The grass particles provided by the invention not only have richer nutrition, but also can effectively prevent a plurality of diseases in the feeding process, thereby improving the feeding income.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of grass feed, in particular to a method for preparing grass particles by utilizing bagasse straws.
Background
Currently, most of the breeding industries adopt wet feed feeding instead of powder or granular feed feeding, wherein the effect is good especially with granular feed, and the key is that the waste of feed is greatly reduced. Particularly in the field of beef cattle raising, the practical grass granulated feed can not only provide more sufficient nutrition, but also improve the sanitary condition of raising, but the existing grass granulated feed only provides nutrient substances for beef cattle growth, does not contain substances capable of preventing the beef cattle from generating common diseases, and thus the morbidity of the beef cattle cannot be effectively controlled.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the technical defects and provide a method for preparing grass particles by utilizing bagasse straws.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the method for preparing grass particles by utilizing bagasse straws comprises the following raw materials: 100-200 parts of sugarcane straw, 30-50 parts of corn, 15-30 parts of sorghum, 30-50 parts of ryegrass, 20-40 parts of wheat bran, 10-15 parts of vinasse, 5-10 parts of dandelion, 4-7 parts of houttuynia cordata, 2-3 parts of antibiotics, 2-5 parts of rock salt, 2-5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 2-4 parts of tricalcium phosphate, 1-3 parts of cod-liver oil, 5-15 parts of mixed enzyme, 100-200 parts of traditional Chinese medicine liquid and 20-40 parts of soda water.
Further, the concrete raw materials are as follows: 100 parts of sugarcane straw, 30 parts of corn, 15 parts of sorghum, 30 parts of ryegrass, 20 parts of wheat bran, 10 parts of vinasse, 5 parts of dandelion, 4 parts of houttuynia cordata, 2 parts of antibiotics, 2 parts of rock salt, 2 parts of magnesium sulfate, 2 parts of tricalcium phosphate, 1 part of cod-liver oil, 5 parts of mixed enzyme, 100 parts of traditional Chinese medicine liquid and 20 parts of soda water.
Further, the concrete raw materials are as follows: 150 parts of sugarcane straw, 40 parts of corn, 25 parts of sorghum, 40 parts of ryegrass, 30 parts of wheat bran, 12 parts of vinasse, 8 parts of dandelion, 5 parts of houttuynia cordata, 2 parts of antibiotics, 4 parts of rock salt, 4 parts of magnesium sulfate, 3 parts of tricalcium phosphate, 2 parts of cod-liver oil, 10 parts of mixed enzyme, 150 parts of traditional Chinese medicine liquid and 30 parts of soda water.
Further, the concrete raw materials are as follows: 200 parts of sugarcane straw, 50 parts of corn, 30 parts of sorghum, 50 parts of ryegrass, 40 parts of wheat bran, 15 parts of vinasse, 10 parts of dandelion, 7 parts of houttuynia cordata, 3 parts of antibiotics, 5 parts of rock salt, 5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 4 parts of tricalcium phosphate, 3 parts of cod-liver oil, 15 parts of mixed enzyme, 200 parts of traditional Chinese medicine liquid and 40 parts of soda water.
Further, the mixed enzyme comprises 15-25 parts of xylanase, 5-10 parts of cellulase, 5-10 parts of protease, 5-10 parts of amylase, 5-10 parts of pectinase and 2-5 parts of phytase; the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is prepared by decocting 220 parts of rheum officinale, 240 parts of hawthorn, 250 parts of medicated leaven, 40-60 parts of immature bitter orange, 45-55 parts of betel nut, 45-55 parts of celtis, 40-58 parts of costus root and 450 parts of mirabilite.
The method for preparing grass particles by utilizing bagasse straws comprises the following steps:
(1) putting sugarcane straws, corns, sorghum, ryegrass, wheat bran, dandelion and houttuynia cordata into a grinder to be stirred according to parts until particles with the particle size of 0.5-0.8 mm are obtained;
(2) mixing vinasse with soda water, standing for 2-5 hours, putting the obtained particles into a stirrer, and simultaneously putting the mixture of the vinasse and the soda water, antibiotics, rock salt, magnesium sulfate, tricalcium phosphate, cod liver oil and mixed enzyme into the stirrer to stir and mix to obtain a mixture;
(3) soaking the obtained mixture and the Chinese medicinal liquid for 1-2 days, taking out, drying in a dryer, and granulating in a granulator to obtain granulated feed with granules of 2-3 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the dandelion can play a certain role in preventing and treating inflammation in the mouth of the beef cattle, and reduce the occurrence probability of foot-and-mouth disease; the houttuynia cordata can relieve the muscle inflammation; the mixed traditional Chinese medicine liquid can prevent beef cattle from constipation. The grass particles provided by the invention not only have richer nutrition, but also can effectively prevent a plurality of diseases in the feeding process, thereby improving the feeding income.

(2) mixing vinasse with soda water, standing for 2-5 hours, putting the obtained particles into a stirrer, and simultaneously putting the mixture of the vinasse and the soda water, antibiotics, rock salt, magnesium sulfate, tricalcium phosphate, cod liver oil and mixed enzyme into the stirrer to stir and mix to obtain a mixture;
(3) soaking the obtained mixture and the Chinese medicinal liquid for 1-2 days, taking out, drying in a dryer, and granulating in a granulator to obtain granulated feed with granules of 2-3 mm.
EXAMPLE III
The bagasse straw is used for preparing grass particles, and the specific raw materials are as follows: 150 parts of sugarcane straw, 40 parts of corn, 25 parts of sorghum, 40 parts of ryegrass, 30 parts of wheat bran, 12 parts of vinasse, 8 parts of dandelion, 5 parts of houttuynia cordata, 2 parts of antibiotics, 4 parts of rock salt, 4 parts of magnesium sulfate, 3 parts of tricalcium phosphate, 2 parts of cod-liver oil, 10 parts of mixed enzyme, 150 parts of traditional Chinese medicine liquid and 30 parts of soda water.
The mixed enzyme comprises 15-25 parts of xylanase, 5-10 parts of cellulase, 5-10 parts of protease, 5-10 parts of amylase, 5-10 parts of pectinase and 2-5 parts of phytase; the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is prepared by decocting 220 parts of rheum officinale, 240 parts of hawthorn, 250 parts of medicated leaven, 40-60 parts of immature bitter orange, 45-55 parts of betel nut, 45-55 parts of celtis, 40-58 parts of costus root and 450 parts of mirabilite.
The method for preparing grass particles by utilizing bagasse straws comprises the following steps:
(1) putting sugarcane straws, corns, sorghum, ryegrass, wheat bran, dandelion and houttuynia cordata into a grinder to be stirred according to parts until particles with the particle size of 0.5-0.8 mm are obtained;
