Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink production, in particular to water-based ink with better printability and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water-based ink is called water ink for short, and the water-based ink for the flexographic plate is called liquid ink, and is mainly prepared by carrying out composite grinding on water-soluble resin, organic pigment, solvent and related auxiliary agents. The water-based ink is particularly suitable for packaging and printing products with strict requirements on sanitary conditions, such as cigarettes, wine, foods, beverages, medicines, toys for children and the like, and is a uniform pasty substance consisting of a binder, a pigment, an auxiliary agent and the like. The vehicle provides the necessary transfer properties of the ink and the pigment imparts color to the ink. Aqueous ink vehicles are largely classified into two types: water-diluted type and water-dispersed type. The former can be used in a wide variety of resin types, such as maleic acid resin, shellac, maleic acid resin-modified shellac, urethane, water-soluble acrylic resin, and aqueous amino resin. The water dispersion type vehicle is obtained by polymerizing an emulsified monomer in water, and is considered to be an oil-in-water emulsion type because it is a two-phase system in which an oil phase is dispersed in a water phase in the form of particles and can be diluted with water although it cannot be dissolved in water. The existing water-based ink and the preparation method thereof have the defects of unstable performance, no wear resistance and scratch resistance, short lasting time and poor color, and provide the water-based ink with better printability and the preparation method thereof for solving the problems.
