本发明提供了一种自发光药瓶标签,包括自里向外依次层叠的离形层、不干胶层、底层、隔离密封层、发光层、防水膜层,所述底层为印刷层,所述发光层为蓄能发光层。本发明还提供了一种自发光药瓶标签的印刷制造工艺。本发明的有益效果是:提供了一种自发光药瓶标签,可以在室内自然光或照明灯光下吸收光能并将其储存起来,在光线较暗或者黑暗的环境下自行发光,可以为视觉感光度较弱的人或处于光照环境较差情形下的人提供识读信息的便利;发光效果较好,发光寿命较长,制作简单、方便,不需要电池供能,较为环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及标签,尤其涉及一种自发光药瓶标签及其印刷制造工艺。
背景技术
目前,市场上的药瓶标签多以纸质类或薄膜类为主要印刷材料,在上面印刷药品相关信息,然而药品信息通常比较多且药瓶体积并不大,可供贴标的面积也十分有限,因此标签上的文字印刷信息相对会比较紧凑,字体都比较密集且细小。这对于视力较弱的人或正常人在光线较暗的情况下查看药品信息会变的比较困难。
因此,采用发光标签可以进一步提高人们查看药瓶标签信息的便利性,使得多种场景下(尤其是光线较暗或黑暗的环境中)仍可以正常识读标签上的信息。
但是,现有的发光标签主要分为两种:一、储能荧光标签;二、电池驱动LED导电发光标签。
储能荧光标签其发光原理是利用自身特质散发出微弱的荧光来达到发光的目的,但其发出的光十分微弱且随着时间拉长,其光度逐渐衰减,这种标签的发光寿命也极为短暂。
电池驱动LED导电发光标签,是采用注塑成型导光板形成多个标签导光单元,从而达到发光的目的,但是这种标签制作起来较为繁琐,且成型形状较为固定,缺少延展性,限制了包装目标物,同时,这种发光标签需要依靠电池供电耗能,因此对于环境并不友好,不环保。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种自发光药瓶标签及其印刷制造工艺。
本发明提供了一种自发光药瓶标签,包括自里向外依次层叠的离形层、不干胶层、底层、隔离密封层、发光层、防水膜层,所述底层为印刷层,所述发光层为蓄能发光层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发光层为发光膜。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述底层为标签印刷纸, 标签印刷纸采用UV印刷。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述隔离密封层为硅胶薄膜或者环氧树脂薄膜。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发光层所采用的发光材料为稀土激活的碱土铝酸盐。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发光层采用以碱土金属铝酸盐为基质,Eu2+为激活剂,中重稀土离子为辅助激活剂的发光材料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,碱土金属采用Sr、Ca,中重稀土离子采用Dy3+、Nd3+。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发光材料包括:
SrAl2O4:Eu2+;
SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+;
Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+,Dy3+;
CaAl2O4:Eu2+,Nd3+;
中的任意一种或其任意组合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述防水膜层为聚酯密封薄膜。
本发明还提供了一种自发光药瓶标签的印刷制造工艺,用于制备如上述中任一项所述的自发光药瓶标签。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种自发光药瓶标签,其结构构成主要有:离形层1、不干胶层2、底层(印刷层)3、隔离密封层4、发光层5、防水膜层6。
离形层1主要用于在标签未粘到瓶身前阶段防止不干胶层直接暴露在外界环境下受到环境污染从而导致不粘或者粘不牢的现象。
不干胶层2主要为标签提供粘黏介质,使得标签可以稳固的粘贴在药瓶上。
底层(印刷层)3为普通纸质类标签印刷纸。
隔离密封层4主要用于隔离印刷层与发光层,使其性能稳定,互不干扰。
发光层5主要用于标签自行蓄能发光性能。
防水膜层6可以防止药瓶标签在潮湿环境下或意外的水分喷溅导致的标签浸湿损坏的情况出现,可延长标签使用寿命,克服环境因素的影响。
底层(印刷层)3,药品标签多种多样,不同的药品标签类型,其材质也千差万别。药瓶标签,大多为贴在塑料、玻璃材质的药瓶上的,通常以合成纸为主要材质,也会使用铜版纸。
隔离密封层4,主要为硅胶、环氧树脂薄膜,采用此两种材料混合薄膜的原因是:环氧树脂对外的散热性能较稳定,且耐高温,耐黄变能力弱,容易裂开;硅胶本身散热性能较弱,耐高温,耐黄变能力很强,并且具有良好的延展性能。两者结合形成的隔离密封层可以很好的将印刷层与发光层隔离开来,且适宜批量生产制造。
发光层5为蓄能发光层,所采用的发光材料为稀土激活的碱土铝酸盐,是指以碱土金属(Sr、Ca为主)铝酸盐为基质,Eu2+为激活剂,Dy3+和Nd3+等中重稀土离子为辅助激活剂的发光材料,主要有SrAl2O4:Eu2+、SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+和Sr4Al14O25:Eu2+,Dy3+,另外,CaAl2O4:Eu2 +,Nd3+也是较好的发光材料。以上材料可发射蓝色到绿色的光,光频峰值在440-520nm范围,发光亮度强,余辉保留时间长。
防水膜层6为密封薄膜,密封薄膜选用PET(聚酯),考虑到标签的特殊用途,密封防水薄膜需要具备较强的耐高温性、耐久性和良好的抗拉伸性,另外考虑到药瓶盛装液体时的会出现取用泄露或意外碰撞洒出等现象的出现,密封薄膜还需要具备一定的耐化学腐蚀性能以及良好的挺度效果。另外此薄膜还可根据药瓶包装变化不同的色彩或者保持其透明材料优异的透明度,且在生产过程中薄膜拉伸不变形,不易被撕扯坏,具有一定的质感和强度。
本发明还提供了一种自发光药瓶标签的印刷制造工艺,用于制备如上述中任一项所述的自发光药瓶标签。
本发明通过研究UV标签印刷、隔离密封层、夜光膜、防水膜相结合的方式,实现可自行蓄能发光的药瓶标签印刷制造工艺,其研发技术的创新点有以下几点:
1、选用对环境友好型的UV印刷方式,促进环保印刷产业及数码印刷产业的发展。
2、隔离密封层4可以很好的间隔开印刷层和发光层,避免了发光层5对印刷层存在的潜在影响,同时更加了印刷层的耐磨性和持久性。
3、利用蓄能发光膜的蓄能发光特性,形成在暗光或无光环境下可依靠自身在光照条件下(室内自然光或室内灯光照明即可)的蓄能自行发光,此特性扩宽了查看标签信息的使用场景,为使用者提供了不同场景下的查看标签信息的使用便利性。
4、防水膜层6的阻隔作用,使得标签载体、印刷内容、发光层与外界环境间隔开来互不干扰,具备优良的防水性能,同时防水膜的增加延长了标签载体、印刷信息和发光层的使用寿命。
本发明提供的一种自发光药瓶标签及其印刷制造工艺,具有以下优点:
1、UV印刷,使用环境友好型油墨,可进行精密的文字和图文处理,具有高性价比的印刷质量。
2、底层3与发光层5之间增加隔离密封层4,隔绝了两层之间的隐性干扰,保证了印刷内容的持久性以及发光层的稳定性。
3、发光层5利用材料特性白昼蓄光、夜间发光,从而实现长期性的蓄光、发光特性,是一种储能、节能的“绿色”光源材料。
4、PET(聚酯)防水薄膜,具有优良的防水性能,同时增强标签的耐磨、防水、持久等物理特性。
5、整个生产制作均可以依靠现有材料及印刷技术相互结合而实现,具有极大的生产可实施性。

3.根据权利要求1所述的自发光药瓶标签,其特征在于:所述底层为标签印刷纸, 标签印刷纸采用UV印刷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自发光药瓶标签,其特征在于:所述隔离密封层为硅胶薄膜或者环氧树脂薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自发光药瓶标签,其特征在于:所述发光层所采用的发光材料为稀土激活的碱土铝酸盐。
6.根据权利要求5所述的自发光药瓶标签,其特征在于:所述发光层采用以碱土金属铝酸盐为基质,Eu2+为激活剂,中重稀土离子为辅助激活剂的发光材料。
