The call device 5 includes an induction coil 4 embedded in the detection area 3, and the induction coil 4 is connected to a call controller 6 via a detector 41.
The induction coil 4 is rectangular, the length direction of the induction coil 4 is perpendicular to the moving path of goods, the length of the induction coil 4 is 0.6-2 m smaller than that of a workshop road, chamfers 42 are arranged at four corners of the induction coil 4, the chamfers 42 are used for preventing the induction coil 4 from being easily damaged due to hard bending, an insulating pipeline 43 is sleeved outside the induction coil 4, and the inductance of the induction coil 4 is 100 uH-300 uH.
The calling device 5 can adopt the existing ground sensing vehicle detector, the ground sensing vehicle detector comprises an induction coil 4 and a detector 41, the induction coil 4 is used for data acquisition, and the detector 41 is used for realizing data judgment and outputting corresponding logic signals. The detector 41 is generally composed of a housing, a central processor, a detection card and a connection terminal. The central processing unit is a module for calculating the acquired signals, is a single board computer with an embedded operating system, and has strong digital calculation and storage capacity and a communication interface. Through scanning the port, the change time of the level is captured, so that when the corresponding traffic data detection vehicle passes through or is stationary in the detection domain of the induction coil, the inductance value passing through the induction coil 4 is reduced, the detector 41 has the function of detecting the change and accurately outputting a corresponding level signal, and when the high-speed passing vehicle is detected, the conditions of inaccurate detection of the vehicle length and the vehicle speed can exist, and the sensitivity of the detector needs to be correctly adjusted. The current vehicle detector generally has a multi-stage adjustable sensitivity function.
The wireless verification device 7 is connected with the call controller 6 through a wireless receiving verification device 8. Wireless authentication device 7 is a 2.4GHZ wireless signal transmitting remote controller, and wireless receiving authentication device 8 is a 2.4GHZ wireless signal receiver matched with wireless authentication device 7.
The wireless authentication device 7 is held by a worker who transports goods.
The working principle is as follows: when a forklift or other transport (the forklift or other transport has a ferrous part with magnetic conductivity at the bottom) enters the detection area 3, the inductance of the induction coil 4 changes, and the detector 41 outputs a level signal to the call controller 6. The worker presses the button on the wireless verification device 7, the wireless verification device 7 sends out a wireless signal, and the wireless signal is output to the call controller 6 through the wireless receiving verification device 8. When the call controller 6 receives the level signal and the wireless signal at the same time within a certain period of time, the call controller 6 works to call the elevator to the current position. The wireless signal plays a role in authority authentication, ensures that a worker transporting goods has authority to enter the elevator, and simultaneously prevents a forklift or other transportation tools which do not enter the elevator from calling the elevator mistakenly when passing through the detection area 3. The level signal functions to prevent the wireless authentication device 7 from being touched by mistake to cause a wrong call.
The intelligent elevator calling system has the advantage of intelligently calling the elevator in a remote distance, so that the waiting time can be reduced, the transportation efficiency of goods is improved, and the elevator calling system also has the advantage of avoiding calling by mistake.
