The nail-beautifying anti-overflow glue based on the aqueous polyurethane dispersion disclosed by the invention is characterized in that (a) the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is an aqueous polyurethane dispersion synthesized by HMDI, the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is an aliphatic aqueous polyurethane dispersion with the effective component content (solid content) of 20-60 wt% and the particle diameter of 10-200 nm, the mixture of polyurethane-35 and polyurethane-11 is preferably selected under the cosmetic raw material name (INCI name), and more preferably is selected under the cosmetic raw material nameST11(INCI name: polyurethane-35 (and) polyurethane-11, Vanhua chemical group, Inc.). It has been found that the aqueous polyurethane dispersions synthesized by HMDI have excellent ductility and elasticity, and the preferred polyurethane dispersions are used for nail-beautifying anti-spill glue, and the formed film has good elasticity and is not easy to break when peeled off.

According to the nail-beautifying anti-overflow glue based on the aqueous polyurethane dispersion, the silicon dioxide (d) is hydrophilic silicon dioxide with the particle size of less than 100nm, and the preferable addition amount is 0.7-1.5 wt%. The optimized silicon dioxide has low cost, plays a role of a pigment and a filler in a formula, and is interpenetrated among polymer particles during film forming, so that the crosslinking during the film forming of the polymer can be reduced, the tight feeling after the film forming is reduced, and the skin feeling after the film forming is more comfortable.
The moisturizing nail-beautifying anti-overflow glue based on the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is characterized in that (e) water-soluble silicone oil is polydimethylsiloxane, polymethylphenylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, aminosilicone oil and the like, and the polydimethylsiloxane is preferred; the amount of the water-soluble silicone oil is preferably 3-8 wt%. The water-soluble silicone oil with the optimal proportion has good compatibility with the formula, and plays a role of a 'mold release agent' in the formula, so that the anti-overflow nail polish glue is easier to tear.
The moisture-preserving nail-beautifying anti-overflow glue based on the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is characterized in that the preservative (f) is preferably a broad-spectrum preservative.
The moisturizing nail-beautifying anti-overflow glue based on the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is characterized in that the essence (g) is water-soluble essence.
The preparation method of the moisturizing nail-beautifying anti-overflow glue based on the aqueous polyurethane dispersion comprises the following steps: according to the component proportion in the formula, the water-based polyurethane dispersion is taken as a main component, and other components such as thickening agent, humectant, silicon dioxide, water-soluble silicon oil and the like are added to be stirred and mixed uniformly to obtain the water-based polyurethane water-based paint.

Compared with the prior art, the nail-beautifying anti-overflow glue based on the aqueous polyurethane dispersion has the following advantages:

(a) 73.5-97.5% of an aqueous polyurethane dispersion;
(b) 0-1% of a thickening agent;
(c) 0-10% of a humectant;
(d) 0.5-2% of silicon dioxide;
(e) 2-10% of water-soluble silicone oil;
(f) 0-0.5% of a preservative;
(g) 0-3% of essence.
