fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a film printing system in one embodiment.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a film printing method provided in an embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
s102, obtaining diagnosis image information and patient information corresponding to the diagnosis image information.
The main body of the embodiment of the application can be an electronic device, and in specific implementation, the electronic device is a terminal. In an alternative embodiment, the film printing method may be implemented by PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) workstation software, which is connected to a PACS server and can acquire diagnostic image information and patient information corresponding to the diagnostic image information from the PACS server; alternatively, the PACS server may automatically send the diagnostic image information generated by the radiology department device and the patient information corresponding to the diagnostic image information to the PACS workstation software in the corresponding terminal upon receiving the diagnostic image information and the patient information.
The diagnostic image information includes medical image information obtained by radiographing a patient and patient information converted into recognizable image information.
The medical image information is generated by the radiology department equipment after medical examination is carried out on a patient and reflects the physical condition of the patient; in addition, the radiology department equipment converts text information of patient information into recognizable image information, and the recognizable image information is fused with the medical image information to obtain the diagnosis image information.
And S104, sending an instruction for printing the diagnostic image information to a film virtual printer.
In this embodiment, the film virtual printer is a network service, which can receive print requests from different terminals and print the diagnostic image information into an electronic film.
And S106, receiving a request for acquiring the corresponding patient information returned by the film virtual printer according to the instruction.
In this embodiment, since the transmission protocol for printing the diagnostic image information into the electronic film by the film virtual printer is the DICOM3.0 printing protocol, and the DICOM3.0 protocol does not contain the content of the transmission patient information, the film virtual printer returns a request for acquiring the patient information to the terminal once after receiving the printing instruction.
And S108, sending the corresponding patient information to the film virtual printer according to the request so that the film virtual printer prints the diagnostic image information into an electronic film, and sending the electronic film and the patient information to a printing server for storage so as to be printed.
And after receiving the request for acquiring the patient information, the terminal captures the patient information and transmits the patient information to the film virtual printer through a TCP/IP protocol. After receiving the patient information, the film virtual printer executes a normal DICOM film printing process, and prints the diagnostic image information into a default film specification, namely an electronic film; and after printing is finished, sending the patient information of the electronic film machine to a printing server together for storage. The printing server is connected with the self-service printing terminal and provides the electronic film and the corresponding patient information to the self-service printing terminal for printing so as to complete the flow of self-service film printing of the patient.
In conventional solutions, an OCR recognition module is loaded in the film virtual printer, and through OCR recognition technology, patient information in the form of recognizable images in the diagnostic image information is synchronously recognized when the film virtual printer receives the diagnostic image information. However, the OCR recognition technology has the problems of recognition errors caused by fuzzy text and image quality images, and the problem that patient information cannot be acquired when no text exists in the diagnostic image information. As an alternative, the DICOM3.0 protocol may be used to transmit patient information, but the need to customize the dedicated interfaces for PACS development adds additional cost.
The embodiment of the application well avoids the defects of the scheme, and the film printing method and the film printing system provided by the invention can realize that the patient information corresponding to the film can be obtained for printing without customizing a development interface or using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology, so that the accuracy of the information in film printing is improved without increasing the cost.
In a specific embodiment, the instruction for printing the diagnostic image information carries a terminal IP address; the receiving of the request for acquiring the corresponding patient information returned by the film virtual printer according to the instruction comprises: and receiving a request for acquiring corresponding patient information returned by the film virtual printer according to the IP address of the terminal in the instruction.
In this embodiment, because the film virtual printer serves as a network service and receives print instructions from different terminals, it is necessary that the terminal carries a terminal IP address when sending the print instruction, so that the film virtual printer can send a request for acquiring patient information to the corresponding terminal according to the IP address.
In a specific embodiment, a backdoor program for acquiring patient information is installed in the terminal; the sending the corresponding patient information to the film virtual printer according to the request comprises: finding a corresponding window through the backdoor program according to the request, and extracting the corresponding patient information from the window; and sending the extracted patient information to the film virtual printer.
In this embodiment, the backdoor program is loaded in program software of the PACS workstation software, directly accesses the PACS workstation process through an API (Application Programming Interface) technology, finds a corresponding window where diagnostic image information to be printed is located, extracts the patient information in the text form, and sends the patient information in the text form to the film virtual printer through a TCP/IP protocol.
In a specific embodiment, said sending the corresponding patient information to the film virtual printer according to the request further comprises: popping up a patient information entry frame on the corresponding window interface through the backdoor program according to the request, and extracting the patient information entered by the medical staff from the patient information entry frame; and sending the extracted patient information to the film virtual printer.
In this embodiment, after finding the corresponding window, the backdoor program may pop up a preset patient information entry frame, and the medical staff performs corresponding patient information entry; and after the input is finished, the backdoor program sends the input patient information to the film virtual printer.
