本发明提供了一种含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜,包括丙烯酸(酯)类/C10‑30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、甘油、EDTA二钠、红景天提取物、洋甘菊提取物、积雪草提取物、氨丁三醇、丁二醇、1,2‑己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油、积雪草苷、烟酰胺、熊果苷、琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯,余量为酵母菌发酵产物滤液。本发明还公开了相应的面膜的制备方法。本发明的面膜含有天然的提取物积雪草苷、红景天提取物等,对皮肤有较好的抗老的效果;其次,不含有防腐剂,对皮肤的刺激较小;最后制作方法简单易操作。

本发明涉及化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上没有类似的含有积雪草苷和红景天提取物的抗老面膜,而且其它的抗老面膜的的效果不理想,达不到产品介绍的效果,消费者一度对抗老类的面膜失去信心,本发明的面膜可以解决抗老难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决化妆品抗老效果不明显的问题,提供一种含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供的技术方案:
一种含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜,包括以重量比例计算的下列成分:丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.10-0.15%、黄原胶0.04-0.10%、羟乙基纤维素0.04-0.10%、甘油5.00-8.00%、EDTA 二钠0.02-0.05%、红景天提取物0.50-1.50%、洋甘菊提取物0.50-1.50%、积雪草提取物0.50-1.50%、氨丁三醇0.10-0.15%、丁二醇2.00-5.00%、1,2-己二醇0.50-2.00%、对羟基苯乙酮0.20-0.50%、乙基己基甘油0.01-0.0.05%、积雪草苷0.50-1.50%、烟酰胺0.10-0.50%、熊果苷0.05-0.20%、琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯0.20-0.50%,余量为酵母菌发酵产物滤液。
本发明还提供以下的技术方案:一种含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜的制备方法,由下述步骤组成:
S1、先将甘油、丁二醇投入釜中,再将黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、EDTA 二钠、积雪草苷、烟酰胺投入进行分散,再将红景天提取物、洋甘菊提取物、积雪草提取物、酵母菌发酵产物滤液投入釜内,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物最后缓慢撒入,常温快速搅拌8-12分钟后,快速搅拌并升温至75-85℃;
S2、继续搅拌灭菌35-45分钟,灭菌结束后取样观察溶解性,若溶解完全,加入氨丁三醇,缓慢搅拌8-12分钟;
S3、降温至55-65℃,将琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油进行溶解好再加入釜内,缓慢搅拌13-17分钟,继续降温;
S4、持续降温至45-55℃时,将熊果苷加入釜内,缓慢搅拌8-12分钟,并抽真空脱泡;取样观察,检测合格即得面膜。
本发明的有益效果:该款面膜含有天然的提取物积雪草苷、红景天提取物等,对皮肤有较好的抗老的效果;其次,不含有防腐剂,对皮肤的刺激较小;最后制作方法简单易操作。

一种含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜,所述面膜由以下成分组成:
丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.12%、黄原胶0.07%、羟乙基纤维素0.07%、甘油7.00%、EDTA 二钠0.03%、红景天提取物0.50%、洋甘菊提取物1.00%、积雪草提取物0.50%、氨丁三醇0.12%、丁二醇4.00%、1,2-己二醇1.20%、对羟基苯乙酮0.40%、乙基己基甘油0.03%、积雪草苷1.00%、烟酰胺0.40%、熊果苷0.13%、琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯0.40%,余量为酵母菌发酵产物滤液。
一种含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:先将甘油、丁二醇投入釜中,再将黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、EDTA 二钠、积雪草苷、烟酰胺投入进行分散,再将红景天提取物、洋甘菊提取物、积雪草提取物、酵母菌发酵产物滤液投入釜内,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物最后缓慢撒入,常温快速搅拌10分钟后,快速搅拌并升温至80℃;
S2:继续搅拌灭菌40分钟,灭菌结束后取样观察溶解性,若溶解完全,加入氨丁三醇,缓慢搅拌10分钟;
S3:降温至60℃,将琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油进行溶解好再加入釜内,缓慢搅拌15分钟,继续降温;
S4:持续降温至50℃时,将熊果苷加入釜内,缓慢搅拌10分钟,并抽真空脱泡。取样观察,检测合格即得面膜。

S2:继续搅拌灭菌40分钟,灭菌结束后取样观察溶解性,若溶解完全,加入氨丁三醇,缓慢搅拌10分钟;
S3:降温至60℃,将琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油进行溶解好再加入釜内,缓慢搅拌15分钟,继续降温;
S4:持续降温至50℃时,将熊果苷加入釜内,缓慢搅拌10分钟,并抽真空脱泡。取样观察,检测合格即得面膜。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3三组分别进行抗氧化功效实验。
步骤:
一、试剂准备
(1)3.943mgDPPH用95%乙醇定容至50mL
(2)10mg左右Trolox用95%乙醇定容至100mL
(3)一种含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜(实施例1、实施例2、实施例3)
二、实验步骤
(1) UV校零,95%乙醇作为空白样
(2)预实验(DPPH浓度选择)
500μL DPPH+1000μL 95%乙醇震荡10s,静置10min,测吸光度值(520nm处吸光度值0.45-0.55,则可作为以下实验DPPH溶液)
(3)Trolox的测定如表1

分析总结
1.由功效测试结果可以看出该款含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的面膜具有很好的清除DPPH自由基的作用,且随着积雪草苷、红景天提取物的含量增加,清除DPPH自由基的效果更明显。
2. DPPH自由基清除率可表征受试样品的抗氧化活性。通常情下DPPH自由基清除率越高,抗氧化活性越强。实施例3有较强抗氧化和清除有害自由基能力,在受试体积分数范围内呈现一定的量效关系。这表明,实施例3具有较好的抗氧化和氧化应激损害保护作用,达到预防疾病和抗衰老的效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜,其特征在于,包括以重量比例计算的下列成分:丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.10-0.15%、黄原胶0.04-0.10%、羟乙基纤维素0.04-0.10%、甘油5.00-8.00%、EDTA 二钠0.02-0.05%、红景天提取物0.50-1.50%、洋甘菊提取物0.50-1.50%、积雪草提取物0.50-1.50%、氨丁三醇0.10-0.15%、丁二醇2.00-5.00%、1,2-己二醇0.50-2.00%、对羟基苯乙酮0.20-0.50%、乙基己基甘油0.01-0.0.05%、积雪草苷0.50-1.50%、烟酰胺0.10-0.50%、熊果苷0.05-0.20%、琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯0.20-0.50%,余量为酵母菌发酵产物滤液。
2.一种生产如权利要求1所述的含有积雪草苷、红景天提取物的抗老面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,由下述步骤组成:
S1、先将甘油、丁二醇投入釜中,再将黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、EDTA 二钠、积雪草苷、烟酰胺投入进行分散,再将红景天提取物、洋甘菊提取物、积雪草提取物、酵母菌发酵产物滤液投入釜内,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物最后缓慢撒入,常温快速搅拌8-12分钟后,快速搅拌并升温至75-85℃;
S2、继续搅拌灭菌35-45分钟,灭菌结束后取样观察溶解性,若溶解完全,加入氨丁三醇,缓慢搅拌8-12分钟;
S3、降温至55-65℃,将琥珀酸二乙氧基乙酯、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、乙基己基甘油进行溶解好再加入釜内,缓慢搅拌13-17分钟,继续降温;
S4、持续降温至45-55℃时,将熊果苷加入釜内,缓慢搅拌8-12分钟,并抽真空脱泡;取样观察,检测合格即得面膜。
