Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于将电路安装在传输数据的数字信息载体上的结构元件,尤其是一种非接触式智能卡的构件。
非接触式智能卡配备了内置于卡中的天线和与天线相连的电子模块-微型电路芯片。这些卡利用卡与阅读器之间的非接触式电磁耦合,通过在卡的天线与阅读器中的天线之间传输数字信号实现信息数据的交换。非接触式智能卡通常用来作为一种作为支付手段和身份识别手段的访问传输网络的装置。
已知一种非接触式或接触式和非接触式混合的芯片卡(RU 2251742,C2,G06K 19/077,2005年5月10日),其包括基板上的天线,所述天线包含至少一个使用导电墨水丝网印刷到基板上的线圈,基板的两面各有一个至少由一层塑料制成的卡体,与天线相连的一个微芯片或一个模块,基板由纸制成且每个角上都有切口,在切口的平面上两个卡体相互焊接,当折叠时,卡在折叠力作用下可能会分层,由于卡片保留了折叠痕迹,因此可以检测到卡是否被故意损坏。

另外,已知一种非接触式智能卡(RU 92558,U1,G06K 19/077,2010年3月10日),为一种上面设有天线的基板,所述天线包含数个线圈和两个位于基板面上的卡层,以及连接到天线上的一个微芯片或一个模块,所述天线还包括闭合天线线圈部分的导电连接,所述导电连接位于智能卡的可分离部分上。
该技术方案的缺点是,由于该设备对有害因素的抵御能力相对较低,使其对外部影响的抵抗力相对较低,从而导致运行的可靠性相对较低。

从技术本质上讲,最接近本发明的是一种非接触式智能卡(RU167898,Ul,G06K19/077,2017年01月11日),其中包含放置在基板上的微芯片,环形天线和电容器,所述天线的引线与所述微芯片引线相连接,所述电容器与环形天线并联并与之形成谐振电路形式的非接触式智能卡天线,同时基板被制成环形,在环形外表面上设置导电线圈,所述线圈形成了环形天线,并用开路的屏蔽箔覆盖,所述屏蔽箔的上面覆盖有可形成密封壳体的保护涂层。
最接近本发明的技术方案的缺点是,由于需要使用开路的屏蔽箔,从而导致复杂性相对较高。此外,使用由非导电材料制成的壳体作为保护涂层,限制了用作环形的非接触式智能卡的技术设备的种类,由于智能卡的可使用性降低,使用这类智能卡时需要一些与之相关的附加条件,如不仅需要使用金属外壳,还需要针对此类智能卡设计各种解决方案。
本发明的目的是创建一种可扩展用作环形的非接触式智能卡的技术设备种类的设备,同时简化该类设备。

另外,将导电线圈设置在电介质基板上可获得所需的技术结果。
另外,用保护材料层密封地覆盖设置在环形凹槽内的导电线圈,微芯片,环形天线和电容器可获得所需的技术结果。

可以用保护材料层密封地覆盖位于在环形凹槽3内的上面设置有微芯片4、导电材料线圈制成的环形天线5和与环形天线5并联连接的电容器6的电介质基板。可以使用钢,钛,诸如碳化钨的特殊合金,贵金属合金等作为环形保护壳体1的导电材料。可以使用陶瓷,聚合物,宝石和半贵石等作为填充保护壳体的工艺切口2的电介质材料,保护壳体1的工艺切口2本身的宽度优选为几微米或更宽些,具体宽度主要取决于设计需求。
所申请的非接触式智能卡的构件在无导电壳体的情况下会使谐振电路的频率相对于智能卡的构件偏移,从而在根据导电壳体的几何形状和材料选择电容和电感参数时要考虑到这一点。
非接触式智能卡的构造如下:

用保护材料层密封地覆盖位于环形凹槽3内设置在电介质基板7上的环形天线5的导电线圈,微芯片4和电容器6,增加了设备运行的可靠性。
因此,所申请的发明实现了所需的技术结果,扩展了用作环形的非接触式智能卡的技术设备的种类,同时简化了该类设备。通过从设备构件中消除屏蔽箔和相关的技术元件实现了简化。
将贵金属或它们的合金用作环形保护壳体的导电材料,扩大了外观产品的设计可能性。
Claims (3)
1.一种非接触式智能卡,其包括位于环形保护壳体内设置在电介质基板上的微芯片,环形天线和电容器,所述天线的引线与所述微芯片引线相连接,所述电容器设置在电介质基板上,与环形天线并联,并与之形成谐振电路形式的非接触式智能卡天线,将电介质基板制成具有形成环形天线的导电线圈的环,其特征在于,环形保护壳体由导电材料制成,具有填充有介电材料的横向工艺切口,以及一个内部环形凹槽,其中固定含微芯片,环形天线,电容器和导电线圈的电介质基板。
2.根据权利要求1所述非接触式智能卡,其特征在于,组成环形天线的导电线圈设置在电介质基板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述非接触式智能卡,其特征在于,用保护材料层密封地覆盖设置在环形凹槽内的导电线圈、微芯片、环形天线和电容器。
