优选的，所述患者为血瘀明显者，添加草药为血竭3-5重量份、儿茶4-5重量份、乳香2-3重量份、没药1-3重量份、穿山甲0.5-0.8重量份、土鳖虫0.8-1重量份。
优选的，所述患者为软组织病变所致筋络挛痛者，添加草药为伸筋草3-5重量份、桑寄生2-3重量份、木瓜3-4重量份、松节1-2重量份、宽筋草2-4重量份、姜黄3-4重量份。

1.一种防治酒精性骨重构的中药优化组合及其制备使用方法，其特征在于：包括基础组合草药和添加草药，所述基础组合草药包括骨碎补8-10重量份、熟地黄6-9重量份、龟板7-9重量份、山药5-8重量份、山茱萸3-5重量份、茯苓3-5重量份、泽泻4-7重量份、牡丹皮2-6重量份、三七5-9重量份、川芎6-8重量份、丹参3-5重量份、制何首乌4-8重量份、蛇床子6-7重量份和鸡血藤5-8重量份，所述添加草药根据患者身体进行添加。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治酒精性骨重构的中药优化组合及其制备使用方法，其特征在于：所述患者为血瘀明显者，添加草药为血竭3-5重量份、儿茶4-5重量份、乳香2-3重量份、没药1-3重量份、穿山甲0.5-0.8重量份、土鳖虫0.8-1重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治酒精性骨重构的中药优化组合及其制备使用方法，其特征在于：所述患者为软组织病变所致筋络挛痛者，添加草药为伸筋草3-5重量份、桑寄生2-3重量份、木瓜3-4重量份、松节1-2重量份、宽筋草2-4重量份、姜黄3-4重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治酒精性骨重构的中药优化组合及其制备使用方法，其特征在于：所述患者为肝肾阴虚、口苦咽干、头昏目华、失眠多梦、腰膝酸软者，添加草药为女贞子2-3重量份、旱莲草2-4重量份、桑椹3-4重量份、菊花3-4重量份，所述女贞子需要先用蜜酒拌匀后，开火蒸20-30min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治酒精性骨重构的中药优化组合及其制备使用方法，其特征在于：所述患者为肾阳虚损、精血亏乏，证见面色黧黑、手足逆冷、耳鸣耳聋、肢体羸瘦、足膝软弱、腰脊疼痛者，添加草药为炮附子3-4重量份、鹿茸1-2重量份、五味子2-3重量份、肉桂2-3重量份、淫羊藿0.8-1.5重量份、巴戟天1-2重量份、蛇床子0.8-1重量份、韭菜子2-3重量份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治酒精性骨重构的中药优化组合及其制备使用方法，其特征在于：所述患者为肾阳不足、命门火衰，证见年迈或久病气衰神惫、畏寒肢冷、腰膝酸软、阳痿遗精，或阳衰无子，或小便自遗、大便不实、纳呆者，添加草药为鹿角胶1-2重量份、枸杞子2-3重量份、五味子1.5-2重量份、菟丝子2-3重量份、金樱子1-2重量份、当归2-3重量份、杜仲0.5-1.5重量份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治酒精性骨重构的中药优化组合及其制备使用方法，其特征在于：所述患者为肝肾不足，证见须发早白、发脱齿落、耳鸣耳聋、梦遗滑精、不育不孕者，添加草药为何首乌2-3重量份、黑芝麻2-4重量份、补骨脂1-2重量份、菟丝子1-2重量份、怀牛膝0.5-1重量份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治酒精性骨重构的中药优化组合及其制备使用方法，其特征在于：所述患者为肝肾不足、火郁气滞，证见胸脘胁痛、吞酸吐哭、口干咽干、脉细弱、苔黄腻者，添加草药为川楝子1-2重量份、葛根2-3重量份、天花粉1-2重量份、麦冬1-3重量份、玄参0.5-1重量份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治酒精性骨重构的中药优化组合及其制备使用方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将根茎块状类药材进行切粒处理，使药材切粒后的粒径大小为0.6-1.2cm；
步骤二：将根须、花朵和叶片类的药材进行捣碎；
步骤三：将上述药材放置在砂锅容器中，加入药材总重量3倍的水，先采用大火进行烧制，时间为1-1.5h，随后转成小火进行熬制，2.5-3h，对熬制后的液体进行储存；
步骤四：在熬制后的药材中再次加入药材总重量1.5倍的水，先采用大火进行烧制，时间为0.5-0.8h，随后转成小火进行熬制，1.5-2h，对熬制后的液体进行储存；
步骤五：将两次熬制后的液体进行过滤混合，得到混合后的液体进行收集储存，每天熬制一剂，分早晚两次口服。
