D printing reinforced concrete wall, a lost foam wall casting, a transverse reinforced structure body and vertical reinforced bars; the 3D printing reinforced concrete wall is provided with the lost foam wall casting on each layer so as to construct a wall with reserved holes; the transverse steel bar structure body comprises a steel bar cage, steel rings are arranged at two ends of the steel bar cage respectively, and the transverse steel bar structure body is horizontally laid at the interlayer position of the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall body at intervals; the vertical steel bars penetrate through the reserved holes from top to bottom and are inserted into the steel rings for fixing; and the transverse steel bar structure body, the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall body and the gap between the vertical steel bars are bonded and fixed through an adhesive. The connection stability of the transverse steel bar structure body and the vertical steel bars is improved, the connection strength of each layer of members in the wall body is enhanced, and the wall body has stronger bearing capacity.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a 3D printing house building system with a reinforced structure and a method.
Background
The traditional building has the defects of long construction period, large labor consumption, various raw materials, high cost and the like, so that the 3D printing building becomes an important expression form for the intelligent production of the building industry at present under the promotion of new technologies and policies. However, the 3D printing building mainly uses a 3D printing technology, and the building is constructed by building a digital model through a BIM technology and printing layer by layer. The printing wall body is formed by stacking cement materials layer by layer, the structure is single, the integrated forming is realized, structural members such as reinforcing steel bars are not arranged in the wall body for supporting, and the problems of poor building integrity, low stability and low structural safety generally exist.

The invention aims to provide a 3D printing house building system with a reinforced structure and a method, which fundamentally solve the problems of poor integrity, low stability and low structural safety of a 3D printing building.

the transverse steel bar structure bodies comprise steel bar cages, steel rings are arranged at two ends of each steel bar cage respectively, and the transverse steel bar structure bodies are laid at the interlayer positions of the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall at intervals;
the vertical steel bars penetrate through the reserved holes from top to bottom and are inserted into the steel rings for fixing;
and the transverse steel bar structure body, the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall body and the gap between the vertical steel bars are bonded and fixed through an adhesive.
Furthermore, the lost foam wall casting is made of polystyrene foam.
Further, the printing material for 3D printing of the reinforced concrete wall adopts resin cement and a curing agent.

when the 3D printing reinforced concrete wall reaches a certain height, horizontally laying a layer of transverse reinforced structure body at the interlayer position of the wall, enabling steel rings at two ends of the transverse reinforced structure body to be just arranged on the reserved holes, and further printing until the 3D printing of the reinforced concrete wall is finished;
the vertical steel bars penetrate through the reserved holes from top to bottom and are inserted into steel rings at two ends of the transverse steel bar structure body for fixing;
and (3) forming a complete pouring member by quickly vibrating a gap between the transverse steel bar structure body, the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall body and the vertical steel bars through an adhesive.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to the attached drawings 1-4, the invention provides a 3D printing house building system with a reinforced structure, which comprises a concrete structure bottom plate 1, a 3D printing reinforced concrete wall 2, a reserved hole 21, a transverse reinforced structure body 3, vertical reinforced bars 4, a pouring member 5 and a lost foam wall casting 6. Wherein, the concrete structure bottom plate 1 is a cast-in-place concrete structure. The 3D printing reinforced concrete wall body 2 is manufactured by a 3D printing special device in a field layer-by-layer printing mode, a lost foam wall body casting 6 is arranged on each layer, and a wall body with reserved holes 21 is constructed. The transverse steel bar structure body 3 is prefabricated in a factory and comprises a steel bar cage and steel rings 31, and the steel rings 31 are arranged at two ends of the steel bar cage in a welding mode. And the transverse steel bar structural bodies 3 are horizontally laid at the interlayer positions of the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall body 2 at intervals. The vertical steel bar 4 penetrates through the reserved hole 21 and the steel ring 31 from top to bottom. Further, the lost foam wall casting 6 is made of polystyrene foam plastic and can be gasified by heating. The printing materials for 3D printing of the reinforced concrete wall 2 are resin cement 22 and a curing agent 23. The resin cement 22 is a high-strength slurry obtained by mixing resin mortar and cement. The steel ring 31 is in the shape of a closed or semi-closed steel ring. The number of the steel rings 31 is the same as that of the vertical steel bars 4 to be placed, and the diameter of the steel rings 31 is larger than that of the vertical steel bars 4 by 8-20 mm.
A3D printing house building method with a steel bar reinforced structure comprises the following steps: step one, constructing a concrete structure bottom plate 1, arranging a transverse reinforcing mesh, and pouring reinforced concrete at one time for molding to complete the cast-in-place concrete structure. And secondly, constructing a 3D printing reinforced concrete wall 2, and manufacturing the wall by a 3D printing special device in a field layer-by-layer printing mode, firstly arranging a lost foam wall casting 6 on each layer, then applying a 3D printing reinforced concrete technology, and printing layer by layer through two types of printing nozzles to construct a wall with reserved holes 21, wherein one type of printing nozzle printing material is resin cement 22, the other type of printing nozzle printing material is a curing agent 23, and one layer of curing agent 23 needs to be laid while each layer of resin cement 22 is laid in 3D printing, so that the wall is dried and condensed quickly, and is formed integrally. And step three, when the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall 2 reaches a certain height, a layer of transverse reinforced structural body 3 needs to be horizontally laid on the interlayer position of the wall by a machine, the vertical precision is ensured to be consistent, the steel ring 31 is ensured to be just placed on the reserved hole 21, and then the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall 2 is further printed until the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall 2 is completed. And step four, the vertical steel bars 4 penetrate through the reserved holes 21 from top to bottom and are inserted into the transverse steel bar structural body 3 to be fixed with the steel ring 31. And fifthly, forming a gap by pouring an ultrahigh-performance adhesive and quickly vibrating to form a complete pouring member 5, and bonding and fixing the complete pouring member 5 with the transverse reinforced concrete structure body 3 and the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall body 2. The connection stability of the transverse steel bar structure body and the vertical steel bars is further improved, the connection strength of each layer of members in the wall body is enhanced, and the wall body has stronger bearing capacity.

the vertical steel bars penetrate through the reserved holes from top to bottom and are inserted into the steel rings for fixing;
and the transverse steel bar structure body, the 3D printed reinforced concrete wall body and the gap between the vertical steel bars are bonded and fixed through an adhesive.
2. The 3D-printed house building system with the steel reinforced structure as recited in claim 1, wherein the lost foam wall casting is made of styrofoam.
3. The 3D printing house building system with the reinforced steel structure is characterized in that resin cement and curing agents are adopted as printing materials of the 3D printing reinforced concrete wall body.
4. The 3D printing house building system with the steel reinforced structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the resin cement is a high-strength slurry mixed by resin mortar and cement.
5. The 3D printing house building system with the steel bar reinforced structure as recited in claim 1, wherein the steel rings are placed at both ends of the steel bar cage by welding.
6. The 3D printed house building system with the steel reinforcement structure according to claim 1, wherein the steel ring is a closed or semi-closed steel ring.
7. The 3D printing house building system with the steel bar reinforced structure according to claim 1, wherein the number of the steel rings is the same as the number of the vertical steel bars, and the diameter of the steel rings is larger than that of the vertical steel bars.

when the 3D printing reinforced concrete wall reaches a certain height, horizontally laying a layer of transverse reinforced structure body at the interlayer position of the wall, enabling steel rings at two ends of the transverse reinforced structure body to be just arranged on the reserved holes, and further printing until the 3D printing of the reinforced concrete wall is finished;
