Wherein:
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a film printing method in one embodiment;
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a film printing system in one embodiment.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a film printing method provided in an embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
s102, acquiring diagnostic image information and patient information corresponding to the diagnostic image information.
The main body of the embodiment of the application may be an electronic device, and in a specific implementation, the electronic device is a terminal. In an alternative embodiment, the film printing method may be implemented by PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, image archiving and communication system) workstation software, which is connected to a PACS server, and may acquire diagnostic image information and patient information corresponding to the diagnostic image information from the PACS server; alternatively, the PACS server may automatically send the diagnostic image information and the patient information corresponding to the diagnostic image information generated by the radiology department equipment to the PACS workstation software in the corresponding terminal when the diagnostic image information and the patient information are received.
The diagnostic image information includes medical image information obtained by radiographic imaging of a patient and patient information converted into identifiable image information.
The medical image information refers to image information reflecting the physical condition of a patient, which is generated after medical examination is carried out on the patient by radiological equipment; in addition, the radiological equipment converts text information of the patient information into identifiable image information, and fuses the identifiable image information with the medical image information to obtain the diagnostic image information.
S104, sending an instruction for printing the diagnostic image information to a film virtual printer.
In this embodiment, the film virtual printer is a network service that can receive print requests from different terminals and print the diagnostic image information into electronic films.
S106, receiving a request for acquiring the corresponding patient information returned by the film virtual printer according to the instruction.
In this embodiment, since the transmission protocol for printing the diagnostic image information into the electronic film by the film virtual printer adopts the DICOM3.0 printing protocol, the DICOM3.0 protocol does not include the content for transmitting the patient information, and therefore, the film virtual printer returns a request for acquiring the patient information to the terminal once after receiving the printing instruction.
And S108, sending the corresponding patient information to the film virtual printer according to the request, so that the film virtual printer prints the diagnostic image information into an electronic film, and sending the electronic film and the patient information to a printing server together for storage so as to be printed.
And after receiving the request for acquiring the patient information, the terminal can grasp the patient information and transmit the patient information to the film virtual printer through a TCP/IP protocol. After receiving the patient information, the film virtual printer executes a normal DICOM film printing flow, and prints the diagnostic image information into a default film specification, namely an electronic film; and after printing is finished, the patient information of the electronic film machine is sent to a printing server for storage. The printing server is connected with the self-service printing terminal and provides the electronic film and the corresponding patient information to the self-service printing terminal for printing so as to complete the process of self-service printing of the film by the patient.
In a conventional solution, an OCR recognition module is loaded in the film virtual printer to synchronously recognize patient information in the form of recognizable images in diagnostic image information as the diagnostic image information is received by the film virtual printer through OCR recognition technology. However, the OCR technology has problems in that recognition errors are caused by text blurring and image quality images, and in that patient information cannot be acquired when no text is present in diagnostic image information. As an alternative, a special scheme of DICOM3.0 protocol for transmitting patient information may be used, but a dedicated interface for custom development of PACS is required, which increases the cost.
The defects of the scheme are well avoided, the film printing method and system provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize that the patient information corresponding to the film can be obtained for printing without customizing a development interface or using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology, and the accuracy of the information in film printing is improved under the condition of not increasing the cost.
In a specific embodiment, the instruction for printing the diagnostic image information carries a terminal IP address; the receiving the request for acquiring the corresponding patient information returned by the film virtual printer according to the instruction comprises the following steps: and receiving a request for acquiring corresponding patient information returned by the film virtual printer according to the terminal IP address in the instruction.
In this embodiment, since the film virtual printer serves as a network service and receives print instructions from different terminals, the terminals are required to carry the IP addresses of the terminals when sending the print instructions, so that the film virtual printer can send a request for acquiring patient information to the corresponding terminals according to the IP addresses.
In a specific embodiment, a back door program for acquiring patient information is installed in the terminal; the sending the corresponding patient information to the film virtual printer according to the request includes: finding a corresponding window through the back door program according to the request, and extracting the corresponding patient information from the window; and sending the extracted patient information to the film virtual printer.
In this embodiment, the back door program is a program software loaded in PACS workstation software, directly accesses the PACS workstation process through API (Application Programming Interface, application program interface) technology, finds a corresponding window where diagnostic image information to be printed is located, extracts the patient information in text form, and sends the patient information to the film virtual printer through TCP/IP protocol.
In a specific embodiment, said sending the corresponding patient information to the film virtual printer according to the request further comprises: according to the request, a patient information input frame is popped up on the corresponding window interface through the backdoor program, and the patient information input by medical staff is extracted from the patient information input frame; and sending the extracted patient information to the film virtual printer.
In this embodiment, after the corresponding window is found, the back door program may pop up a preset patient information input frame, and the medical staff performs corresponding patient information input; and after the input is completed, the backdoor program sends the input patient information to the film virtual printer.
