The present invention relates to a patch of a peel-off type and a method of manufacturing the same, and is a patch of a sticky sheet type, which improves the skin adhesion force and sebum removing force and provides a peel-off ) Type patches.
The peel-off mask has two types of liquid type and sheet type. A liquid-type peel-off pack has a paste form by dissolving a sticky polymer in water, applying an appropriate amount of the above-mentioned peel-off pack solution to a desired skin area, Wait until the film is dried and removed, and remove sebum or keratin from the skin. However, when applying the liquid to the skin, it is difficult to apply the liquid to the skin in a uniform thickness.
Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-1998-068196 discloses a patch-off type patch, which is an invention relating to a coin pack composition for removing a torsion. The peel-off type patch as described above is an improved product which can remove sebum or keratin on the skin by applying water to the applied area before use and drying it before use. However, in the case of the sheet type patch, there is a problem that it is necessary to wait until the water is dried since the water needs to be dried at the application site, and the dried patch liquid remains on the skin after use.

adhesiveness
(Evaluation: O means that more than 80% of the patch area is in close contact, and X means close contact with less than 80% of the patch area)
According to the above Table 2, only when the acrylate-based copolymer emulsion according to Production Example 1 was produced in the production of the acrylate-based copolymer emulsion, skin adhesion was evaluated to be good, and in addition, Comparative Examples 2 to 6 Adhesion was measured to be less than 80% of the patch area for the prepared patches.
Peeling power of the peel-off type patch produced by Production Example 1 and Comparative Example 7 was evaluated.
(Evaluation: O means to remove sebum at 70% or more of patch area, Δ means to remove sebum at 40% to less than 70% of patch area, X means to remove sebum at less than 40% )
Comparative Example 7 was prepared in the same manner as in Preparation Example 1, but the silica powder was not added. When the silica powder was not added at the time of manufacturing the patch as in Comparative Example 7, the prepared patch had a poor sebum removing ability unlike Production Example 1.
The viscosity at the time of coating in the PET film of the coating composition produced by Production Example 1 and Comparative Example 8 was evaluated.
(Evaluation: O means that the coating composition has a good viscosity in coating and the coating is good, and X means that the viscosity is too low to coat the coating well)
Comparative Example 8 was prepared in the same manner as in Preparation Example 1, but the vinyl caprolactam, vinyl pyrrolidone and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate copolymer were not added. When the composition was prepared without adding vinylcaprolactam, vinylpyrrolidone, and dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate copolymer as in Comparative Example 8, the viscosity of the coating composition was so low that the coating was poor when the composition was coated on a PET film.
