When the cloth winding machine works, the winding drum 19 is connected with the first rotating shaft 22 and the second rotating shaft 29 and is fixed by the pin 20, the first motor 24 is started, the width of the winding drum 19 is adjusted according to the width of the cloth 4, and then the cloth 4 is pre-wound on the winding drum 19 for two circles and is fixed by the U-shaped spring clamp 21; adjusting the jackscrew 6 to enable the lower roller support 8 to move up and down, so that the gap between the upper roller 10 and the lower roller 11 is adjusted to meet the thickness requirement of the cloth 4, and the cloth 4 is flattened; the hexagon nut 13a is screwed by a spanner, the moving platform 14 moves up and down, thereby adjusting the precompression amount of the spring 17 and giving a certain pretension force to the cloth 4 to be rolled; along with the diameter of cloth book is constantly increased, under the spring force effect of spring 17, second cylinder support 16 drives second cylinder 15 upward movement to guarantee at the rolling in-process, cloth 4 all keeps certain tensile force always, the effectual condition of wrinkling of cloth 4 of having avoided the rolling in-process. The cloth 4 is completely coiled and fixed on the winding drum 19 by the U-shaped spring clamp 21, so that the cloth roll is prevented from loosening in the transportation process, and the U-shaped spring clamp 21 are different in size when the cloth 4 is pre-coiled on the winding drum 19 and fixed by the U-shaped spring clamp 21; when the winding drum 19 is replaced, the pin 20 is only needed to be taken down, the first motor 24 is started, the sliding support 18a is moved out, the winding drum 19 can be taken down, the operation is simple and convenient, and one end of the pin 20 is fixed on the fixing ring 30 through a steel wire rope, so that the loss can be prevented.

1. A cloth winder for spinning is characterized by comprising a base (1), a first roller (3), a flattening device, a tensioning device and a winding device;
the base (1) provides mounting, fixing and supporting for the first roller (3), the flattening device, the tensioning device and the winding device;
the first roller (3), the flattening device, the tensioning device and the winding device are sequentially and fixedly mounted on the base (1), the flattening device is used for flattening the cloth (4), and the tensioning device is used for applying tensioning force to the cloth (4);
when the cloth winding device works, one end of cloth (4) is fixed on the winding device, the winding device is started, and the cloth (4) is wound on the winding device after sequentially passing through the first roller (3), the flattening device and the tensioning device.
2. A textile piece goods winder according to claim 1, characterised in that the winding means comprises a winding drum (19) and a drum drive, the winding drum (19) being mounted on the base (1) by means of a drum seat (18), the winding drum (19) being rotatably mounted on the drum seat (18), the drum drive being connected to the winding drum (19) for providing rotational power to the winding drum (19).

A cloth take-up reel for textile use according to claim 2, characterized in that said reel seat (18) comprises a sliding support (18a) and a fixed support (18b), said fixed support (18b) is fixedly mounted on said base (1), said sliding support (18a) can slide linearly along a second slide rail (26) arranged on said base (1), said reel (19) has an adjustable length, both ends of said reel (19) are respectively rotatably fixed on said sliding support (18a) and fixed support (18b), and the length of said reel (19) can be adjusted by adjusting the position of said sliding support (18 a).

A textile piece goods winder according to claim 3, characterised in that said winding drum (19) is composed of two half-drums (19 a); one end of the half cylinder body (19a) is provided with a boss (19b), a transmission hole (19c) is formed in the center of the boss (19b), a pin hole (19d) is formed in the side face of the transmission hole (19c), an annular groove (19e) is formed in the outer end face of the half cylinder body (19a), gear shaping teeth (19f) and slots (19g) are formed in the other end of the half cylinder body (19a), the gear shaping teeth (19f) and the slots (19g) are evenly distributed in a staggered mode along the circumferential direction, the width of the gear shaping teeth (19f) is matched with the width of the slots (19g), and the gear shaping teeth and the slots are in clearance fit; after the two half cylinders (19a) form the winding drum (19) through the gear shaping (19f) and the slot (19g), the two half cylinders (19a) cannot rotate mutually but can linearly slide along the axis of the winding drum (19).

A textile piece goods winder as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the tensioning device comprises a second drum (15), a second drum support (16), a spring (17), a mobile station (14), an adjusting stud (13) and a first bracket (12); the first support (12) is fixed on the base (1), first sliding rails (12a) are arranged on two sides of the first support (12), first sliding blocks (14a) are arranged on two sides of the moving platform (14), second sliding blocks (16a) are arranged on two sides of the lower portion of the second roller support (16), the first sliding blocks (14a) and the second sliding blocks (16a) slide linearly along the first sliding rails (12a), the second roller (15) is rotatably fixed on the second roller support (16), a spring (17) is arranged at the bottom of the second roller support (16), the lower end face of the spring (17) falls on the moving platform (14), a guide column (14b) is arranged on the moving platform (14) and guides the spring (17), the bottom of the adjusting stud (13) is rotatably installed on the first support (12), and the upper portion of the adjusting stud (13) is in threaded connection with the moving platform (14), the guide post (14b) is hollow and does not interfere with the adjusting stud (13) extending out of the mobile station (14).
6. A cloth winder for textiles, as in claim 5, characterized by the fact that a hexagonal nut (13a) is fixed to said adjusting stud (13) for ease of handling.

A textile cloth take-up reel according to claim 1, characterized in that the flattening device comprises a support table (5), an upper roller support (9), an upper roller (10), a lower roller (11) and a lower roller support (8); the supporting table (5) is fixed on the base (1), the upper roller support (9) is fixed on the supporting table (5), and the upper roller (10) is rotatably arranged on the upper roller support (9); the lower roller support (8) is fixed on the support table (5), and the lower roller (11) is rotatably arranged on the lower roller support (8).

Cloth winder for textiles according to claim 7, characterised in that the lower roller support (8) is height adjustable by means of bolts (7) and jackscrews (6), the lower roller support (8) is fixed to the support table (5) by means of bolts (7), the lower roller support (8) is height adjustable by means of jackscrews (6), the jackscrews (6) are screwed to the lower roller support (8), and the lower end face of the jackscrews (6) is against the support table (5).
9. A textile piece goods winder according to claim 1, characterised in that the first drum (3) is fixed to the base (1) by means of a first drum support (2), the first drum support (2) being fixed to the base (1), the first drum (3) being rotatably mounted on the first drum support (2).
