Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sunscreen, relates to sunscreen and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to low-irritation sunscreen and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sunscreen emulsion is a skin care product prepared by utilizing a sunscreen principle to protect skin from ultraviolet radiation so as to prevent melanin from generating and accumulating, and is applied to the skin to prevent sunlight from contacting the skin. Compared with sunscreen cream, sunscreen cream is more refreshing because it contains more water, and thus is favored by more consumers.
Sunscreen emulsions add sunscreen agents to act as sunscreens, and some sunscreen agents are irritating by direct contact with the skin, and thus may cause skin redness, irritation, and other discomfort to some people with sensitive skin after use of the sunscreen emulsion product.
CN108670890B discloses an organic sunscreen composition and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics and skin care products. The organic sunscreen composition is prepared from the following raw materials: ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, isopropyl lauroyl sarcosinate, octocrylene, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, octyl methicone, ethylhexyl triazone, hexyl diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl benzoate, isodecyl pivalate, butyl methoxydibenzoyl methane. The organic sunscreen composition comprises the ultraviolet absorbers with different wave bands, can play a good sunscreen effect, has the characteristics of good compatibility and high refreshing degree, and can bring a pleasant skin feel while comprehensively protecting the skin. The organic sunscreen composition can be applied in cosmetics or skin care products, such as various dosage forms of sunscreen gel, sunscreen spray, sunscreen cream, color cosmetics with sunscreen effect, etc. Although the invention discloses sunscreen agents such as ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, ethylhexyl triazone and butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, the sunscreen agents directly contact with the skin to cause irritation to the skin, and the sunscreen agents have poor stability and risk of precipitation.
CN110613619A discloses a biological sunscreen composition containing fullerene and an aerosol. The biological sunscreen composition comprises the following preparation raw materials: fullerene, glucosylrutin, p-methoxy isoamyl cinnamate, polysiloxane-15, ethylhexyl triazone, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate and bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine. The raw material components of the biological sunscreen composition are green, environment-friendly, safe and harmless, and all bands of UVB, UVA, visible light and IRA can be comprehensively and effectively protected through the cooperation of all the raw materials, so that various skin problems such as skin diseases and skin injuries induced by sunlight can be effectively prevented, and the health and the good life of people can be better guaranteed. Although it discloses glucosylrutin and ethylhexyl triazone, it is not good for improving skin aging, facial flushing, skin inflammation and erythema problems of skin which occur in the sun.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a sunscreen lotion which has a good sunscreen effect, is refreshing, has low irritation, and has good stability.

Volunteers included criteria: 1) healthy, without any history of skin or systemic disease; 2) male and female are not limited, and the age is 18-65 years old; 3) the attitude is serious, and the product can be used persistently; the excluded population is pregnant or lactating women, sensitive skin.
Application method
After cleansing, the low-irritation sunscreen milk or control sample was applied at 2mg/cm2The product is applied to the face part with uniform coating density once a day for 30 days.
Efficacy assessment methods were done in the form of questionnaires.
The main evaluation indexes are as follows: 1) sunscreen effect, evaluation scale was: the effect is obvious, the effect is general, and the effect is not in three levels; 2) the irritation index, the evaluation level is: 1) extreme irritation (red swelling, stabbing pain, pruritus, desquamation or other serious discomfort symptoms are generated in the using process), moderate irritation (the discomfort symptoms are very slight and basically imperceptible; no later stage exists at the beginning), no stimulation is generated (the whole using process is very comfortable, and no uncomfortable feeling exists); 3) the skin feel index is very dislike (sticky, unabsorbed, heavy and the like, poor spreadability), general and very good (fresh, easy to absorb and good spreadability).
The evaluation standard of the product is determined by three dimensions of sun-screening effect, irritation index and skin feeling index. The test results are shown in table 3 by comparing the percentage of preference of the user.
TABLE 3
From the data in table 3, it is found that the effect of the sunscreen emulsion of the present invention is almost as much as or even more significant than that of the sunscreen agent of the comparative example, the irritation is much lower than that of the comparative example, and the user is more likely to feel skin (one person in the comparative example is not tolerant to withdrawal).
According to the low-irritation sunscreen emulsion, after the sunscreen agent is coated, the stability of the sunscreen agent is improved, and the precipitation crystallization of the sunscreen agent is reduced.
The present invention is illustrated by the above-mentioned examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned detailed process equipment and process flow, i.e. it is not meant to imply that the present invention must rely on the above-mentioned detailed process equipment and process flow to be practiced.
