Referring to fig. 1-9, the moisture-proof heat-insulating decorative integrated board for the assembled building outer wall comprises a heat-insulating decorative integrated board 1, a special binder 2, a T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3, an L-shaped supporting piece 4, an expansion bolt 5 with a rubber sleeve, a self-tapping stainless steel screw 6 with a drill tail, a foam joint filling strip 7 and weather-resistant sealant 8, wherein the heat-insulating decorative integrated board 1 is adhered to and anchored on a base wall body through the special binder 2, the plate joint is filled with the foam joint filling strip 7 and the weather-resistant sealant 8 in a sealing mode, the anchor pressing type anchoring piece is composed of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3, the L-shaped supporting piece 4 and the self-tapping stainless steel screw 6 with the drill tail, an anchor pressing component is formed by connecting the L-shaped supporting piece 4 and the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3 through the self-tapping stainless steel screw 6 with the drill tail, and an anchor bolt is.

s2: and (3) plugging the cavity of the H-shaped steel beam of the outer wall: the galvanized flat iron with the thickness of 2.7mm and the width of 3.0cm is vertically welded to the upper end and the lower end of the side surface of the I-shaped steel to serve as a bottom lining of the plugging bottom plate, and antirust paint is coated at the welding position; plugging the cavity on the side surface of the I-shaped steel by using a calcium silicate plate with the thickness of 6mm, and fixing the calcium silicate plate on the galvanized flat iron by using a galvanized self-tapping screw; the installation method of the balcony outer wall H-shaped steel beam cavity heat preservation and decoration integrated plate comprises the following steps: the L-shaped supporting piece 4 is welded on the calcium silicate board galvanized flat iron reinforcing piece, and the L-shaped supporting piece 4 is connected with the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3 through a self-tapping stainless steel screw 6 at the tail of the drill; the water dripping line formed at the flange of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3 is blocked by adopting an interface agent;
s3: cutting the heat preservation and decoration integrated plate 1, brushing an interface agent: according to the actual situation of dividing the lines of ammunition, combining and designing a layout drawing, providing a blanking list, cutting the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate 1 according to the specification of the blanking list, and coating a waterproof interface agent on the cut surface;
s4: installing a press anchor type anchoring piece: the first row of pressure anchor type anchoring parts are installed according to the following steps:
a, based on the dividing lines, the anchoring part is released to install a control line and a drilling control line;
b, marking the mounting point of the L-shaped supporting piece 4 on the drilling control line according to the space design requirement of the L-shaped supporting piece 4;
c, drilling a mounting hole in the wall by using an M8 percussion drill, wherein the depth of the mounting hole is 65-70 mm, cleaning up the drilled floating ash, and driving into a plastic rubber sleeve of the bolt;
d, coating structural adhesive on the back of the L-shaped supporting piece 4, and immediately pressing the structural adhesive to a mounting point along the mounting control line of the anchoring piece to be in place;
e, inserting an anchor bolt into the mounting hole in the wall after penetrating through the anchoring hole of the L-shaped supporting piece 4, and screwing the bolt;
f, placing the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3 on the L-shaped supporting piece 4, aligning the flatness control line, and locking the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3 and the L-shaped supporting piece 4 by using a self-tapping stainless steel screw 6 at the tail of the drill;
the other pressure-relief anchor-type anchors are installed according to the following steps:
a, based on the dividing lines, the anchoring part is released to install a control line and a drilling control line;
b, marking the mounting point of the L-shaped supporting piece 4 on the drilling control line according to the space design requirement of the L-shaped supporting piece 4;
c, drilling a mounting hole in the wall by using an M8 impact drill bit, wherein the depth of the mounting hole is 65-70 mm, and cleaning the drilled floating ash;
d, coating structural adhesive on the back of the L-shaped supporting piece, and immediately pressing the structural adhesive to the mounting point along the mounting control line of the anchoring piece; and a plastic rubber sleeve of the bolt is driven into the groove;
e, inserting an anchor bolt into the mounting hole in the wall after penetrating through the anchoring hole of the L-shaped supporting piece 4, and screwing the bolt; after the drawing test of the bolt is qualified, the next procedure of construction is carried out;
f, tearing off the protective film on the panel of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate 1, which is in contact with the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3;
g, uniformly applying transparent weather-resistant sealant on the lower opening internal corner part of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3, then placing the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3 on the L-shaped supporting piece 4, pressing the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3 on the surface of the adhered rock wool finished plate, and extruding the transparent weather-resistant sealant 8;
h, aligning the flatness control line, and locking the T-shaped pressing anchor strip 3 and the L-shaped bearing piece 4 by adopting a self-tapping stainless steel screw 6 at the tail of the drill;
i, within 30min after the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3 is installed, the overflowing sealant and the sealant in the plate seam are cut off by adopting an L-shaped supporting piece 4 along the lower opening part of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3, and the overflowing sealant can be cleaned after 24 h;
j, mounting the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate 1 and the anchoring piece;
s5: treating other nodes of the steel column and the expansion joint: fully welding the L-shaped supporting piece 4 at the steel column by adopting a welding mode, springing a control line before construction, ensuring that the L-shaped supporting piece 4 is vertical to the control line, cleaning a base plane of thick fireproof mortar of the steel column by using an electric pick, and then rechecking whether the welded L-shaped supporting piece 4 meets the installation requirement of a finished board or not by using a theodolite; the finished plate on the bottom surface of the steel beam is preferably bonded on the ground by adopting a bonding method, the finished plate is inclined from inside to outside according to the gradient of 5 percent, and the cornice at the joint of the finished plate and the outer side surface of the steel beam is preferably made into olecranon-shaped water drops; the method for connecting the finished plate with the deformation joint comprises the following steps: the exposed surface of the deformation joint galvanized sheet is bent to be parallel to the finished product sheet or not to protrude out of the finished product sheet, a PE rod is adopted to fill the gap between the deformation joint galvanized sheet and the finished product sheet, and then sealant is adopted to seal; the deformation joint galvanized sheet is connected with a square tube with the specification of 30 x 30 and the wall thickness of 2.75 by adopting galvanized self-tapping screws, and the square tube is connected with a steel column in a welding mode; and (3) processing the finished board at the node of the internal corner and the external corner: cutting the plate according to the size, wherein the external corner plate does not protrude out of each surface layer, and sealing the joint of the surface layers of the external corner plate by adopting weather-resistant sealant 8; filling foam joint filling strips 7 in the joints of the internal corners, and then plugging by using weather-resistant sealant 8; the method for manufacturing the top surface of the parapet wall adopts an external corner node method, and the top part is sloped from outside to inside according to the gradient of 5 percent;
s6: preparing a binder: the preparation method is strictly carried out on site according to the proportion and the manufacturing process of the binder, and the mixture is strictly prepared according to the proportion of the product requirement; the product is used up within 2h or within the time specified in the product specification according to different environmental temperature conditions; the adhesive should be used for a specified operational time;
s7: pasting the heat preservation and decoration integrated plate 1: the pasting mode and the pasting area are according to the design drawing or the technical background book requirement, and the pasting of the finished board is carried out according to the following steps: tearing off the protective film at the contact part of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate 1 and the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3, and smearing an adhesive on the adhesive surface of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate according to a point-adhesive method or a virtual frame point method; uniformly drilling transparent weather-proof sealant 8 on the internal corner part of the upper part of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3 of the installed anchor pressing type anchoring part; the gluing length is consistent with the side length of the finished plate; immediately dropping the lower opening of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate 1 coated with the adhesive into the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3, pressing the upper opening towards the wall surface, wherein the transparent sealant at the lower opening overflows from the groove, checking to confirm that the whole strip of adhesive overflows, and adjusting the flatness of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate 1 until the flatness meets the requirement after no overflow point exists, otherwise, taking out the plate, and installing the plate after refitting the transparent weather-resistant sealant 8 again; within 30min after the finished board is installed, cutting off the overflowed sealant and the sealant in the board seam by adopting an L-shaped supporting piece 4 along the upper opening part of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip 3; repeating the steps S5 and S7, and installing the anchor pressing type anchoring piece and the heat preservation and decoration integrated plate 1;
s8: filling plate seams and sealing glue: after filling a PE rod in a plate seam without the anchor pressing type anchoring part, performing sealing and waterproof treatment on weather-resistant sealant 8;
s9: cleaning: tearing off the protective film of the finished board, cleaning the pollution of floating ash, residual glue and the like on the board surface and cleaning the panel.

s2: and (3) plugging the cavity of the H-shaped steel beam of the outer wall: galvanized flat iron with the width of 3.0cm and the thickness of 2.7mm is vertically welded at the upper end and the lower end of the side surface of the I-shaped steel to be used as bottom linings for plugging the bottom plate, and anti-rust paint is coated at the welding position; plugging a cavity on the side surface of the I-shaped steel by using a calcium silicate plate with the thickness of 6mm, and fixing the calcium silicate plate on the galvanized flat iron by using a galvanized self-tapping screw; the installation method of the balcony outer wall H-shaped steel beam cavity heat preservation and decoration integrated plate comprises the following steps: the L-shaped supporting piece (4) is welded on the calcium silicate board galvanized flat iron reinforcing piece, and the L-shaped supporting piece (4) is connected with the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3) through a self-tapping stainless steel screw (6) at the tail of the drill; the water dripping line formed at the flange of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3) is blocked by adopting an interface agent;
s3: cutting a heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate (1), brushing an interface agent: combining and designing a plate arrangement drawing according to the actual line snapping and dividing conditions, providing a blanking list, cutting the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate (1) according to the specification of the blanking list, and brushing a waterproof interface agent on a cut surface;
s4: installing a press anchor type anchoring piece: the first row of pressure anchor type anchoring parts are installed according to the following steps:
a) based on the dividing lines, the anchoring piece is elastically released to install a control line and a drilling control line;
b) marking the mounting point of the L-shaped supporting piece (4) on the drilling control line according to the distance design requirement of the L-shaped supporting piece (4);
c) drilling a mounting hole in a wall by using an M8 percussion drill, wherein the depth of the mounting hole is 65-70 mm, cleaning up the drilled floating ash, and driving into a plastic rubber sleeve of a bolt;
d) coating structural adhesive on the back of the L-shaped supporting piece (4), and immediately pressing the structural adhesive to a mounting point along an anchor mounting control line to be in place;
e) after passing through the anchoring hole of the L-shaped supporting piece (4), an anchor bolt is plugged into the mounting hole in the wall body, and the bolt is screwed down;
f) the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3) is placed on the L-shaped supporting piece (4), the flatness control line is aligned, and the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3) and the L-shaped supporting piece (4) are locked by a self-tapping stainless steel screw (6) at the tail of a drill;
the other pressure-relief anchor-type anchors are installed according to the following steps:
a) based on the dividing lines, the anchoring piece is elastically released to install a control line and a drilling control line;
b) marking the mounting point of the L-shaped supporting piece (4) on the drilling control line according to the distance design requirement of the L-shaped supporting piece (4);

h) aligning the flatness control line, and locking the T-shaped pressing anchor strip (3) and the L-shaped supporting piece (4) by adopting a self-tapping stainless steel screw (6) at the tail of the drill;
i) within 30min after the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3) is installed, an L-shaped supporting piece (4) is adopted to cut off the overflowed sealant and the sealant in the plate seam along the lower opening part of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3), and the overflowed sealant can be cleaned after 24 h;

s6: preparing a binder: the preparation method is strictly carried out on site according to the proportion and the manufacturing process of the binder, and the mixture is strictly prepared according to the proportion of the product requirement; the product is used up within 2h or within the time specified in the product specification according to different environmental temperature conditions; the adhesive should be used for a specified operational time;
s7: pasting the heat preservation and decoration integrated plate (1): the pasting mode and the pasting area are according to the design drawing or the technical background book requirement, and the pasting of the finished board is carried out according to the following steps: tearing off the protective film at the contact part of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate (1) and the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3), and smearing an adhesive on the adhesive surface of the protective film according to a point-adhesive method or a virtual frame point method; uniformly coating transparent weather-proof sealant (8) on the internal corner part of the upper part of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3) of the installed anchor pressing type anchoring part; the gluing length is consistent with the side length of the finished plate; immediately dropping the lower opening of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate (1) coated with the adhesive into the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3), pressing the upper opening towards the wall surface, wherein the transparent sealant at the lower opening overflows from the groove, checking to confirm that the whole strip of sealant overflows, and adjusting the flatness of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated plate (1) until the flatness meets the requirement after no overflow point exists, or taking out the plate, and refitting the transparent weather-resistant sealant (8) for installation; within 30min after the finished board is installed, the overflowed sealant and the sealant in the board seam are cut off by adopting an L-shaped supporting piece (4) along the upper opening part of the T-shaped anchor pressing strip (3); repeating the steps S5 and S7, and installing the anchor pressing type anchoring piece and the heat preservation decoration integrated plate (1);
s8: filling plate seams and sealing glue: after a PE rod is filled in a plate seam without the anchor pressing type anchoring part, sealing and waterproofing treatment of weather-resistant sealant (8) is carried out;
s9: cleaning: tearing off the protective film of the finished board, cleaning the pollution of floating ash, residual glue and the like on the board surface, and cleaning the panel.
