Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical treatment, in particular to a medical electronic image-text report and electronic film management system.
Background
The medical computer software service system is influenced by industry and service, and the service is regulated by self medical institutions, so that the software service systems are different, and even in one medical institution, because the brands and manufacturers adopted by the software of each department are different, the communication rules of the service systems are not completely the same.
In order to realize software data intercommunication of different services of each department or the department in a medical institution, a method adopted at present is to make data interfaces between two parties or multiple parties.
The data interface can realize the sharing and communication of data among a plurality of systems of the prior user, but if the user service is changed or one service system is upgraded or changed, the original data interface is abnormal in work, and the protocol interface needs to be re-coordinated.
The data interface is customized software development, which is very troublesome for manufacturer maintenance and upgrade, the customized interface is designed by a designated engineer according to the current requirement, and the service data of a user is difficult to manage due to the extension of time and the change of personnel at any time.
It is also troublesome for the patient to inquire and keep the examination results of different medical institutions in different periods.
The paper reports and medical special films acquired by patients at present are easily damaged under the influence of external environments such as time, temperature, water and the like.
First from a data acquisition perspective:
1. designing a data interface requires two or three interfaces to negotiate according to the service;
2. the designed data interface has no universality and can not be directly used by other users;
3. each manufacturer has complex management on the customized interface of the user, and cannot respond in time when the interface needs to be adjusted again;
4. after the design of the data interface is finished, a user cannot directly upgrade or replace the independent service system, and abnormal data communication can be caused after the replacement;
5. the manufacturer needs manpower and time to customize a data interface for a user, so that a certain cost is generated when the user makes the interface;
6. after the interface is finished, if data are abnormal in the using process, a user can hardly judge which link is the fault; then from the information integration perspective: the reports acquired by the patient in different medical treatment are relatively independent, even if the hospital provides an electronic report, a series of operation steps such as registration, attention and verification information input are required, and the inquiry of the patient is extremely complicated.
