Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples and the accompanying drawings. The following examples should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
According to fig. 1, the dry and wet garbage classification collection system 100 is similar to a garbage collection box in main structure, a garbage throwing mechanism is arranged on the front end face of the box, and a garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism is arranged inside the box.
The garbage throwing mechanism comprises a wet garbage throwing portion 1 and a dry garbage throwing portion 2 which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the front end face of the box body, and the structures of the wet garbage throwing portion and the dry garbage throwing portion are almost the same. The wet garbage throwing part 1 comprises a wet garbage throwing opening provided with a door assembly 11, a throwing triggering assembly 12 and a human-computer interaction assembly 13 positioned at the upper end part; the dry waste deposit section 2 comprises a dry waste deposit opening provided with a door assembly 21, a deposit triggering assembly 22 and a human machine interaction assembly 23 at an upper end portion.
The door assembly 11 and the door assembly 21 are identical in structure, and the structural composition of the door assembly 11 will be described below. As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the display device comprises a door 111 installed on a door frame, sliders 112 installed at the left and right side ends of the door, a slide rail 113 installed on the door frame and matched with the sliders, an electric push rod 114 fixedly connected with the bottom ends of the sliders, an electromagnetic lock 115 arranged at the top ends of the sliders, a limiting block 116 arranged at the top ends of the slide rail, and a counter-pull rod 117 fixedly connected with the bottom end and the door 111, preferably a counter-pull type gas strut, wherein the top end of the counter-pull type gas strut is fixedly installed on a frame outside the display screen.
In this embodiment, the door of rubbish delivery opening department adopts the mode of reciprocating to open and close, and for the current common movable back and forth's the mode of opening and closing, the door subassembly in this embodiment is bigger with the exposure degree of rubbish delivery opening, the moving speed of control door that also can be more accurate simultaneously.
The size of the door 111 is 460-500 mm, if stainless steel is selected, the weight of the door is about ten kilograms, and the door moves up and down by means of sliding of the sliding block 112 on the sliding rail 113; the electric push rod 114 applies force to the door when the door is closed, and after the action is completed, the electric push rod returns to the original position, the door is locked by the electromagnetic lock and keeps a closed state; design of electromagnetic lock 115 bears a burden and is 50 kilograms, and after the postman accomplished identity identification, control assembly controlled the electromagnetic lock earlier and lost electricity (1 second back is repowered), and the door begins to rely on self gravity to descend this moment, will turn over the pull rod simultaneously and lengthen, carries out the speed limit to the free fall motion of door, avoids the door to descend too fast, accomplishes in 2 ~ 3s and opens the door.
In the embodiment, the reason that the door is opened without depending on the electric push rod is that the electric push rod cannot work at the designed highest speed in consideration of factors such as door opening noise, if the electric push rod is relied on, the whole door opening process needs 7-8 seconds, and the door opening time is easily too long, so that the electric push rod is only adopted to apply force when the door is closed, and the electric push rod only needs 2-3 seconds depending on self gravity when the door is opened.
The wet waste side deposit trigger assembly 12 and the dry waste side deposit trigger assembly 22 each include two parts, an identification and a deposit button. The identity recognition parts are the same, and a palm print recognition module 121 and a card swiping recognition module 122 are respectively arranged; the throwing button parts are slightly different, the throwing trigger component 12 on the wet garbage side comprises a throwing button 123 and a self-checking button 124, and after delivery of the wet garbage, mixed loading identification and judgment are carried out, if mixed loading garbage exists, garbage sorting can be carried out automatically, and the mixed loading self-cleaning function is realized; the throw trigger assembly 22 on the dry trash side is provided with only a throw button.
The human-computer interaction assembly 13 includes a display screen 131 and a face recognition system 132 disposed thereon. The display screen 131 may be an integrated machine, in which a screen display portion, a voice portion, and an inquiry portion are provided. The picture display part is used for displaying wet garbage category propaganda pictures, characters corresponding to voice prompts and inquiry result pictures; the voice part sends a voice prompt to a postman according to the control signal of the wet garbage control assembly; the inquiry part is used for inquiring the spam category of the postman, the display screen 131 is provided with an inquiry interactive key, and after the postman clicks and inputs the keyword, the picture display part displays the inquiry result. The human-computer interaction component 23 has the same structure, but the picture display content is related to the dry garbage, the recyclable garbage and the harmful garbage, so as to help the deliverer to distinguish the three types of garbage and avoid the recyclable garbage and the harmful garbage from mixing into the dry garbage.
According to fig. 4, the garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism includes auxiliary components such as a fire sprinkler pipe 5, a smoke detector 6, and a deodorizer 7, in addition to the wet garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism 3 corresponding to the wet garbage throwing portion and the dry garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism 4 corresponding to the dry garbage throwing portion.
The wet garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism 3 comprises a wet garbage preposed collecting component 31 corresponding to the wet garbage putting-in opening, a mixed loading identification component 32, a wet garbage recycling bin 33, a mixed loading garbage recycling bin 34, sorting pincers 35, a garbage bag recycling bin 36 and a wet garbage control component. The dry waste monitoring and collecting mechanism 4 comprises a dry waste pre-collecting component 41, a waste compressing component 42, a dry waste recycling bin 43 and a dry waste control component corresponding to the dry waste feeding port.
The dry garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism 4 is not provided with a mixed loading identification component, because the subsequent treatment of the dry garbage with unit weight consumes more than the subsequent treatment of the wet garbage, the treatment cost of the dry garbage with unit weight is high, the dry garbage with the same volume is lighter than the wet garbage, the recoverable garbage and the harmful garbage, once the policy of garbage treatment payment is implemented, the condition that other garbage, particularly the wet garbage is not mixed into the dry garbage can be automatically stopped, and the mixed loading monitoring of the dry garbage is not needed.
The wet waste pre-collecting assembly 31 has the same structure as the dry waste pre-collecting assembly 41, and the structure of the wet waste pre-collecting assembly 31 will be described below as an example. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the dump body 311, the dump body turning motor 312, the telescopic frame 313 and the rotating motor 314 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the two guide rods 315 are symmetrically arranged. Mounting plates are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the telescopic frame 313, the tipping bucket overturning motor 312 is mounted on an upper end mounting plate 316, the rotating motor 314 is fixedly connected with a lower end mounting plate 317, and telescopic frame guide blocks 313a are further arranged at the left side and the right side of the upper end mounting plate.
The dump bin 311 is T-shaped, is rotatably mounted on the guide bar 315 through a hinge shaft or a bearing, and includes a garbage receiving portion 311a corresponding to the garbage input port and a garbage dumping portion 311b located at the rear side. The garbage bearing part 311a is deeper than the garbage dumping part 311b and is used for bearing the delivered garbage, a bag breaking mechanism 318 is arranged in the garbage bearing part, a weighing mechanism 319 is arranged at the lower end of the garbage bearing part, and a purging component 320 is arranged at the top corner of the garbage bearing part; the bottom end face of the garbage dumping part 311b inclines upwards by 30-45 degrees, and the flatness of the garbage dumping part is stronger than that of the garbage bearing part 311a, so that garbage can be conveniently dumped into the garbage can.
The tipping bucket overturning motor 312 comprises a motor and a telescopic shaft arranged on an output shaft of the motor, and overturning of the tipping bucket is realized through the telescopic shaft, so that garbage mixing and dumping are completed during garbage loading and mixed inspection; an expansion bracket control push rod is arranged in the expansion bracket 313. Controlling the expansion and contraction of the expansion bracket and adjusting the height of the tipping bucket 311; the rotating motor 314 is arranged at the lowest end and drives all the components on the rotating motor to rotate, so that the tipping bucket is aligned to the garbage delivery opening before delivering garbage, and the tipping bucket is aligned to the garbage bucket opening before dumping the garbage into the garbage bucket. The two guide rods 315 are symmetrically arranged, and on the one hand, cooperate with the telescopic frame guide block 313a to carry the telescopic frame guide function, and on the other hand, serve as mounting frames for the dump bucket 311.
The bag breaking mechanism 318 is installed on the side wall of the front end part of the garbage dumping part, and the two types of bag breaking mechanisms are provided, one type is a sawtooth knife type shown in fig. 5 and 6, the sawtooth knife is C-shaped, the bottom end of the sawtooth knife is fixedly installed on the side wall of the front end part of the garbage dumping part through a bolt, and the included angle between the sawtooth knife and the side wall is 20-40 degrees. The other type is the special-shaped cutter assembly shown in fig. 7, which comprises a special-shaped cutter 318a, an L-shaped fixing frame 318b fixedly connected with the bottom end of the special-shaped cutter, and a mounting plate 318c fixedly connected with the top end of the L-shaped fixing frame. The mounting plate 318c is embedded in the edge groove of the garbage can, and the top end of the L-shaped fixing frame 318b is provided with a hand injury prevention safety limit 318 d. The special-shaped knife 318a comprises a vertical sharp knife in the middle and bent blades arranged at the left end and the right end of the vertical sharp knife, the top end of the vertical sharp knife is provided with a quadrangular cutting edge, and the top end of the bent blade is provided with a cutting edge. Through experiments, the bag breaking effect of the special-shaped cutter assembly is optimal, the one-time bag breaking success rate is highest, and the mode is optimized.
The weighing mechanism 319 includes a clevis 319a mounted on the upper end mounting plate 316 and a load cell 319b mounted on the clevis. The upper end of the U-shaped frame 319a is fixedly connected with the tipping bucket 311, when garbage is thrown into the tipping bucket, the U-shaped frame is also subjected to pressure, and the weighing sensor 319b collects the pressure signal and transmits the pressure signal to the wet garbage control component to convert the pressure signal into a weight data signal.
The blowing component 320 comprises a blowing head arranged on one corner of the tipping bucket, an air pipe arranged at the tail end of the blowing head and an air source arranged in the box body. The garbage collection device is opened when the tipping bucket dumps garbage to the recovery bucket, and the garbage is swept, so that the garbage is prevented from being attached to the wall of the tipping bucket.
The mix load identification component 32 is disposed opposite the dump bin and includes a trash imaging unit. In the identification process, the garbage is photographed along with the overturning of the tipping bucket, and when the deliverer sorts the garbage again, the pictures are displayed on the display screen 131 for reference.
The wet garbage recycling bin 33 and the mixed loading garbage recycling bin 34 are arranged behind the wet garbage pre-collecting assembly 31 in parallel, and overflow monitoring blocks 37 are arranged on the wet garbage pre-collecting assembly. The wet garbage recycling bin 33 is used for containing wet garbage which is not mixed, the mixed garbage recycling bin 34 is used for containing mixed garbage which is rejected to be sorted again, and other garbage mixed in the wet garbage is sorted out through manual sorting by a cleaner. The overflow monitoring block can be an infrared sensor or a camera, carries out real-time monitoring on the overflow state of the garbage can, transmits a monitoring signal to the wet garbage control assembly, and sends a reminding signal to a cleaner when the garbage can is filled with the garbage can to enable the cleaner to process the garbage can. In this embodiment, the wet waste control module is preferably a microprocessor, and controls the whole wet waste recycling system.
The sorting clamp 36 is inserted on the baffle below the door assembly, and only the handle is exposed; a disposal bag recycling bin 37 is provided behind the door frame of the door assembly for recycling the disposal bags and sorting out the dry waste.
The dry waste monitoring and collecting mechanism 4 comprises a dry waste pre-collecting component 41, a waste compressing component 42, a dry waste recycling bin 43 and a dry waste control component corresponding to the dry waste feeding port.
The dry waste pre-collector assembly 41 is of the same construction as the wet waste pre-collector assembly 31. The garbage compressing assembly 42 is arranged above the dry garbage recycling bin 43 and comprises a compressing block and a compressing block moving mechanism, and the dry garbage in the dry garbage recycling bin 43 is compressed after the garbage is dumped in the tipping bin, so that the occupied volume in the bin is reduced. An overflow monitoring block 44 is also provided above the dry trash recycling bin 43. The dry waste control assembly is the same as the wet waste control assembly, and a microprocessor is preferably selected to control the whole dry waste recovery system. In this embodiment, only one control component may be provided, and the dry and wet garbage recycling system is controlled at the same time, which may be selected according to actual conditions.
The fire-fighting spray pipe 5 and the smoke detector 6 are both arranged at the top end inside the garbage recycling box body, and the deodorizer 7 is installed at the bottom end. The fire-fighting spray pipes 5 are arranged in parallel, and each fire-fighting spray pipe is provided with a plurality of spray heads 51; the number of the smoke detectors 6 is two, and the smoke detectors are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end; the deodorizers 7 are shared to deodorize the box body.
In addition, cameras are respectively installed on two sides of the top end part of the front end face of the garbage recycling box body, and real-time monitoring is conducted on the environment outside the box body.
Further, the method for classifying and recycling the dry and wet garbage by using the device in the embodiment is respectively shown in fig. 7 and 8, and comprises the following steps:
A) wet garbage classified collection
Step 1, before delivering the garbage, a user swipes a card or performs palm print identification to verify the identity, the electromagnetic lock in the door assembly is controlled by the wet garbage control assembly to lose power, the door is driven by the self gravity to move downwards within 2-3 seconds at a controlled speed through the reverse pull rod, and the delivery opening is exposed.
And 2, the tipping bucket overturning motor 312 in the wet garbage pre-collecting assembly 31 drives the tipping bucket 311 to overturn outwards, the garbage bearing part 311a extends out from the wet garbage delivery port, and meanwhile, the wet garbage control assembly controls the display screen 131 to give out a voice prompt to throw the wet garbage into the garbage bearing part after the wet garbage is removed from the bag.
And 3, pressing the self-checking button 123 or the putting button 124 by a deliverer, driving the tipping bucket to turn inwards by the tipping bucket turning motor 312, and after the tipping bucket is turned, pushing the door to ascend by the electric push rod to close the wet garbage delivery opening.
And 4, the mixed loading identification component 32 performs photographic image identification on the wet garbage in the tipping bucket, and the detection result is sent to the wet garbage control component in real time.
If no other garbage is mixed, the expansion bracket 313 extends to lift the tipping bucket 311 to the upper part of the wet garbage recovery barrel 33, and then the rotating motor 314 drives the tipping bucket, the tipping bucket overturning motor and the expansion bracket to integrally rotate 45 degrees towards the direction of the wet garbage recovery barrel, so that the tipping bucket 311 is just opposite to the wet garbage recovery barrel 33; then the tipping bucket overturning motor 312 drives the tipping bucket 311 to overturn inwards to dump the garbage, meanwhile, the weighing mechanism transmits a weight signal to the wet garbage control component, and then the whole body is reset;
under the condition of mixing other garbage, if a delivery button is pressed by a deliverer, the mixed loading and self-cleaning of the deliverer are not given, the wet garbage control component controls the wet garbage preposed collecting component 31 to directly pour the garbage into the mixed loading garbage recycling bin 34, meanwhile, the weighing mechanism transmits a weight signal to the wet garbage control component, and then the wet garbage preposed collecting component 31 is reset integrally; if the delivery person presses the self-checking button 123, the delivery person gives a chance to sort and clear the garbage at one time, and does not dump the garbage at first. The wet garbage control assembly firstly controls the door to be opened, then the garbage bearing part 311a extends out of the wet garbage delivery opening again, meanwhile, the voice prompts a delivery person to carry out sorting, after the sorting is finished, a delivery button is clicked, the mixed loading identification is carried out again, but the sorting opportunity is not given any more;
and 5, calculating the current garbage treatment cost by the wet garbage control assembly according to a preset rule according to the condition of whether the wet garbage is mixed, wherein the garbage treatment cost per unit weight is higher under the mixed condition. Meanwhile, the identity information of the delivery person is extracted, is combined with the garbage throwing record and is transmitted to a management department system and users, and the users who are mixed with the delivery garbage for multiple times are educated and criticized or punished.
And 6, the overflow monitoring block 35 monitors the overflow state of the garbage can in real time, transmits a monitoring signal to the wet garbage control assembly, and sends a reminding signal to a cleaner to process the garbage can when the garbage can is full.
B) Dry waste recovery
Step 1, before delivering the rubbish, a delivery person swipes a card or performs palm print identification to perform identity verification, a dry rubbish control component starts an electric push rod in a door component, and the electric push rod drives a door at a dry rubbish delivery port to descend to expose the delivery port;
step 2, a tipping bucket overturning motor in the dry garbage prepositive collection assembly drives the tipping bucket to overturn outwards, a garbage bearing part extends out of a dry garbage delivery port, meanwhile, a dry garbage control assembly controls a display screen to send a voice prompt, the dry garbage is wholly thrown into the garbage bearing part, then a throwing button is clicked, the tipping bucket overturning motor drives the tipping bucket to overturn inwards, and after the overturning is finished, an electric push rod pushes a door to ascend, so that the dry garbage delivery port is closed;
step 3, the expansion bracket extends to lift the tipping bucket above the dry garbage recycling bin, then the rotating motor drives the tipping bucket, the tipping bucket overturning motor and the expansion bracket to integrally rotate 45 degrees towards the direction of the dry garbage recycling bin, the tipping bucket overturning motor drives the tipping bucket to inwards overturn, the garbage is dumped, and then the position is reset;
and 4, compressing the garbage in the dry garbage recycling bin by the garbage compressing assembly, simultaneously monitoring the filling degree of the garbage in the bin in real time by the overflow monitoring block, and giving an alarm when the bin is full.
And 5, calculating the treatment cost of the current garbage according to the weighing data and preset rules by the dry garbage control component, simultaneously extracting the identity information of a delivery person, combining the information with the garbage throwing record, and transmitting the information to a management department system and a user.

1. A dry and wet garbage classification and collection system is characterized by comprising a garbage recovery box body, a garbage throwing mechanism is arranged on the front end surface of the box body, a garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism is arranged in the box body,
the garbage throwing mechanism comprises a wet garbage throwing part and a dry garbage throwing part which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side, wherein the wet garbage throwing part and the dry garbage throwing part have the same structure and respectively comprise a garbage throwing port positioned on the lower end part, a throwing triggering assembly positioned on the middle part and a human-computer interaction assembly positioned on the upper end part; the garbage throwing device comprises a garbage throwing opening, a garbage throwing trigger assembly and a man-machine interaction assembly, wherein the garbage throwing opening is provided with a door assembly capable of moving up and down, the throwing trigger assembly comprises an identity recognition module and a throwing button, the man-machine interaction assembly comprises a display screen, and the display screen has a voice function;
the garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism comprises a wet garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism corresponding to the wet garbage throwing part and a dry garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism corresponding to the dry garbage throwing part;
the wet garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism comprises a wet garbage prepositive collecting component, a mixed loading identification component, a wet garbage recycling bin, a mixed loading garbage recycling bin and a wet garbage control component which correspond to the wet garbage feeding port; the dry garbage monitoring and collecting mechanism comprises a dry garbage prepositive collecting component, a garbage compressing component, a dry garbage recycling bin and a dry garbage control component which correspond to the dry garbage feeding port;
the wet garbage preposed collection assembly and the dry garbage preposed collection assembly are identical in structure and sequentially provided with a tipping bucket, a tipping bucket overturning motor, a telescopic frame and a rotating motor from top to bottom, a bag breaking mechanism is arranged in the tipping bucket, a weighing mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the tipping bucket, and the rotating motor drives the tipping bucket, the tipping bucket overturning motor and the telescopic frame to integrally rotate;
the mixed loading identification component is arranged right opposite to the tipping bucket and comprises a garbage imaging unit; the wet garbage recycling bin and the mixed loading garbage recycling bin are arranged behind the wet garbage prepositive collecting component in parallel; the wet garbage control assembly receives the trigger signal of the throwing trigger assembly and the data information output by the mixed loading identification assembly, and controls the door assembly and the wet garbage pre-collection assembly to act after analysis and processing;
the garbage compression assembly is arranged above the dry garbage recycling bin and comprises a compression block and a compression block moving mechanism; the dry garbage recycling bin is arranged behind the dry garbage front collecting assembly; the dry garbage control assembly receives the trigger signal of the throwing trigger assembly and controls the door assembly and the dry garbage pre-collection assembly to act.
2. The wet and dry waste collection system according to claim 1, wherein:
the door assembly comprises a door arranged on a door frame, sliders respectively arranged at the left side end and the right side end of the door, a sliding rail arranged on the door frame and matched with the sliders, an electric push rod fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sliders, an electromagnetic lock arranged at the top end of the sliders, a limiting block arranged at the top end of the sliding rail, and a reverse pull rod fixedly connected with the door at the bottom end of the sliding rail.
3. The wet and dry waste collection system according to claim 1, wherein:
in the release triggering assembly, the identity recognition module comprises a card swiping module and a palm print recognition module; the throwing-in triggering assembly on the wet garbage side is provided with a self-checking button besides a throwing-in button.
4. The wet and dry waste collection system according to claim 1, wherein:
the human-computer interaction assembly further comprises a face recognition system which is arranged above the display screen;
the display screen is internally provided with a picture display part, a voice part and a query part, and the picture display part displays the wet garbage type, the characters corresponding to the voice prompt and a query result picture; the voice part sends a voice prompt to a postman according to the control signal of the wet garbage control assembly; the inquiry part is used for inquiring the junk categories by the deliverer.
5. The wet and dry waste collection system according to claim 1, wherein:
the tipping bucket is T-shaped and comprises a garbage bearing part corresponding to the garbage throwing opening and a garbage dumping part positioned on the rear side, the depth of the garbage bearing part is greater than that of the garbage dumping part, and the bottom end face of the garbage dumping part inclines upwards by 30-45 degrees;
the wet garbage tipping bucket is also provided with a blowing component which comprises a blowing head arranged on one corner of the tipping bucket, an air pipe arranged at the tail end of the blowing head and an air source arranged in the box body;
the bag breaking mechanism is arranged on the side wall of the front end part of the garbage dumping part and is a serrated knife or a special-shaped knife assembly;
the upper end and the lower end of the telescopic frame are respectively provided with a mounting plate, the tipping bucket overturning motor is mounted on the upper end mounting plate, and the rotating motor is fixedly connected with the lower end mounting plate;
an expansion bracket control push rod is installed in the expansion bracket.
6. The wet and dry waste collection system according to claim 5, wherein:
the sawtooth knife is C-shaped, the bottom end of the sawtooth knife is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the front end part of the garbage bearing part through a bolt, and an included angle formed between the sawtooth knife and the side wall is 20-40 degrees;
the special-shaped cutter component comprises a special-shaped cutter, an L-shaped fixed frame fixedly connected with the bottom end of the special-shaped cutter, and a mounting plate fixedly connected with the top end of the L-shaped fixed frame, the mounting plate is embedded into the edge groove of the garbage can, the top end of the L-shaped fixed frame is provided with a hand injury prevention safety limit,
the special-shaped knife comprises a vertical sharp knife positioned in the middle and bent blades arranged at the left end and the right end of the vertical sharp knife, the top end of the vertical sharp knife is provided with a four-edge-angle cutting edge, and the top end of each bent blade is provided with a cutting edge.
7. The wet and dry waste collection system according to claim 1, wherein:
