Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于循环饮用水的潜水搅拌装置,其包括具有外壳的潜水马达,从潜水马达的一端延伸有轴,安装在所述轴上的双曲面搅拌器本体,以及用于将潜水搅拌装置支撑在罐的基部上的支撑结构。
背景技术
申请人以“超潜水混合器”的名义提供一种潜水搅拌装置。其尤其是用于循环澄清池中的废水。
在饮用水存储装置中存在形成具有不同温度的水层的风险。在这种类型的水层之间没有明显的液体交换。这可能导致藻类形成、后细菌负荷和/或可能导致不可控的化学浓度。为了避免上述缺点,通过搅拌装置循环接纳在饮用水存储装置中的饮用水。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种用于循环饮用水的潜水搅拌装置,其具有改进的搅拌效率。
该目的由权利要求1的特征实现。本发明的有利的实施例将从从属权利要求的特征变得清楚。
根据本发明,提出用于循环饮用水的潜水搅拌装置,并且所述用于循环饮用水的潜水搅拌装置包括:
具有筒状的外壳的潜水马达,从所述潜水马达的一端延伸有轴。
安装在所述轴上的双曲面搅拌器本体,
具有沿着所述外壳延伸并且连接至所述外壳的多个支撑件的框架,其中所述支撑件具有沿径向向外斜移的弯曲部,所述弯曲部在双曲面搅拌器本体的外周缘上延伸,从而将框架支撑在基部上,以及
流动引导元件,其在平面图中为环形,并且安装在所述支撑件的所述弯曲部上。
所提出的潜水搅拌装置为简单且紧凑的设计。由于环形的流动引导元件的设置,避免了双曲面搅拌器本体的外周处的圆形或者螺旋形涡流。因此,所提出的潜水搅拌装置具有特别高的搅拌效率,即,通过所提出的潜水搅拌装置能够以减少的能耗循环预定量的饮用水。
根据有益的实施例,运送肋设置在双曲面搅拌器本体的面对潜水马达的上侧并且沿径向方向延伸而且沿第一切向方向朝向外周缘弯曲。所提出的运送肋的实施例还促成了进一步提高潜水搅拌装置的效率。当双曲面搅拌器本体旋转时,产生向其上侧引导的流动并且沿径向方向朝向外周缘转向。
流动引导元件有益地支撑在弯曲部上。然而,其还能够安装在弯曲部的面向双曲面搅拌器本体的下边缘。其有利地焊接至弯曲部。
流动引导元件有益地沿外壳的方向呈锥形地逐渐变细。这促成了避免不期望的涡流,尤其是圆形或者螺旋形涡流。
根据另外的有益实施例,框架包括正好三个支撑件。所提出的框架的结构简单且紧凑。除此之外,确保了潜水搅拌装置以免于倾斜的方式支撑在罐的基部上。
在搅拌元件的上侧的平面图中,支撑件的弯曲部有益地沿与第一切向方向相反的第二切向方向弯曲。第二切向方向大致相当于从搅拌器本体的外周缘流动的水的方向。由于所提出的实施例的结果,抵消了不期望的流动障碍的形成并且因此抵消了涡流的形成。因此还能够提高所提出的潜水搅拌装置的效率。
根据另外的实施例,支撑件通过连接元件在外壳的与轴侧端相反的另一端彼此连接。这使得能够容易地安装用于升降所提出的潜水搅拌装置的线缆。
双曲面搅拌器本体有利地由不锈钢与铸件形式的运送肋制成为一体件。同样地,外壳、流动引导元件以及框架能够由不锈钢制成。X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2成分的钢优选用作高等钢。也能够使用具有X2CrNiMo17-12-2成分的钢。这种类型的钢尤其是适用于使饮用水在饮用水存储装置中循环。

在附图所示的潜水搅拌装置的情况下,潜水马达安装在通常由附图标记2表示的框架上。轴3从具有筒状的外壳1的潜水马达延伸。双曲面搅拌器本体5安装在轴3上。例如从DE102013225658A1已知这样的双曲面搅拌器本体5。
框架2包括沿着外壳1延伸并且连接至外壳1的多个支撑件4。支撑件4沿双曲面搅拌器本体5的方向在外壳1上延伸。支撑件4在位于双曲面搅拌器本体5上方的部分具有沿径向向外斜移的弯曲部6。弯曲部6在双曲面搅拌器本体5的外周缘U上延伸,并且在弯曲部6的端部分别具有用于将框架2支撑在基部上的支脚7。
在平面图中为环形的流动引导元件8支撑在弯曲部6上。流动引导元件8例如通过焊接而固定连接至弯曲部6。
双曲面搅拌器本体5在面向外壳1的上侧具有运送肋(transport rib)。双曲面搅拌器本体5有利地由不锈钢与铸件形式的运送肋9制造为一体件。
运送肋9从轴3开始首先在径向方向上沿着双曲面搅拌器本体5的表面延伸。它们随后沿第一切向方向朝向外周缘U弯曲。
如尤其是能够从图3看出的,在双曲面搅拌器本体5的上侧的平面图中,支撑件4的弯曲部6沿与第一切向方向相反的第二切向方向弯曲。流动引导元件8沿外壳1的方向呈锥形地逐渐变细。附图标记10表示将支撑件4在外壳1的与轴侧端相反的另一端彼此连接的连接元件。用于使潜水搅拌装置升降的线缆能够安装在连接元件10上。
潜水搅拌装置的功能如下:
双曲面搅拌器本体5通过潜水马达而沿顺时针方向旋转。因此,形成朝向双曲面搅拌器本体5的上侧引导的流动。流动穿过流动引导元件8。通过流动引导元件8的作用以及双曲面搅拌器本体5的效果而沿径向方向转向。来自外周缘U的流动同样沿顺时针方向循环。由于沿第二切向方向设置的弯曲部6的弯曲,流动在其路径上只遇到非常小的阻力。由于流动引导元件8的效果,避免了螺旋形涡流的形成。通过所提出的潜水搅拌装置,饮用水能够以改进的效率在饮用水容器中循环。由于根据本发明而提出的实施例,相比于传统的潜水搅拌装置针对循环需要较少的电能。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于循环饮用水的潜水搅拌装置,包括
潜水马达,其包括圆筒状的外壳(1),从所述潜水马达的一端延伸有轴(3),
双曲面搅拌器(5),其安装在所述轴(3)上,
框架(2),其具有沿着所述外壳(1)延伸并且连接至所述外壳(1)的多个支撑件(4),其中所述支撑件(4)具有沿径向向外斜移的弯曲部(6),所述弯曲部(6)在所述双曲面搅拌器本体(5)的外周缘(U)上延伸以将所述框架(2)支撑在基部上,以及
流动引导元件(8),其在平面图中为环形并且安装在所述支撑件(4)的所述弯曲部(U)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的潜水搅拌装置,其中运送肋(9)设置在所述双曲面搅拌器本体(5)的面向所述潜水马达的上侧上,并且沿径向方向延伸,而且沿第一切向方向朝向所述外周缘(U)弯曲。
3.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的潜水搅拌装置,其中,在所述双曲面搅拌本体(5)的上侧的平面图中,所述支撑件(4)的所述弯曲部(U)沿与所述第一切向方向相反的第二切向方向弯曲。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的潜水搅拌装置,其中所述流动引导元件(8)沿所述外壳(1)的方向呈锥形地逐渐变细。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的潜水搅拌装置,其中所述框架(2)包括正好三个支撑件(4)。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的潜水搅拌装置,其中所述支撑件(4)在所述外壳(1)的与轴侧端相反的另一端通过连接元件(10)而彼此连接。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的潜水搅拌装置,其中所述双曲面搅拌器本体(5)由不锈钢与铸件形式的运送肋(9)制造为一体件。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的潜水搅拌装置,其中所述外壳(1)、所述流动引导元件(8)以及所述框架(2)由不锈钢制成。
