Abstract
本发明公开一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料及其编织方法、应用,涉及针织面料领域,包括面料本体,该面料本体包括若干边框区和编织区,该边框区包括边框面层和边框底层,该编织区包括编织区面层和编织区底层,该边框面层与编织区面层位于同一水平面,将编织区之间的交接痕迹隐藏。该编织区为全透明状或半透明状。当编织区为全透明状时,该编织区面层和编织区底层均采用透明纱线编织而成。当编织区为半透明状时,该编织区面层采用透明纱线编织而成,该编织区底层采用有色纱线编织而成。若干个编织区连接形成条纹图案,通过一体编织的边框区将相邻两条纹的连接痕迹隐藏起来,使得整个透明条纹之间没有针织组织的连接痕迹,十分整洁干净。

技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料领域,具体指的是一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料及其编织方法、应用。
背景技术
在针织鞋面设计制作中,如果有一种鞋面,在水平方向上有多个相同的独立编织区域,且编织区域具有透视效果,通常解决办法是使用局部编织。但是局部编织会占用很多的纱嘴,在独立编织区域比较多的情况下,会导致纱嘴不够用,即使能做到,相邻编织区域的大量纱线的连接痕迹也会通过透视区显露出来,影响鞋面的整体的美观。
因此,需要研究一种编织方法,来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料及其编织方法、应用
一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料,包括面料本体,该面料本体包括若干边框区和编织区,该边框区围绕编织区设置,该边框区包括边框面层和边框底层,该编织区包括编织区面层和编织区底层,该边框面层与编织区面层位于同一水平面,将编织区之间的交接痕迹隐藏。
优选的,该编织区为全透明状或半透明状。
优选的,当编织区为全透明状时,该编织区面层和编织区底层均采用透明纱线编织而成。
优选的,当编织区为半透明状时,该编织区面层采用透明纱线编织而成,该编织区底层采用有色纱线编织而成。
优选的,该边框底层与编织区底层采用同种纱线编织而成。
优选的,该边框区和编织区为一体编织而成。
一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料编织方法,该针织面料为上述的针织面料,该方法包括:
边框面层编织步骤:利用纱线进行四平编织和面编织,形成边框面层;
边框底层和编织区底层编织步骤:利用有色纱线进行隔针底编织和满针底编织,形成边框底层和编织区底层;
全透明状编织区底层编织步骤:利用透明纱线进行底编织,形成透明的编织区底层;
编织区面层编织步骤:利用透明纱线进行隔针面编织形成编织区面层。
优选的,该透明纱线为TPU纱线。
优选的,该有色纱线为涤纶高弹纱或反光纱。
根据上述针织面料在鞋面上的应用。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:若干个编织区连接形成条纹图案,通过一体编织的边框区将相邻两条纹的连接痕迹隐藏起来,使得整个透明条纹之间没有针织组织的连接痕迹,十分整洁干净。

一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料,参照图1、图2,包括面料本体,该面料本体包括若干边框区1和编织区2,该边框区1围绕编织区2设置,通过各编织区2连接形成条纹图案,该边框区1包括边框面层和边框底层,该编织区2包括编织区面层和编织区底层,该边框面层与编织区面层位于同一水平面,将编织区2之间的交接痕迹隐藏,边框区1和编织区2还可以为包括中间层的多层结构。进一步的,参照图1、图2,该编织区2为全透明状或半透明状,黑色阴影部分为半透明状,白色部分为全透明状。进一步的,当编织区2为全透明状时,该编织区面层和编织区底层均采用透明纱线编织而成。进一步的,当编织区2为半透明状时,该编织区面层采用透明纱线编织而成,该编织区底层采用有色纱线编织而成,透过编织区面层可看到编织区底层的有色编织区2域。进一步的,当编织区底层采用有色纱线编织时,该边框底层与编织区底层采用同种纱线编织而成,均为有色纱线编织。
进一步的,该边框区1和编织区2为一体编织而成。

一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料编织方法,该针织面料为上述的针织面料,参照图3,该方法包括:边框面层编织步骤:利用纱线进行四平编织和面编织,形成边框面层;边框底层和编织区底层编织步骤:利用有色纱线进行隔针底编织和满针底编织,形成边框底层和编织区底层;全透明状编织区底层编织步骤:利用透明纱线进行底编织,形成透明的编织区底层;编织区面层编织步骤:利用透明纱线进行隔针面编织形成编织区面层,作为优选的,该透明纱线为TPU纱线,但不局限于TPU纱线。作为优选的,该有色纱线为涤纶高弹纱或反光纱,但不局限于上述两种。
[本发明提供一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料在鞋面上的应用]
参照图8,将该针织面料应用至鞋面上(可应用至鞋面上任一部位),框型针织组织的长度和宽度以及相邻框型针织组织之间(左右和上下)的距离可以根据使用场景的需求自由调节。
实施例1
按照如下步骤进行针织面料的编织,边框面层编织步骤:利用纱线进行四平编织和面编织,具体参照图4a,第1织行是A纱做连接织物面层和底层的四平编织,是A纱的去程编织。第2织行是A纱做面编织,其中第6、12、18、24、30、36织针列为编织“框型”组织左右两侧边框的四平组织,是A纱的回程编织,形成边框面层;边框底层和编织区底层编织步骤:利用有色纱线进行隔针底编织和满针底编织,具体参照图4a,第3织行是B纱做底编织,其中第6至第13织针列为底层织1隔1的隔针编织,和第22至第29织针列是底层织1隔1的隔针编织,第3织行至第6织行的第31至第36织针列的底层编织是有色编织区底层,配合透明的编织区面层形成半透明状编织区2,形成边框底层和编织区底层,且边框底层和编织区底层在同一水平面编织;全透明状编织区底层编织步骤:利用透明纱线进行底编织,具体参照图4a,第6织行第23至第30织针列是C纱织底1隔1的隔针编织,与第3织行第22至第29织针列的隔针底编织结合形成一行满针底编织,形成透明的编织区底层,配合透明的编织区面层形成全透明状编织区2;编织区面层编织步骤:利用透明纱线进行隔针面编织形成编织区面层,具体参照图4a,第11织行是C纱做织5支面编织隔一只面空针的隔针编织,是C纱的去程编织,形成编织区面层,所有可合并的底隔针编织行上方的C纱编织的底面层区域均为全透明状编织区2,所有有色纱线编织的编织区底层(条纹底层)与该编织区2域上方的C纱编织区2域形成半透明状编织区2。具体各编织区2的编织区2的循环编织可参照图4a和图4b,对于本领域的技术人员来说,具体详细的完整编织流程可直接从图中获得,本实施例中不做详细描述,本实施例中,A纱为涤纶高弹纱;B纱为涤纶高弹纱;C纱为单丝(本方案中,单丝为TPU)。针织面料(参照图6)一体编织完成后,还需经过高温处理。对于未使用热熔丝的织物,高温处理是为了让织物受热充分收缩,达到合适的织物效果;对于使用热熔丝的织物,需要经过高温处理使热熔丝融化粘合在织物内部,达到合适的织物效果。
实施例2
按照如下步骤进行针织面料的编织,边框面层编织步骤:具体参照图5a,第1织行是A纱做织三隔一的隔针四平编织,第3织行是A纱做面底分别隔针编织,面织一针,空一针,然后底编织一针,空一针,依次循环形成边框面层;边框底层和编织区底层编织步骤:具体参照图5a,第6织行是C纱做底层编织,第7、8织行,第9、10织行,第11、12织行和第5、6织行编织方式一致,形成均为透明的编织区底层,第2织行是B纱做底面编织,其中第3、7、11、15、19、23、27织针列是空针编织形成有色反光的边框底层。且边框底层和编织区底层在同一水平面编织。编织区面层编织步骤:具体参照图5a,第17至第19织行是C纱做织三隔一的隔针面编织形成编织区面层,具体各编织区2的编织区2的循环编织可参照图5a和图5b,对于本领域的技术人员来说,具体详细的完整编织流程可直接从图中获得,本实施例中不做详细描述(本实施例中,A纱为涤纶低弹纱;B纱为反光纱;C纱为单丝),针织面料(参照图7)一体编织完成后,还需经过高温处理。对于未使用热熔丝的织物,高温处理是为了让织物受热充分收缩,达到合适的织物效果;对于使用热熔丝的织物,需要经过高温处理使热熔丝融化粘合在织物内部,达到合适的织物效果,本实施例中的编织区2均为全透明状,边框底层采用反光纱编织,通过边框面层的纵框部将边框底层的纵框部隐藏,即将编织区2的横向连接痕迹隐藏,使得隐藏相邻多单元纱线交接痕迹的编织方法使用的范围更加广泛。
综上,若干个编织区2连接形成条纹图案,通过一体编织的边框区1将相邻两条纹的连接痕迹隐藏起来,使得整个透明条纹之间没有针织组织的连接痕迹,十分整洁干净。使用针织编织机器一次成型编织,创造了一个新型针织织物及鞋面的编织形式,同时为其它新型鞋面的设计制作提供了新的思路和方向。
需说明,在上文的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。

1.一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料,包括面料本体,其特征在于:该面料本体包括若干边框区和编织区,该边框区围绕编织区设置,该边框区包括边框面层和边框底层,该边框面层采用涤纶高弹纱或涤纶低弹纱编织而成,该编织区包括编织区面层和编织区底层,该编织区面层采用单丝编织而成,该边框面层与编织区面层位于同一水平面,将编织区之间的交接痕迹隐藏,且边框面层是利用纱线进行四平编织和面编织形成边框面层;边框底层和编织区底层是利用有色纱线进行隔针底编织和满针底编织,形成边框底层和编织区底层,且隔针底编织为织1隔1的隔针编织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针织面料,其特征在于:该编织区为全透明状或半透明状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的针织面料,其特征在于:当编织区为全透明状时,该编织区面层和编织区底层均采用透明纱线编织而成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的针织面料,其特征在于:当编织区为半透明状时,该编织区面层采用透明纱线编织而成,该编织区底层采用有色纱线编织而成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的针织面料,其特征在于:该边框底层与编织区底层采用同种纱线编织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的针织面料,其特征在于:该边框区和编织区为一体编织而成。
7.一种隐藏纱线交接痕迹的针织面料编织方法,其特征在于,该针织面料为权利要求1-6中任一所述的针织面料,该方法包括:
边框面层编织步骤:利用纱线进行四平编织和面编织,形成边框面层;
边框底层和编织区底层编织步骤:利用有色纱线进行隔针底编织和满针底编织,形成边框底层和编织区底层;
全透明状编织区底层编织步骤:利用透明纱线进行底编织,形成透明的编织区底层;
编织区面层编织步骤:利用透明纱线进行隔针面编织形成编织区面层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:该透明纱线为TPU纱线。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:该有色纱线为涤纶高弹纱或反光纱。
