A harvesting device for agricultural products comprises a main body (1), a harvesting device (3) and two wheels (2), wherein the harvesting device (3) is arranged on one side of the main body (1), the two wheels (2) are respectively arranged on two sides, adjacent to the harvesting device (3), below the main body (1), a PLC is arranged inside the main body (1), the harvesting device is characterized by further comprising a sprinkling mechanism and a loosening mechanism, the sprinkling mechanism is arranged on one side, close to the harvesting device (3), of the main body (1), the loosening mechanism is arranged on the other side of the main body (1), and the sprinkling mechanism is connected with the loosening mechanism;
the watering mechanism comprises a water box (4), a water pumping assembly, a rotating assembly, a connecting box (5) and a plurality of nozzles (6), wherein the water box (4) is fixed at the bottom in the main body (1), the water pumping assembly is arranged at the top in the main body (1), the rotating assembly is arranged above the main body (1), the water pumping assembly is connected with the water box (4), the water pumping assembly is connected with the rotating assembly, the rotating assembly is connected with the loosening mechanism, the connecting box (5) is arranged at one side of the main body (1) close to the harvesting device (3), the upper part of the connecting box (5) is connected with the rotating assembly, the connecting box (5) is arc-shaped, the circle center of the connecting box (5) is arranged at one side of the connecting box (5) close to the main body (1), and the nozzles (6) are uniformly fixed below the connecting box (5), the nozzle (6) is communicated with the connecting box (5);
the water pumping assembly comprises a driving box (9), a driving plate (10), an electromagnet (13), an iron plate (12), a water inlet pipe (8), a water outlet pipe (7) and a plurality of elastic ropes (11), wherein the driving box (9) is fixed at the top in the main body (1), the driving plate (10) is arranged inside the driving box (9), the driving plate (10) is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the driving box (9), a round hole is formed in one side, close to the connecting box (5), of the main body (1), one side, close to the round hole, of the driving box (9) is communicated with one end of the water outlet pipe (7), the other end of the water outlet pipe (7) penetrates through the round hole to be communicated with the connecting box (5), the lower part of the driving box (9) is communicated with the bottom in the water box (4) through the water inlet pipe (8), and the elastic ropes (11) are uniformly distributed below the driving plate (10, two ends of the elastic rope (11) are respectively connected with the lower part of the driving plate (10) and the bottom part in the driving box (9), the electromagnet (13) is fixed at the top part in the driving box (9), the iron plate (12) is fixed above the driving plate (10), the iron plate (12) and the electromagnet (13) are arranged in a right-facing mode, the electromagnet (13) is electrically connected with the PLC, and the upper part of the driving plate (10) is connected with the rotating assembly;
the rotating assembly comprises a first bearing, a rotating rod (17), a ball screw bearing (15), a first screw rod (16) and two supporting rods (14), the first bearing is fixed above the main body (1), one end of the first screw rod (16) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the first bearing, the other end of the first screw rod (16) is connected with a loosening mechanism, the rotating rod (17) is L-shaped, two ends of the rotating rod (17) are respectively fixedly connected with the other end of the first screw rod (16) and the upper part of the connecting box (5), the ball screw bearing (15) is sleeved on the first screw rod (16), a thread matched with the screw rod is arranged at the joint of the ball screw rod bearing (15) and the screw rod, two first small holes are arranged above the driving box (9), two second small holes are arranged above the main body (1), and the first small holes correspond to the second small holes one by one, the first small holes correspond to the supporting rods (14) one to one, one ends of the two supporting rods (14) are fixedly connected with two sides above the driving plate (10) respectively, the other ends of the supporting rods (14) sequentially penetrate through the first small holes and the second small holes to be fixedly connected with the outer ring of the ball screw bearing (15), and the supporting rods (14) are matched with the first small holes and the second small holes;
the loosening mechanism comprises a transmission assembly, a second screw rod (21), a sliding block (22), a connecting plate (23), two second bearings and a plurality of loosening rods (24), the two second bearings are respectively fixed above and below one side of the main body (1) far away from the harvesting device (3), two ends of the second screw rod (21) are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner rings of the two second bearings, the sliding block (22) is sleeved on the second screw rod (21), a thread matched with the second screw rod (21) is arranged at the joint of the sliding block (22) and the second screw rod (21), one side of the sliding block (22) is abutted against the main body (1), the other side of the sliding block (22) is fixedly connected with the connecting plate (23), the loosening rods (24) are uniformly fixed below the connecting plate (23), and one end, close to the first screw rod (16), of the second screw rod (21) is connected with the first screw rod (16) through a transmission assembly.
