Abstract

本工艺方法是一种弹簧钢的制备方法,其工艺过程是选择旧钢轨,进行切断机械处理,然后加热到1000℃以上,再进行切分,用普轧方法轧制,最后进行冷却处理,按标准型材整形,以制取了标准的弹簧钢。优点:原料来源广泛,生产工艺简单,采用普通方法轧制,生产之弹簧钢质量好,价格便宜,具有很大经济效益和社会效益,可大力推广使用。

以废旧钢轨轧制弹簧钢之工艺方法
本发明涉及一种弹簧钢的制备方法。
现在在工业上使用的弹簧制品,其规格按标准有17种,它们的主要成份为C、Si、Mn、Cr、V、W及P、S等,除去特殊用的Cr、V、W等成份外,C、Si、Mn、P、S为大综弹簧钢的成份,使用范围为:
C=0.56~0.90
Si=0.17~2.80
Mn=0.50~1.30
P<0.04
S<0.04
现通常采用的一种弹簧钢为60Si2Mn,它的生产是通过冶炼以后轧制生成,在冶炼扎制过程中需要各种炼制设备,生产过程复杂,生产成本高,使得市场销售价格昂贵,又因在60Si2Mn钢内含有2%Si量的加入,虽然增加了一些硬度,同时也带来了疲劳的胞裂性,所以很多成为弹簧钢在使用过程中经常出现脆断现象。
为解决以上弹簧钢制品生产的不足,本发明提供一种以废旧钢轨扎制弹簧钢的工艺方法,经过简单的切分、加热和普轧的方法就可实现以旧钢轨制成标准的弹簧钢。
本发明以旧钢轨轧制弹簧钢的工艺方法结合实施例加以说明(其工艺流程如流程图所示)。
1.选择旧钢轨:需要标准的铁路旧钢轨;
2.切断处理:按钢轨长度切成短段,长度为1m~1.5m;
3.加热处理:置段钢轨放入炉内,由室温加热到1100℃~1150℃,恒温二小时左右;
4.切分处理:将加温完的钢轨立即进行切分,在轧机上装有对开切

Claims (1)

1.一种以废旧钢轨轧制弹簧钢之工艺方法,其特征是该工艺方法为:
1)选择旧钢轨:需要标准的铁路旧钢轨;
2)切断处理:按钢轨长度切成短段,长度为1m~1.5m;
3)加热处理:置段钢轨放入炉内,由室温加热到1100℃~1150℃,恒温二小时左右;
4)切分处理:将加温完的钢轨立即进行切分,在轧机上装有对开切刀,按其钢轧断面切成三部分,一是顶端模梁,二是中间立柱,三是宽面底座;
5)普轧处理:将上面切分的三部分分别进行普轧,按要求尺寸规格进行轧制;
6)冷却处理:将轧制完的型材进行堆冷处理,将轧制完的型材放在一个保温好、散热慢的空间内进行堆放,自然冷却;
7)精整处理:按标准规格整形处理,可作成板簧、园簧及其它双槽型等。
