Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of an external thermal insulation system according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the external thermal insulation system of the present invention is characterized in that, by applying any one of the above-mentioned external thermal insulation system installation methods, the external thermal insulation system includes:
the leveling layer 1 is arranged on the base layer wall body 2; the STP heat-insulating decorative plates 3 are adhered to the leveling layer 1 through adhering mortar 4 by the plurality of STP heat-insulating decorative plates 3; the STP heat-insulation decorative plate 3 is fixed by matching a plurality of fixing components 5 with the fixing holes; and a plurality of joint filling materials are arranged between the plate seams of the STP heat-insulation decorative plate 3 and are sealed 6 through sealant.
In conclusion, the external thermal insulation system has strong operability during construction, reduces the cost and can meet various safety indexes.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An external thermal insulation system installation method, comprising:
step S1: preprocessing a base layer wall;
step S2: snapping line lattices are carried out on the pretreated base layer wall;
step S3: leveling the outside of the base layer wall to form a leveling layer;
step S4: the STP heat-insulation decorative plate is adhered to the leveling layer by adhering mortar, and then is fixed by the fixing piece;
step S5: and sealing the plate seam of the STP heat-insulating decorative plate.
2. The external thermal insulation system installation method of claim 1, wherein the step S2 includes:
step S21: popping up a vertical control line and a horizontal control line by combining a building design drawing and a field actual control point;
step S22: measuring based on the vertical control line and the horizontal control line to obtain measurement data;
step S23: drawing a sketch of the outer vertical surface of the building according to the measurement data, determining an optimized plate arrangement and division scheme, and forming a layout design division construction drawing;
step S24: and performing line snapping and dividing by taking the vertical control line and the horizontal control line as references, popping the installation control line of each plate according to a typesetting design division construction drawing, determining the width of a joint, and manufacturing a uniform feeler gauge.
3. The external thermal insulation system installation method of claim 1, wherein the step S4 includes:
step S41: determining an anchoring position according to the typesetting design grid construction drawing and drilling the anchoring position to form a fixing hole;
step S42: installing a full-length angle steel bracket in the positive and negative zero positions of the bottom of the first layer in the horizontal direction;
step S43: coating the bonding mortar on the back of the STP heat-insulating decorative plate in a sticking mode of a dot-frame method;
step S44: then installing the STP heat-insulating decorative plate on the wall surface according to the dividing lines and compacting;
step S45: and fixing the STP heat-insulating decorative plate by matching the fixing component with the fixing hole.
4. The external thermal insulation system installation method of claim 1, wherein the step S5 includes:
step S51: cleaning the plate seams and the peripheral parts of the STP heat-insulating decorative plate;
step S52: uncovering the protective films on the two sides of the plate seam, sticking masking paper along the two sides of the plate seam, and extruding and injecting sealant;
step S53: filling gap filling materials into the plate seams;
step S54: and scraping the sealant and then removing the masking paper.
5. The external thermal insulation system installation method of claim 1, further comprising a step S6 of cleaning a surface layer of the STP thermal insulation decorative panel, wherein the step S6 comprises: cleaning the coated dust and dirt on the edge of the STP heat-insulating decorative plate, removing the left mortar, and sequentially uncovering the protective film of the STP heat-insulating decorative plate from the top layer downwards.
6. The external thermal insulation system installation method of claim 3, wherein the step S43 includes: coating uniformly mixed bonding mortar on the back surface of the heat-insulating composite board by using a trowel point, coating frame strip ash on the periphery of the board by using the mortar, controlling the width of the frame strip ash to be about 40mm, controlling the diameter of each coating point to be more than 150mm, and ensuring that the number of each coating point is not less than 8.
7. The external thermal insulation system installation method of claim 3, wherein the step S44 includes: the method comprises the steps of firstly installing internal and external corners, then installing the STP heat-insulation decorative plates on a leveling layer according to dividing lines and compacting, wherein the installation sequence of the STP heat-insulation decorative plates is that the STP heat-insulation decorative plates are installed from bottom to top along a horizontal control line, wherein the adhering area of each STP heat-insulation decorative plate is not less than 60%, and the adhering thickness is 10-12 mm.
8. The external thermal insulation system installation method of claim 4, wherein the step S53 comprises selecting a joint filling material according to the size of the plate joint, and filling the plate joint, wherein the joint filling material extends into the plate surface of the STP thermal insulation decorative plate by 3-5 mm, the plate joint is less than or equal to 20mm, and the joint filling material is an elastic joint filling material.
9. The external thermal insulation system installation method of claim 3, wherein the step S45 includes: the distance between the fixing components is less than or equal to 30cm, the fixing components comprise metal hangers and metal plastic anchor bolts, the metal hangers are connected with the panel of the STP heat-preservation decorative plate, and the standard value of the tensile bearing capacity of the single metal plastic anchor bolt is not less than 0.60 kN.
10. An external thermal insulation system, characterized in that, by applying the method for installing an external thermal insulation system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, the external thermal insulation system comprises:
the leveling layer is arranged on the base layer wall body;
the STP heat-insulation decorative plates are adhered to the leveling layer through adhesive mortar;
the fixing components are matched with the fixing holes to fix the STP heat-insulating decorative plate;
and the plurality of joint filling materials are arranged between the plate joints of the STP heat-insulation decorative plate and are sealed through sealant.
