本发明公开了一种非金属材料用的切削装置,包括工作平台,所述工作平台固接有安装架,所述安装架设有螺杆,所述螺杆两端皆套设有滚珠轴承,所述安装架右侧顶部固设有第一电机,所述第一电机与螺杆固接,所述螺杆上有螺纹块,所述螺纹块固接有第一电动伸缩杆,所述第一电动伸缩杆的伸缩端固接有电机盒,所述电机盒内部固接有第二电机,所述第二电机的动力输出轴贯穿电机盒并延伸至电机盒下方与连接杆固接,所述连接杆底端固接有切割片,所述安装架内腔左右侧底端皆固接有第二电动伸缩杆,所述第二电动伸缩杆的伸缩端固接有固定板,本发明通过启动第二电机,使切割片旋转,利用第一电机,使切割片左右移动,达到对非金属材料的切割的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及非金属材料领域,尤其涉及一种非金属材料用的切削装置。
背景技术
非金属材料指具有非金属性质(导电性导热性差)的材料。自19世纪以来,随着生产和科学技术的进步,尤其是无机化学和有机化学工业的发展,人类以天然的矿物、植物、石油等为原料,制造和合成了许多新型非金属材料,如水泥、人造石墨、特种陶瓷、合成橡胶、合成树脂(塑料)、合成纤维等。
随着科技的发展,越来越多的非金属材料被制造出来,这下材料在使用时,一般需要更具实用的大小进行切割分配,但是现有的切割机床过于复杂,很多新人并不知道如何使用,且当切割机床损坏时更加没有人直到任何去修理,因此,需做出改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种非金属材料用的切削装置,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种非金属材料用的切削装置,包括工作平台,所述工作平台顶部固接有安装架,所述安装架内腔顶部设置有螺杆,所述螺杆两端皆套设有滚珠轴承,所述滚珠轴承与安装架固接,所述安装架右侧顶部固设有第一电机,所述第一电机的动力输出轴贯穿安装架并延伸至滚珠轴承内部与螺杆固接,所述螺杆上螺纹连接有螺纹块,所述螺纹块底部固接有多个第一电动伸缩杆,所述第一电动伸缩杆的伸缩端固接有电机盒,所述电机盒内部固接有第二电机,所述第二电机的动力输出轴贯穿电机盒并延伸至电机盒下方与连接杆固接,所述连接杆底端固接有切割片,所述安装架内腔左右侧底端皆固接有第二电动伸缩杆,所述第二电动伸缩杆的伸缩端固接有固定板。
优选的,所述固定板与工作平台滑动连接。
优选的,所述工作平台底部固设有支撑腿。
优选的,所述切割片为不锈钢材质。
优选的,所述第一电动伸缩杆数量为两个。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过将需要切割的非金属材料放置在两个固定板中间,启动第二电动伸缩杆,使两个固定板将非金属材料夹紧,启动第一电机,第一电机带动螺杆旋转,螺杆带动螺纹块移动,螺纹块带动切割片移动,当移动到指定位置时,停止第一电机,启动第一电动伸缩杆,使切割片移动到需要非金属材料需要切割的位置,再启动第二电机,使切割片旋转,利用第一电机,使切割片左右移动,达到对非金属材料的切割的效果。

下面结合附图描述本发明的具体实施例。
如图1所示,一种非金属材料用的切削装置,包括工作平台1,工作平台1底部固设有支撑腿2,工作平台1顶部固接有安装架4,安装架4内腔顶部设置有螺杆6,螺杆6两端皆套设有滚珠轴承5,滚珠轴承5与安装架4固接,安装架4右侧顶部固设有第一电机9,第一电机9的动力输出轴贯穿安装架4并延伸至滚珠轴承5内部与螺杆6固接,螺杆6上螺纹连接有螺纹块8,螺纹块8底部固接有多个第一电动伸缩杆7,第一电动伸缩杆7的伸缩端固接有电机盒10,电机盒10内部固接有第二电机11,第二电机11的动力输出轴贯穿电机盒10并延伸至电机盒10下方与连接杆12固接,连接杆12底端固接有切割片13,安装架4内腔左右侧底端皆固接有第二电动伸缩杆14,第二电动伸缩杆14的伸缩端固接有固定板3,固定板3与工作平台1滑动连接,切割片13为不锈钢材质,第一电动伸缩杆7数量为两个。
工作原理:通过将需要切割的非金属材料放置在两个固定板3中间,启动第二电动伸缩杆14,使两个固定板3将非金属材料夹紧,启动第一电机9,第一电机9带动螺杆6旋转,螺杆6带动螺纹块8移动,螺纹块8带动切割片13移动,当移动到指定位置时,停止第一电机9,启动第一电动伸缩杆7,使切割片13移动到需要非金属材料需要切割的位置,再启动第二电机11,使切割片13旋转,利用第一电机9,使切割片13左右移动,达到对非金属材料的切割的效果。

1.一种非金属材料用的切削装置,包括工作平台(1),其特征在于:所述工作平台(1)顶部固接有安装架(4),所述安装架(4)内腔顶部设置有螺杆(6),所述螺杆(6)两端皆套设有滚珠轴承(5),所述滚珠轴承(5)与安装架(4)固接,所述安装架(4)右侧顶部固设有第一电机(9),所述第一电机(9)的动力输出轴贯穿安装架(4)并延伸至滚珠轴承(5)内部与螺杆(6)固接,所述螺杆(6)上螺纹连接有螺纹块(8),所述螺纹块(8)底部固接有多个第一电动伸缩杆(7),所述第一电动伸缩杆(7)的伸缩端固接有电机盒(10),所述电机盒(10)内部固接有第二电机(11),所述第二电机(11)的动力输出轴贯穿电机盒(10)并延伸至电机盒(10)下方与连接杆(12)固接,所述连接杆(12)底端固接有切割片(13),所述安装架(4)内腔左右侧底端皆固接有第二电动伸缩杆(14),所述第二电动伸缩杆(14)的伸缩端固接有固定板(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属材料用的切削装置,其特征在于:所述固定板(3)与工作平台(1)滑动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属材料用的切削装置,其特征在于:所述工作平台(1)底部固设有支撑腿(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属材料用的切削装置,其特征在于:所述切割片(13)为不锈钢材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属材料用的切削装置,其特征在于:所述第一电动伸缩杆(7)数量为两个。
