The front end and the rear end of the central line of the vehicle body (2) are provided with guide rods (2-6), the guide rods (2-6) are provided with clamping grooves (2-6-1) for mounting the guide group (4), and when the transfer trolley is used, the guide group (4) is inserted into the clamping grooves (2-6-1) and is matched and fixed with the clamping grooves (2-6-1) to move forward along the ground (5) for preventing deviation. The ozone generator (2-7) is controlled by the control box (2-4) and is used for providing ozone for the disinfection plate (6), and an air supply port (2-7-1) is arranged on the ozone generator (2-7).

As shown in fig. 11, the screw (4-3) includes a screw body (4-3-1) and a screw head (4-3-2) at the lower end of the screw body (4-3-1), wherein the screw head (4-3-2) is rectangular, and a pair of screw positioning protrusions (4-3-3) for fixing the guide ring (4-2) against relative rotation are provided on the upper surface of the screw head (4-3-2).
As shown in figure 12, the guide ring (4-2) is a nearly circular ring, the central angle of the radian is 180 degrees and 270 degrees, the guide ring is provided with a hole diameter for the screw (4-3) to pass through, the hole diameter is composed of a narrow groove (4-2-2) and a wide groove (4-2-3), wherein the right end point of the narrow groove (4-2-2) is positioned at the highest point of the guide group (4), and the size of the right end point is matched with the diameter of the screw body (4-3-1). The aperture size of the wide groove (4-2-3) is matched with that of the screw head (4-3-2), so that the screw head (4-3-2) can be conveniently taken out. As shown in fig. 13 and 14, a guide ring positioning groove (4-2-4) matched with the screw positioning protrusion (4-3-3) is arranged at the highest point of the inner surface of the guide ring (4-2), and when the guide ring is used, the guide ring (4-2) and the screw (4-3) cannot axially rotate when being fixed due to the matching and fixing of the screw positioning protrusion (4-3-3) and the guide ring positioning groove (4-2-4), so that an axial fixing force is provided for fastening the nut (4-4), and the guide plate (4-1) and the guide ring (4-2) can be conveniently fastened and detached. On the other hand, due to the existence of the narrow groove (4-2-2) and the wide groove (4-2-3), the guide ring (4-2) can conveniently get in and out of the track (5-1) when being installed, as shown in fig. 15, when the screw (4-3) is positioned in the wide groove (4-2-3), the transverse width of the screw is smaller than the width of the track (5-1) and can be inserted into the track (5-1), and when the screw (4-3) is positioned in the narrow groove (4-2-2), the guide group (4) is blocked in the track (5-1) and cannot slide out of the track. Through the arrangement, the guide group (4) can be conveniently assembled and installed on the guide rods (2-6). Meanwhile, because the guide ring (4-2) is designed in an open loop mode, when the track (5-1) slides, the bottom of the guide ring (4-2) is not easy to rub against the track (5-1), so that the resistance of the transfer trolley in the process of advancing can be reduced, in addition, more importantly, because the pigsty environment is easy to generate feces and feed to fall into the track (5-1), the movement of the guide group (4) is blocked, but because the guide ring is designed in an open loop mode, the section is small, the obstacles can be inwards extruded when the guide ring passes through, the movement continuity of the transfer trolley can be kept, the cleaning period of the track (5-1) can be prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced. In addition, through the arrangement of the front and rear end guide groups (4), the transfer trolley can conveniently move forwards or backwards when in use, the stability of the moving process of the transfer trolley is also improved, and the pause and contusion are not easy to occur.

Ozone generated by the ozone generator (2-7) is output to the connecting pipe (6-7) through the air supply port (2-7-1) and then enters the air receiving port (6-2), the ozone enters the main air inlet pipe (6-6) through the air receiving port (6-2) and then is distributed to the vertical pipes (6-4) through the horizontal pipes (6-5), and finally the ozone emerges from the upper surface of the sterilizing plate (6) through the air outlet holes (6-3) to sterilize pigs and can also sterilize the transport trolley per se.
When a pig is transported, the short fence piece (1-1) on one side is opened, the pig is driven into the fence piece group (1), the ozone generator (2-7) is started to provide ozone for the disinfection plate (6), the ozone is emitted through the air outlet hole (6-3) to disinfect the pig, the spread of epidemic diseases is reduced, the remote control device is arranged in the control box (2-4) and comprises a signal sending and receiving device and can transmit the image of the camera (1-1-4) to the remote control device for a user to check, the user holds the remote control device by hand, the transfer vehicle is controlled to move to a target piggery along the track (5-1), the short fence piece (1-1) is opened after the pig reaches the target piggery, the hydraulic rod component (1-3) is retracted inwards under the remote control device, the space in the fence piece group (1) is reduced, therefore, the pigs to be transported in the group of the pigsty (1) are only driven out of the transport vehicle, and the spread of epidemic diseases in the pig farm is reduced because personnel do not pass through different pigsty pigsties in the transport path of the transport vehicle.
Example two:
as various solid pollutants exist in a pig farm, pigs can be brought in when entering a transfer vehicle, so that the vent holes (6-3) are blocked, the vertical pipes (6-4) or the transverse pipes (6-5) can be blocked in the long term, and the disinfection of the pigs is influenced, therefore, as shown in a figure 20-24, the disinfection plate (6) is split into an upper part and a lower part, the disinfection plate (6) specifically comprises a plate body (6-1), wherein the plate body (6-1) consists of an upper plate (6-8) and a lower plate (6-9), the upper plate (6-8) and the lower plate (6-9) are respectively provided with an air receiving port (6-2), a vertical pipe (6-4), a transverse pipe (6-5) and a main air inlet pipe (6-6) which are matched with each other, and the upper plate (6-8) is provided with a bulge (6-8-1), grooves (6-9-1) used for being mutually clamped with the protrusions (6-8-1) are formed in the lower plate (6-9), the protrusions (6-8-1) and the grooves (6-9-1) are uniformly distributed on the other three sides except the side where the air receiving port (6-2) is located, the side where the air receiving port (6-2) is located does not have the tail end of the vertical pipe (6-4), air tightness is good, air leakage is not prone to occurring, the upper plate (6-8) and the lower plate (6-9) are tightly combined together through matching of the protrusions (6-8-1) and the grooves (6-9-1), and transparent glue is pasted on the side edge of the disinfection plate (6) in order to enhance the air tightness of the upper plate (6-8) and the lower plate (6-9).
When in use, if a plurality of air outlet holes (6-3) on the disinfection plate (6) are blocked in ventilation, the upper plate (6-8) and the lower plate (6-9) are separated, and the inside of the upper plate and the lower plate is cleaned to remove blockages. The sterilizing plate (6) can be reused, and the service life of the sterilizing plate (6) is prolonged.

The pigsty comprises a pigsty sheet group (1) and a hydraulic rod group (1-3), wherein the pigsty sheet group (1) comprises a short pigsty sheet (1-1), a long pigsty sheet (1-2) and the hydraulic rod group (1-3), the short pigsty sheet (1-1) and the long pigsty sheet (1-2) are pairwise enclosed to form a pigsty for transporting, and the hydraulic rod group (1-3) is installed on the long pigsty sheet (1-2) and used for controlling the length of the long pigsty sheet (1-2);

the sterilizing plate (6) is positioned on the vehicle body (2), the railing set (1) is positioned on the sterilizing plate (6), the vehicle wheel set (3) is installed on the lower portion of the vehicle body (2), the guide set (4) extending into the track (5-1) is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body (2), the guide rod (2-6) is provided with a clamping groove (2-6-1) for installing the guide set (4), and the ozone generator (2-7) is communicated with the sterilizing plate (6) through a connecting pipe (6-7).

The transfer trolley with disinfection function as claimed in claim 1, wherein said disinfection plate (6) comprises a plate body (6-1), an air inlet (6-2) and an air outlet (6-3), the air receiving port (6-2) is positioned on the side surface of the plate body (6-1), a plurality of rows of air outlet holes (6-3) are arrayed on the upper surface of the plate body (6-1), a plurality of rows of vertical pipes (6-4) and a transverse pipe (6-5) are arranged inside the plate body (6-1), the horizontal pipes (6-5) are communicated with the vertical pipes (6-4) at the tail ends, the air outlet holes (6-3) are communicated with the vertical pipes (6-4), the air receiving port (6-2) is connected with a main air inlet pipe (6-6) in the plate body (6-1).
