Background
The skin cells can be damaged by the irradiation of ultra-strong ultraviolet rays, the skin is adversely affected, the synthesis of pigment is quickened, the moisturizing effect of the skin is damaged, the skin is dried, the elastic fiber of the dermis is damaged, the generation of fine lines is promoted, and the aging of the skin is promoted. CN103221026a discloses a high SPF sunscreen composition containing less than 8% by weight total of organic sunscreens comprising: a) 0.1 to 5% by weight of dibenzoylmethane or its derivative B) 0.1 to 7% by weight of an oil-soluble UV-B organic sunscreen; c) 0.1 to 5% by weight of a nonionic surfactant selected from alkylphenol ethoxylates having an HLB value higher than 15; and d) a cosmetically acceptable base. It is stated that the sunscreen compositions have a high SPF, but it is observed that the SPF is between 22 and 28.1, and it is seen that the SPF is still to be increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a sun-screening composition, sun-screening cream containing the sun-screening composition and a preparation method thereof, wherein the sun-screening composition has an excellent sun-screening effect, and sunflower seed oil, lily extract and kaempferia galanga root extract have remarkable synergistic effect in sun screening.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
to achieve the above object, in a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sunscreen composition comprising: sunflower seed oil, lily extract and kaempferia galanga root extract;
the mass ratio of the sunflower seed oil to the lily extract to the kaempferia galangal root extract is (1-5): (2-6): (2-6).
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mass ratio of the sunflower seed oil, the lily extract and the kaempferia galanga root extract is (1-4): (2-5): (2-5).
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mass ratio of the sunflower seed oil, the lily extract and the kaempferia galanga root extract is 2:5:5.
in a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a sunscreen comprising a sunscreen composition as described above.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sunscreen composition comprises 3 to 6% by mass of the sunscreen cream.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sunscreen composition has a mass percentage of 4 to 6% in the sunscreen cream.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sunscreen composition has a mass percentage of 6% in the sunscreen cream.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sunscreen cream further comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05 to 0.2 percent of soothing agent, 0.1 to 0.4 percent of preservative, 1 to 6 percent of chemical sun-screening agent, 8 to 20 percent of humectant, 2 to 6 percent of emollient, 4 to 8 percent of emulsifying agent and the balance of water.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sunscreen cream further comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05 to 0.15 percent of soothing agent, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of preservative, 1 to 5 percent of chemical sun-screening agent, 10 to 20 percent of humectant, 2 to 5 percent of emollient, 5 to 8 percent of emulsifying agent and the balance of water.
In a third aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a method for preparing the sunscreen cream, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing a chemical sun-screening agent, an emollient and an emulsifier to obtain an oil phase;
uniformly mixing humectant and water to obtain a water phase;
adding the water phase into the oil phase, homogenizing at 65-80deg.C to obtain mixed solution
Cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding a soothing agent and a preservative, and uniformly stirring the sun-screening composition to obtain the sun-screening cream.

The sunflower seed oil is an important basic oily raw material in cosmetics, has the effect of lubricating the skin, has the inhibition rate of the sunflower seed oil on the apoptosis of the fibroblasts under the irradiation of ultraviolet light of 50-65%, has good sun-proof effect, has the effects of promoting the healing of the skin and resisting inflammation, and can reduce the skin irritation caused by the irradiation of the ultraviolet light.
The lily is a perennial herb plant of the genus lily of the family lily, the bulb of the lily is rich in active ingredients such as amino acids, characteristic alkaloids (pseudowhite olive lactam, pseudoethyl white olive lactam), spirostanol, furostanol, isorhamnetin and the like, the lily extract can effectively inhibit proliferation of fibroblasts, promote generation of elastin, improve activity of cathepsin, promote metabolism of skin cells, inhibit apoptosis of fibroblasts under ultraviolet light, and have obvious absorption peaks in a band interval of UVA and UVB.
The kaempferia galanga is a plant of the genus kaempferia of the family zingiberaceae, the kaempferia galanga root extract has a good sun-screening effect, the components such as p-methoxy cinnamic acid ethyl acetate in the kaempferia galanga root extract have wide and strong absorption in the 280-320 nm area, no irritation to skin is caused, and the safety is good, so that the kaempferia galanga is an ideal sun-screening agent.

In one embodiment, the sunscreen further comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05 to 0.2 percent of soothing agent, 0.1 to 0.4 percent of preservative, 1 to 6 percent of chemical sun-screening agent, 8 to 20 percent of humectant, 2 to 6 percent of emollient, 4 to 8 percent of emulsifying agent and the balance of water.
In one embodiment, the soothing agent comprises at least one of bisabolol, allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, asiaticoside, centella asiatica extract, hamamelis virginiana extract, calendula extract, purslane extract.
In particular, in the sun cream, the soothing agent is particularly preferably bisabolol, the bisabolol is monocyclic unsaturated half-silsesquioxanol, and the bisabolol is extracted from pure natural plant chamomile, has the effects of resisting inflammation, resisting bacteria, soothing and calming skin, can protect and treat the skin, protects the skin from daily tension, accelerates the healing process of the skin, and has good stability and compatibility.
In one embodiment, the preservative comprises at least one of propyl hydroxybenzoate, methyl hydroxybenzoate, ethyl hydroxybenzoate, sodium benzoate, butyl hydroxy anisole, butyl hydroxy toluene.
It should be noted that, a person skilled in the art may select a specific type of preservative according to actual needs, so long as a corresponding preservative effect is achieved.
In one embodiment, the chemical sunscreen comprises at least one of methylenebis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, hexyl diethylaminooxybenzoyl benzoate, 4-t-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane, ethylhexyl triazone, benzophenone-3, octocrylene, homosalate, butylmethoxydibenzoylmethane, octocrylene, hexyl diethylaminooxybenzoyl benzoate, polysiloxane-15, t-butylmethoxybenzoyl methane, ethylhexyl salicylate, bisethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, methylenebis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol, and cresols trazotrisiloxane.
In particular, in the sunscreen cream of the present invention, the chemical sunscreen agent is particularly preferably methyl bis-benzotriazole-tetramethyl butyl phenol, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, hexyl diethylhydroxybenzoate, 4-tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane and ethylhexyl triazone, and when the sunscreen composition is used, the use amount of the chemical sunscreen agent can be effectively reduced, and the photostability of the chemical sunscreen agent can be effectively improved.
Exemplary, when methyl bis-benzotriazole-tetramethylbutylphenol, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, hexyl diethylhydroxybenzoate, 4-t-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane, and ethylhexyl triazone are used as chemical sunscreens, the following chemical sunscreens are included in mass percent based on 100% total sunscreen: 0.5 to 3 percent of methyl bis-benzotriazole tetramethyl butyl phenol, 0.5 to 3 percent of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 0.2 to 2 percent of hexyl diethylaminobenzoate, 0.2 to 2%4 percent of tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoyl methane and 0.1 to 1 percent of ethylhexyl triazone.
In one embodiment, the humectant comprises at least one of 1, 3-butanediol, propylene glycol, hexylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, glycerol polyether-26, polyethylene glycol, xylitol, diglycerol, maltitol, maltose, D-mannitol, pentanediol, dipropylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, ethylene glycol, neopentyl glycol, erythritol, mannose, sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, β -glucan, glucose, lactose, maltose, fructose, inositol, sorbitol, sorbitan, trehalose, starch hydrolyzing sugar, methyl gluceth-20, methyl gluceth-10 biose-1, rhamnose, sodium hyaluronate.
Specifically, in the sunscreen cream of the present invention, glycerin and 1, 3-butanediol are particularly preferably used as the humectant, and the mass ratio of the glycerin to the 1: (0.5-2), glycerin and 1, 3-butanediol are selected as humectant, so that the humectant has good compatibility in a formula system, and the moisturizing effect of the whole system is improved.
In one embodiment, the emollient comprises at least one of octyl polymethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethicone, cetyl ethylhexanoate, diisostearyl malate, jojoba oil, avocado oil, apricot oil, olive oil, sesame oil, almond oil, soybean oil, caprylic/capric triglycerides, isohexadecane, squalane, dimethicone, cyclopentadimethicone, diisostearyl malate, dicetyl stearyl dimer linoleate, hexyl laurate, polyglycerol 2-diisostearate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, pentaerythritol, tetraisostearate, caprylic/capric triglycerides, octyldodecanol, dioctyl carbonate, macadamia nut oil, shea butter.
In particular, in the sunscreens of the present invention, the emollients include octyl polymethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethicone, cetyl ethyl hexanoate.
Exemplary, when octyl polymethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethicone, cetyl ethyl hexanoate are used as emollients, comprise the following mass percent of emollients, based on 100% total sunscreen: 1 to 4 percent of octyl polymethyl siloxane, 0.5 to 2 percent of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane and 0.2 to 1.5 percent of cetyl alcohol ethyl caproate.
In one embodiment, the emulsifier comprises cetyl alcohol, glycerol stearate, stearic acid, sodium lauroyl glutamate, and sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer.
Illustratively, when cetyl alcohol, glycerol stearate, stearic acid, sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer are used as emulsifiers, the following emulsifiers are included in mass percent based on 100% of the total sunscreen: 0.5 to 2 percent of cetyl alcohol, 1 to 4 percent of glycerol stearate, 0.2 to 0.8 percent of stearic acid, 0.2 to 1 percent of sodium lauroyl glutamate and 0.5 to 2 percent of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer.
In one embodiment, the sunscreen further comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05 to 0.15 percent of soothing agent, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of preservative, 1 to 5 percent of chemical sun-screening agent, 10 to 20 percent of humectant, 2 to 5 percent of emollient, 5 to 8 percent of emulsifying agent and the balance of water.
Particularly preferred, the sun cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 1.7 percent of sun-screening composition, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of bisabolol, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of propyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of methylparaben, 0.5 to 3 percent of methyl bis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutyl phenol, 0.5 to 3 percent of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 0.2 to 2 percent of hexyl diethylcarbamoylbenzoate, 0.2 to 2%4 percent of tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoyl methane, 0.1 to 1 percent of ethylhexyl triazone, 4 to 10 percent of 1, 3-butanediol, 4 to 10 percent of glycerol, 1 to 4 percent of octyl polymethylsiloxane, 0.5 to 2 percent of cyclopentadimethicone, 0.2 to 1.5 percent of cetyl ethyl hexanoate, 0.5 to 2 percent of cetyl alcohol, 1 to 4 percent of glycerol stearate, 0.2 to 0.8 percent of stearic acid, 0.2 to 1 percent of sodium lauroyl, 0.5 to 2 percent of sodium lauroyl sulfonate/sodium methylacrylate, and the balance of copolymerized sodium methylacrylate.
In addition, the above-mentioned sunscreen cream may be blended with auxiliary materials such as antioxidants, essential oils, thickeners, buffers, surfactants and the like which are commonly used in usual cosmetic compositions, if necessary.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing the sunscreen cream, which includes the following steps:
uniformly mixing a chemical sun-screening agent, an emollient and an emulsifier to obtain an oil phase;
uniformly mixing humectant and water to obtain a water phase;
adding the water phase into the oil phase, and homogenizing at 65-80 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution;
cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding a soothing agent and a preservative, and uniformly stirring the sun-screening composition to obtain the sun-screening cream.
Example 1
A sunscreen composition comprising the following components: sunflower seed oil, lily extract and kaempferia galanga root extract; the mass ratio of the sunflower seed oil to the lily extract to the kaempferia galangal root extract is 2:5:5.

A sunscreen composition comprising the following components: sunflower seed oil, lily extract and kaempferia galanga root extract; the mass ratio of the sunflower seed oil to the lily extract to the kaempferia galangal root extract is 5:2:2.

A sunscreen composition comprising the following components: sunflower seed oil, lily extract and kaempferia galanga root extract; the mass ratio of the sunflower seed oil to the lily extract to the kaempferia galangal root extract is 1:6:6.

The sunscreen composition was the one described in example 1.
Example 6
A sun cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 4.5% Sun protection composition (2.5% sunflower seed oil, 1% lily extract, 1% kaempferia galanthamine root extract), 0.05% bisabolol, 0.05% propyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.05% methyl hydroxybenzoate, 2% methyl bis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutylphenol, 1.5% ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 1% hexyl diethylcarbamoylbenzoate, 0.8% 4-tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane, 0.7% ethylhexyl triazone, 4%1, 3-butanediol, 6% glycerol, 1% octyl polymethylsiloxane, 1% cyclopentadimethicone, 0.5% cetyl ethylhexanoate, 0.5% cetyl alcohol, 1.5% glycerol stearate, 0.3% stearic acid, 0.4% sodium lauroyl glutamate, 0.8% sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, balance water.
The sunscreen composition was the one described in example 2.
Example 7
A sun cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5.2% Sun protection composition (0.4% sunflower seed oil, 2.4% lily extract, 2.4% kaempferia galanthamine extract), 0.2% bisabolol, 0.1% propyl hydroxy benzoate, 0.1% methyl hydroxy benzoate, 0.5% methyl bis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutylphenol, 0.5% ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 0.2% hexyl diethylhydroxybenzoate, 2%4-tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane, 1% ethylhexyl triazone, 10%1, 3-butanediol, 4% glycerol, 4% octyl polymethylsiloxane, 0.5% cyclopentadimethicone, 0.2% cetyl ethyl hexanoate, 1.5% cetyl alcohol, 3% glycerol stearate, 0.8% stearic acid, 1% sodium lauroyl glutamate, 1% sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, balance water.
The sunscreen composition was as described in example 3.
Example 8
A sun cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 6% Sun protection composition (1.5% sunflower seed oil, 2% lily extract, 2.5% kaempferia galanthamine root extract), 0.1% bisabolol, 0.1% propyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.1% methyl hydroxybenzoate, 1.5% methyl bis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutylphenol, 1.2% ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 0.8% hexyl diethylhydroxybenzoate, 0.6% 4-t-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane, 0.1% ethylhexyl triazone, 7%1, 3-butanediol, 8% glycerol, 2% octyl polymethylsiloxane, 1% cyclopentadimethicone, 0.8% cetyl ethylhexanoate, 1% cetyl alcohol, 2% glycerol stearate, 0.5% stearic acid, 0.5% sodium lauroyl glutamate, 1% sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, balance water.
The sunscreen composition was the one described in example 4.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 5 in that the sunscreen composition described in comparative example 1 (the total amount added in the sunscreen is unchanged) does not contain sunflower seed oil, all other things being equal.
A sun cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 6% of a sunscreen composition (3% lily extract, 3% kaempferol extract), 0.1% bisabolol, 0.1% propyl hydroxy benzoate, 0.1% methyl hydroxy benzoate, 1.5% methyl bis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutylphenol, 1.2% ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 0.8% hexyl diethylcarbamoylbenzoate, 0.6% 4-tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane, 0.1% ethylhexyl triazone, 7%1, 3-butanediol, 8% glycerol, 2% octyl polymethylsiloxane, 1% cyclopentadimethicone, 0.8% cetyl ethyl hexanoate, 1% cetyl alcohol, 2% glycerol stearate, 0.5% stearic acid, 0.5% sodium lauroyl glutamate, 1% sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer, balance water.
Comparative example 2

Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 differs from example 5 in that the sunscreen composition described in comparative example 3 (the total amount added in the sunscreen cream is unchanged) does not contain kaempferia galanga root extract, all other things being equal.
A sun cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1.2% of a sunscreen composition (2.25% sunflower seed oil, 3.75% lily extract), 0.1% bisabolol, 0.1% propyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.1% methyl hydroxybenzoate, 1.5% methyl bis-benzotriazole tetramethylbutylphenol, 1.2% ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 0.8% hexyl diethylcarbamoylbenzoate, 0.6% 4-tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane, 0.1% ethylhexyl triazone, 7%1, 3-butanediol, 8% glycerol, 2% octyl polymethylsiloxane, 1% cyclopentadimethicone, 0.8% cetyl ethylhexanoate, 1% cetyl alcohol, 2% glycerol stearate, 0.5% stearic acid, 0.5% sodium lauroyl glutamate, 1% sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer, balance water.
Test case
1. The in vitro Sun Protection Factor (SPF) was tested using SPF-290.
The test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the sunscreen cream containing the sunscreen composition of the present invention has a good sunscreen effect.
Comparative examples 5 to 8 show that the ratio of the different raw materials and the mass ratio of the sunscreen composition affect the sunscreen effect to some extent, and that example 5 is the best embodiment and has the best sunscreen effect.
Comparative example 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 show that the sunflower seed oil, lily extract and kaempferia galangal extract of the present invention have remarkable synergistic effect in sun protection, and the sun protection effect is remarkably reduced after a few components are contained.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. The sun cream is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 3-6% of a sunscreen composition, 0.05-0.2% of a soothing agent, 0.1-0.4% of a preservative, 0.5-3% of methyl bis-benzotriazole-tetramethylbutylphenol, 0.5-3% of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 0.2-2% of hexyl diethylcarbamoylbenzoate, 0.2-2% of 4-tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane, 0.1-1% of ethylhexyl triazone, 8-20% of a humectant, 2-6% of an emollient, 4-8% of an emulsifier, and the balance water;
the total mass of the methyl bis-benzotriazole tetramethyl butylphenol, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, hexyl diethylaminobenzoate, 4-tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoylmethane and ethylhexyl triazone is 1.5-6% of the mass of the sun block;
the sun-proof composition consists of sunflower seed oil, lily extract and kaempferia galanga root extract;
the mass ratio of the sunflower seed oil to the lily extract to the kaempferia galangal root extract is (1-5): (2-6): (2-6).
2. The sun cream according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of sunflower seed oil, lily extract and kaempferia galanga root extract is (1-4): (2-5): (2-5).
3. The sun cream according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of sunflower seed oil, lily extract and kaempferia galanga root extract is 2:5:5.
4. the sun cream according to claim 1, wherein the sun cream comprises 4-6% of the sun cream by mass percent of the sun cream composition.
5. The sun cream according to claim 1, wherein the sun cream comprises 6% of the sun cream by mass percent of the sun cream composition.
6. The method for preparing the sun cream according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
uniformly mixing methyl bis-benzotriazole tetramethyl butylphenol, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, hexyl diethylaminobenzoate, 4-tert-butyl-4-methoxydibenzoyl methane, ethylhexyl triazone, an emollient and an emulsifier to obtain an oil phase;
uniformly mixing humectant and water to obtain a water phase;
adding the water phase into the oil phase, and homogenizing at 65-80 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution
Cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding a soothing agent, a preservative and a sun-screening composition, and uniformly stirring to obtain the sun-screening cream.
