Technical Field
The present invention relates to an antistatic composition comprising cress extract as an active ingredient, and more particularly, to a composition using cress extract and exhibiting an antistatic effect by applying it to general laundry chemicals (detergents) such as fabric softeners (liquid, sheet) or detergents.
The present application claims priority from korean patent application No. 10-2019-0060607, filed on 23.5.2019, the specification of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
Background
Cress (Dropwort, Oenanthe javanica) is a dicotyledonous plant also called celery, cress, water cress, which is a perennial herb of the family Umbelliferae, cultivated in wetlands, spread throughout the entire Korea, and widely distributed in the subacronic to tropical regions of China, Japan, etc., and cultivated for eating. According to the biological resource information, it is described as a folk-custom specialty plant. The edible part is mainly stem and leaf, and the aerial part is used for medicine. In addition, cress is also considered to be a fragrant vegetable, has a certain effect of alleviating hangover, and has 94.9% of moisture, 2.1% of protein, 1.5% of carbohydrate as main components, and is rich in vitamin B2 and C in addition to vitamin a and B1, and also uniformly contains inorganic components such as cellulose, potassium (K), β -carotene (β -carotene), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), and iron. (Kim JK.1984 Namsang Seoul Korea p.244). Known studies on cress include: studies on morphological characteristics and systematic classification, studies on enhancement of activity of an enzyme involved in alcohol metabolism of polygonin (persicarin) in cress ingredients, studies on suppression of the generation of cress mutations and antacid effect, studies on learning of volatile flavor components of wild cress, heavy metal removal effect, bactericidal effect, rinsing-related effect, and the like.
In addition, as food products, it is known that the food products have effects of detoxification, diuresis, heavy metal excretion, liver function improvement, cardiovascular disease improvement, and the like, and the cress extract contains isorhamnetin (isorhamnetin), α -pinene (α -pinene), myrcene (myrcene), terpinolene (terpinolene), and the like, and the above-mentioned extracts are included in a cosmetic ingredient dictionary, and the antioxidant is used as a compounding use, and is mostly used for the production of cosmetics or shampoo.
In addition, it has been reported as a medicinal plant with high utilization rate as a functional food material or flavor due to unique flavor and abundant flavonoid, and pharmacological effect based on antioxidant ingredient.
Oenanthe javanica has unique flavor, and its flavor components are classified into 14 kinds of hydrocarbons, 5 kinds of arabitol, 4 kinds of alcohols and other 50 kinds according to extraction method, stem and leaf, and oil production period. In addition, it was confirmed that 23 components were extracted by steam distillation according to the extraction method, 16 components in the Ether extraction method, and 9 components in the Tenax GC method. More specifically, the water fennel aroma or essential oil components include: octanol, limonene, pulegone, germacrene, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, sabinene, gamma-terpinene, beta-myrcene, and the like. (Rhee, H.J., Koh, M.S. and Choi, O.J.1995A study on the volatebinder of the water dropword (Oenantho Stolonifera DC) Korean J Food Sci 11,386-395.)
In addition, there were 625mg fructose, 616mg glucose and 856mg sucrose in the leaves and 745mg fructose, 666mg glucose and 637mg sucrose in the stems, based on the analysis of the cresose content.
Static electricity refers to electricity in which electric charges do not flow but are stationary in a stationary state. Synthetic fibers or natural fibers are easily charged with static electricity and generate static electricity by friction with a human body, friction between fibers, and friction with other objects, and since synthetic fibers are hydrophobic fibers and electrical insulators, dust can be adsorbed or fire can be caused by the generation of static electricity.
Static electricity often occurs during dry winter. In particular, cold-proof clothes such as fur, knitwear, and carpet, wool products, bedding, and the like may generate static electricity of several tens of thousands volts.
Static electricity generated in the fibers makes people afraid of contact with objects with metal properties, and when static electricity is generated, the people feel pain along with deterioration of mood, sparks are generated by being directly absorbed by a human body, and current stimulation is generated to flow to the human body to stimulate body rhythm, so that symptoms may be generated when static electricity is serious, and symptoms such as bleeding due to skin cracking under fingernails may occur.
As described above, the occurrence rate of static electricity is higher in winter season (11 to 3 months) where humidity is low and decreases in all the way, which affects body rhythm, than in summer. This is because not only the dry environment due to the low humidity but also more static electricity is inevitably generated due to the characteristics of winter clothes including chemical fibers for cold-proof clothes, woolen goods, bedding, and the like.
Although there are several developed products of fabric softener having general antistatic effect, the antistatic effect is mainly generated by using antistatic agent or surfactant composed of chemical substances, and the antistatic or antistatic relieving composition using chemically synthesized surfactant has problems of generating a repulsive feeling to a user due to allergic reaction to a human body or its own odor.
In addition, in order to impart various functions to the fabric softener and the detergent, chemical substances which are relatively inexpensive in function are generally used, but there is a possibility that clothes (fibers), quilts and the like using the fabric softener and the detergent directly contact the skin after washing, and chemical substances remaining in the air are sucked into the respiratory system, thereby causing problems such as skin diseases and respiratory diseases. In addition, chemical substances remain in the washing water discarded after washing, which causes environmental and water pollution and causes environmental problems even after long-term use.
Therefore, there is a need for research into natural environment-friendly antistatic or antistatic compositions capable of securing stability to the human body and the environment.
In this regard, the present inventors have found that cress extract is effective for antistatic effect in the process of exploring an active substance effective for antistatic or electrostatic effect from natural materials, thereby completing the present invention.
The invention relates to washing-relevant softeners and detergents, including fabric softeners (liquid, tablet) or detergents, which are harmless to the human body and have environmental protection properties.

The cress is thoroughly washed with water, naturally dried for 5 to 7 days and then cut. To 0.1 kg of cut cress was added 1.2-fold parts by weight of methanol, extracted at room temperature for 5 days, and then filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain cress extract.
Specifically, the extract itself is used, but the extract is not limited thereto, and in some cases, the extract may be concentrated under reduced pressure and freeze-dried to obtain a powder.
[ example 2 ]: antistatic test (measuring friction static voltage)
In order to confirm the antistatic effect of the cress extract prepared in example 1, a test was conducted by a test method of KSK-0555B (tribostatic voltage measurement method). The above test was conducted by spraying the extract on a polyester cloth and measuring the voltage generated by mechanical friction on a cotton or lint rubbing cloth. The test conditions were a temperature of 20. + -. 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 40. + -. 2% R.H, and 400 rpm.
The results of the experiment according to the above experimental method are shown in table 1 below.
[ TABLE 1 ]

As shown in the above results (table 1, table 2 and table 3), it was confirmed that the cress extract used in the present invention has an excellent antistatic effect.
Therefore, according to the antistatic composition containing the cress extract as the active ingredient of the present invention, natural plant substances are used, side effects caused by existing chemical components are reduced, and fragrance is generated due to the essential oil component contained in the cress extract, so that the composition can be used as a fragrance for a certain period of time when used as a sheet-like fiber softener for a dryer. Therefore, the composition can not only exert fragrance, but also be effectively used for mitigating or preventing static electricity.
