12.8-190 parts of colorant, 1-5 parts of fucus additive, 1-5 parts of squalane, 6-15 parts of glycerin, 4-6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-5 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of emulsifier, 10-15 parts of talcum powder, 2-5 parts of water, 1-4 parts of film forming agent and 0.9-1.6 parts of preservative.
By adopting the technical scheme, the main component in the Fucus vesiculosus additive is the Fucus vesiculosus extract, the Fucus vesiculosus extract contains brown algae polyphenol, alginic acid, vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin C which have good antioxidant effect, and the contained glutamic acid ensures that the eye shadow has good moisturizing effect, moistens and nourishes skin, increases softness and smoothness of the skin, ensures the fitting property and wettability of eyes on the eye shadow, and avoids the problems of dry eyes and the like caused by colorants and powder. The skin moisturizing agent is matched with squalane with high chemical stability and good affinity to skin to further maintain the moisturizing degree and the humidity of the eye skin, and the phenomenon of dryness of eyes is avoided. And the two are loaded with the coloring agent to ensure that the coloring agent is more uniformly dispersed and is uniformly colored, so that the eye shadow is more tightly attached to the skin, and the conditions of flying powder, falling off and the like are avoided. Optionally, the fucoidan additive is an fucoidan compounded by water, glycerol, fucoidan extract, butanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol and octanoyl hydroxamic acid.
By adopting the technical scheme, in order to ensure the activity of the fucus extract and improve the moisturizing and repairing effects of eye shadow, water, glycerol, butanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol and octanoyl hydroxamic acid are added to prepare the fucus, and meanwhile, the chelation of the octanoyl hydroxamic acid assists the 1, 2-hexanediol to inhibit the bacterial growth, so that the traditional antibacterial preservative is replaced, and the good antibacterial and antiseptic effects are realized, and meanwhile, the method is mild and free of stimulation.
Optionally, the raw materials also comprise 1-50 parts of synthetic fluorine crystal mica.
By adopting the technical scheme, the synthetic fluorophlogopite is a novel inorganic crystal material prepared by simulating the ore formation of natural mica, has the characteristics of high purity and high whiteness while having the performance of the natural mica, has luster, is added into eye shadow to be used as a colorant, so that the skin texture and touch feeling are improved after the eye shadow is put on the eye, the brightness is further improved for the eye shadow, and the shining visual effect is brought. And the synthesized fluoromica as a mineral substance can not bear the burden on the skin, can not be absorbed by the skin, and can not cause damage to the skin after long-term use of eye shadow.
Optionally, the emulsifier is a composite emulsifier formed by combining glycerol stearate and PEG-100 stearate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the emulsifier used by compounding the glycerol stearate and the PEG-100 stearate plays a synergistic effect, so that the composite emulsifier has excellent emulsifying property, the stearate group has strong degreasing and fat dissolving capabilities, the skin can be kept clean, the eye shadow is better colored, and meanwhile, the eye skin can be well protected during makeup.

(2) Uniformly mixing fucus additive, water and glycerin for later use, heating and melting film forming agent, cetostearyl alcohol, emulsifying agent, squalane and polyethylene glycol at 80-100 ℃ and uniformly stirring the mixture of fucus glue, water and glycerin, then adding preservative, and uniformly stirring for later use;
(3) And (3) mixing the materials obtained in the step (1) and the step (2), and grinding for 2-3 times to obtain the high-coloring high-elongation water-soluble colored drawing eye shadow.

Performance test
Detection method/test method

The results of the statistical experiments show that the eye shadow prepared according to the scheme of the application has no anaphylactic reaction, 10 persons tested in each group of schemes of examples 1-9 and comparative examples 1-3 have no anaphylactic phenomenon, and 1 person in 10 persons tested in the scheme of comparative example 4 has a stimulus.
Moisture retention performance: the test was performed according to standard QBT4256-2011 cosmetic moisturizing efficacy evaluation guidelines, and the CM-825 skin moisture test probe was applied to detect the moisture Content (CM) of the skin of the eye shadow portion prior to use, after 3h and 8h of use. All testers in the same group were tested and the average value of the water content changes was recorded.

As can be seen by combining examples 1-3 with comparative examples 1-3 and combining Table 2, the experimental data of examples 1-3 are better than those of comparative examples 1-3, which shows that the moisturizing effect of eye shadow can be improved by adding squalane and fucus additive, and the moisturizing effect of eye shadow can be greatly improved by compounding squalane and fucus additive.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 1-3 with comparative example 4 and table 2, the experimental data of examples 1-3 are better than comparative example 4, indicating that the added film former does not provide good wettability to the skin and reduced moisturizing effect when it is not panthenol.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 1 to 5 and table 2, the experimental data of examples 4 to 5 are better than those of examples 1 to 3, which shows that the eye shadow has better moisturizing effect when PEG400 and PEG1450 are used in combination.
As can be seen from the combination of example 4 and example 6 and the combination of table 2, the experimental data of example 6 are better than those of examples 1 to 3, which shows that the eye shadow can better exert the bioactivity of the fucus extract when using the fucoidan as the fucus additive, and the moisturizing and repairing effects of the eye shadow are improved.
In combination with examples 6-8 and with Table 2, when the synthetic fluoride crystal mica was added, the eye shadow was given a shiny feel, and had a shiny visual effect, with little effect on the moisturizing properties of the eye shadow.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 8-9 and Table 2, the reduction in skin moisture content after 8 hours in example 9 is significantly lower than in example 8, indicating that the evaporation of moisture can be significantly reduced when the composition is formulated with the addition of octylglycol, ethylhexyl glycerol, and the skin moisturization is maintained.
Sensory evaluation experiments
140 standard-meeting trial volunteers were enrolled, and eye shadows prepared in examples 1-9 and comparative examples 1-4 were tested for use, randomly divided into 14 groups of 10 persons each,
(1) And (3) coloring capability detection: the volunteers dip the eye shadow with a uniform eye shadow brush head to pick up the eye shadow, feel the coloring capability and score;
(2) Make-up and make-up holding degree: the eye shadow with the water is dipped by using a uniform eye shadow brush head, 0.2g of the eye shadow is uniformly coated on the upper eyelid, the eye shadow is used once a day, makeup is carried out for 8 hours a day, and the makeup holding capacity of the eye shadow is scored after two weeks;
(3) Sample skin adhesion: the volunteer chooses a uniform eye shadow brush head to dip 0.2g of sample and evenly coats the sample on the upper eyelid, moves eyes after film formation, senses the fitting degree of the eye shadow and the skin, and marks after finishing.

As can be seen from the combination of examples 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and Table 4, the skin feel and make-up duration of comparative example 1 are inferior to those of examples 1 to 3, indicating that squalane and fucus additive have good synergistic effect, and improve the skin feel and make-up duration of eye shadow.
As can be seen from the combination of example 1 and comparative example 4 and the combination of table 4, each experimental data of comparative example 4 is worse than that of example 1, which shows that when the film former uses panthenol, a better film forming effect can be brought to the eye shadow, the make-up time and skin attachment degree of the eye shadow can be effectively improved, and foreign body sensation can not be generated.
In the experimental process, the wet eye shadow is observed, one pen is molded during coloring, the wet eye shadow block still has wettability within 4-6 hours, can still be used for coloring continuously, and after the period of more than 6 hours, the eye shadow is dried slowly, is easy to store, does not influence the next use, and can still be used continuously when being reused.
