Abstract

The invention discloses a gravure cyan ink for pure water type tipping paper, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 65-70 parts of deionized water, 23-35 parts of a cyan pigment, 3-5 parts of an auxiliary agent, 5-8 parts of a filler, 0.5-0.8 part of cellulase, 0.25-0.3 part of sodium hydroxide and 0.5-0.65 part of chloromethane, wherein the filler comprises one or the mixture of calcium carbonate and talcum powder. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, trace cellulase and sodium hydroxide are added into the printing ink, so that the printing ink can be in a relatively stable state, the quality of the printing ink is not affected, the wear resistance of the printing ink can be improved, and heavy metals possibly contained in the printing ink are prevented from being applied to cigarette manufacturing and causing harm to human bodies.

Advantageous effects
According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, a trace amount of cellulase and sodium hydroxide are added into the printing ink, so that the printing ink can be in a relatively stable state, the quality of the printing ink cannot be affected adversely, and the wear resistance of the printing ink can be improved.
The cellulose is the main component of the tipping paper, in the process of printing the tipping paper by using the ink, the ink is contacted with the tipping paper, the sodium hydroxide alkalifies the cellulose on the surface layer of the tipping paper, and meanwhile, the cellulose further reduces the polymerization degree of the cellulose and improves the reaction capability of the cellulose. At the moment, methyl chloride in the printing ink can be esterified with activated cellulose on the surface layer to form methyl cellulose, the methyl cellulose has the capability of complexing heavy metals, and the heavy metals can be complexed, so that the heavy metals are attached to one layer contacted with the tipping paper, the surface layer of the film-formed printing ink does not contain the heavy metals, and the use safety is higher.
It should be noted that the accessibility of the cellulose is low, the reaction capability is poor, and the trace amount of sodium hydroxide and cellulase added in the ink only react with the cellulose on the surface layer, so that the tipping paper can be protected from being damaged, and the adhesive force between the tipping paper and the ink can be increased.
