Description

Disinfection management and tracing system for external medical instruments based on cloud server
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical informatization, in particular to a cloud server-based disinfection management and tracing system for external medical instruments.
Background
The medical apparatus and instruments have the problem of inadequate supervision in the production, purchase, use and postoperative condition tracking links. According to the monitoring of adverse events of medical instruments and the management requirements of a medical instrument recall system, a medical instrument whole-process retrospective supervision system is established by utilizing the modern logistics information technology, suspicious adverse events of the medical instruments are found in time, control and intervention measures are effectively taken for medical instrument products with potential safety hazards, the suspicious adverse events of the medical instruments can be reported rapidly according to relevant requirements, investigation and reason analysis are rapidly carried out, and corrective measures such as recall and the like are taken if necessary, so that the health and life safety of patients and relevant personnel are ensured.
The foreign medical instruments refer to reusable medical instruments which are not conventionally equipped in hospitals, are rented by medical instrument manufacturers and companies or are freely provided for hospitals, are called as 'acupoint bags' in the medical field, and mainly comprise special instruments, power tools, implants and the like. The instruments have the defects of high pertinence, high price, complex variety, high specialization and quick updating, and are frequently in frequent flow in multiple hospitals, so that a plurality of problems exist in the processes of cleaning, disinfecting and the like of the instruments, and the instruments are high-risk medical instruments. The disinfection supply center must perfect the admission and management system of the external medical instruments, and adopt the standardized management of the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of the external medical instruments, thereby ensuring the link quality and controlling the occurrence of the cross infection of the hospital. Therefore, a complete set of management and traceability system needs to be established to solve the problems of the prior art.
For example, PCT publication No. WO/2016/059382 discloses a surgical instrument RFID tag reading apparatus and method and a surgical instrument tracking system. A surgical instrument Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag reading apparatus, comprising: an interrogation zone arranged to receive a surgical instrument set comprising a plurality of surgical instruments, each surgical instrument comprising a respective RFID tag comprising identification information of the surgical instrument; an RFID tag reader; a Radio Frequency (RF) antenna coupled to the RFID tag reader and arranged to transmit RF signals and arranged to receive RF return signals from at least some of the RFID tags, the RF signals having a signal field at least a portion of which extends within the interrogation zone, each RF return signal including identification information of a respective RFID tag; a guiding device arranged to cause a predetermined relative movement between an RFID tag on the surgical instrument and the RF signal; and a controller arranged to: a. for each RFID tag from which an RF return signal is received, receiving surgical instrument identification information from an RFID tag reader; b. comparing the received surgical instrument identification information to a list of surgical instruments of the surgical instrument set; determining whether surgical instrument identification information has been received for each surgical instrument on the list of surgical instruments, and if not, generating an incomplete list alert. A surgical instrument tracking system, comprising: a surgical instrument set including a plurality of surgical instruments, each surgical instrument including a respective RFID tag including identification information of the surgical instrument; and a plurality of surgical instrument RFID tag reading devices, each system arranged to receive a set of surgical instruments.
However, due to their high cost and low production volume, exotic medical devices often flow into medical facilities in the form of "walk-up bags". The foreign medical instruments not only flow in various departments in the medical facility like the in-hospital medical instruments but also flow back and forth in various medical facilities, suppliers, and logistics facilities, and thus have much higher difficulty than in-hospital management of the in-hospital medical instruments. The management and control ability of cross infection of medical institutions is a necessary ability strictly required by the ministry of health, however, since external medical devices are highly mobile and do not flow in the same unit, cross infection is easily caused, and therefore, how to realize management and tracing of external medical devices is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently. However, different medical institutions, suppliers and logistics institutions do not belong to the same unit or organization, internal data of each institution mostly belongs to confidential data, and data of each department cannot be shared simply like in-hospital instrument management, and particularly, each medical institution itself also has a certain competitive relationship, so that data among the medical institutions are difficult to unify, manage and fuse, and a strong obstacle is undoubtedly formed for solving how to realize management and tracing of external medical instruments.
Furthermore, on the one hand, due to the differences in understanding to the person skilled in the art; on the other hand, since the inventor has studied a lot of documents and patents when making the present invention, but the space is not limited to the details and contents listed in the above, however, the present invention is by no means free of the features of the prior art, but the present invention has been provided with all the features of the prior art, and the applicant reserves the right to increase the related prior art in the background.

Detailed Description
This is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-2.
Example 1
The embodiment discloses a disinfection management and tracing system for external medical instruments based on a cloud server. The system can form a tracing network which can be used for tracing the disinfection tracing information of the external medical instrument in the whole life cycle by means of the cloud server 500 under the condition that the external medical instrument is classified, so that medical institutions with different geographical positions can mutually refer to the disinfection management information of the external medical instrument by means of the cloud server 500 without visiting the disinfection management subsystems 300 of each other.
Since the external medical equipment is expensive and cannot be arranged in a hospital, the external medical equipment does not have a sterilization management system that is completed with the hospital-based medical equipment. In order to effectively manage the disinfection of external medical instruments, in the prior art, the external medical instruments are restricted by rules and regulations in a hospital to carry out disinfection steps required to be carried out in the hospital, the artificial performance is extremely strong, the labor intensity of medical workers is high, the medical workers are easy to fatigue, task loss such as disinfection and other steps are easy to occur, so that the infection in the hospital of a patient caused by the external medical instruments is easily caused, the health of the patient is seriously threatened, and the disinfection is sometimes carried out in a medical institution; on the other hand, the disinfection principle information in the hospital in the whole life cycle of the external medical instruments is incomplete. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has made a careful search and investigation to provide the following technical solutions for ensuring the disinfection management of the external medical devices in the hospital.
As shown in fig. 2, the system comprises at least: a disinfection data collection subsystem 100, a sorting subsystem 600, a disinfection management subsystem 300, and a cloud server 500. The cloud server 500 serves as a core of cloud computing, and is at least configured as follows in the invention: for storing the corresponding relationship between the external medical instruments and the sterilization target business, and for fusing the sterilization management information uploaded by the sterilization management subsystem 300 with the sterilization history management information to form sterilization tracing information in an updating manner.
The sorting subsystem 600: the medical instrument identification recognition device is provided with a recognizer and used for recognizing instrument identity information of external medical instruments. The equipment identity information is set by the supplier through an electronic label, such as a two-dimensional code, a bar code and the like. The device identity information is the unique identity attribute of the foreign medical device.
The disinfection data acquisition subsystem 100: which can collect sterilization data of an external medical instrument in a sterilization use based on a sterilization target service. The disinfection data includes: the disinfection time, disinfection parameters, disinfection equipment adopted in the CSSD department, and the like. CSSD: central stereo patient supply department, hospital sterile supply center.
The disinfection management subsystem 300: which is placed in a medical facility. Preferably, disinfection management subsystem 300 may employ an existing medical instrument management platform. Preferably, the sterilization management subsystem 300 performs in-hospital sterilization retrospective management of medical instruments, including foreign medical instruments, within a medical facility. Which is capable of generating sterilization management information based on sterilization data and a sterilization target transaction mutually agreeing therewith.
Cloud server 500, and disinfection management subsystem 300. Preferably, the cloud server 500 wirelessly interacts data information with the disinfection management subsystem 300, such as a fifth generation mobile communication technology, a fourth generation mobile communication technology, and the like. The cloud server 500 is preferably located at the supplier, mainly the supplier is the direct manager and dispatcher of the foreign medical instrument, which is beneficial to the whole life cycle management.
The cross infection control capability of medical institutions is a necessary capability strictly required by the ministry of health, however, since external medical instruments are strong in mobility and do not flow in the same unit, cross infection is easily caused, and therefore, how to realize the disinfection management tracing of the external medical instruments is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently. Since the external medical instruments are expensive and the production quantity is small, the external medical instruments are often circulated to large competitive medical institutions in the form of 'hole-walking bags', so that on the premise of a strict confidentiality system among the large medical institutions, management of the external medical instruments with extremely strong fluidity in the whole life cycle brings great difficulty, disinfection information of the external medical instruments cannot flow during the flowing of the external medical instruments, and technical problems that the disinfection management of the external medical instruments by the medical institutions is not uniform and the large medical institutions cannot acquire the disinfection information of other medical institutions are caused. In addition, the variety of the external medical instruments is wide, and in order to sterilize the external medical instruments in hospital, the following management methods are generally adopted: the medical institution sterilizes the external medical instruments according to the unified standard, which may cause damage to the service life of the external medical instruments due to different attributes of the external medical instruments and may also cause incomplete sterilization, thereby greatly increasing the risks of infection of patients in operation and postoperative infection; the hospital side establishes the disinfection process for the external medical instruments when the external medical instruments flow in, which not only greatly brings extra labor intensity to medical staff with heavy tasks and insufficient knowledge of the medical instruments, but also leads to incomplete disinfection of the external medical instruments due to human factors and/or inaccurate disinfection parameters, thereby greatly increasing the risks of infection in operation and postoperative infection of patients. However, after intensive research and extensive research by the present inventors, a sterilization management system for a foreign medical instrument has been developed and proposed which is capable of forming a traceback net for use of the foreign medical instrument throughout its life cycle, on the one hand, medical institutions whose geographical locations are different from each other are capable of referring to management information of the foreign medical instrument from each other without accessing each other's medical instrument management subsystem, and on the other hand, is also capable of perfecting a management system of a sterilization management business of the foreign medical instrument.
The present embodiment adopts the following technical solutions to solve the above technical problems.
The disinfection management subsystem 300 is respectively arranged in at least two medical institutions with different geographical positions, and is used for carrying out disinfection tracing management on external medical instruments of different medical institutions. In the present embodiment, the geographical locations are different from each other, which means that the medical institutions have different addresses from each other. The medical institution may be a hospital, a medical research institute, a clinic, or other document having medical qualifications, such as the disinfection management subsystem 300, may be respectively located at hospital a, hospital B, and hospital C, located in the beijing queen area, the beijing sunrise area, respectively.
Specifically, the cloud server 500 has at least one input interface and at least one output interface. At least one input interface is configured for communicative coupling with its corresponding disinfection management subsystem 300 and at least one output interface is configured for communicative coupling with its corresponding disinfection management subsystem 300. In this manner, cloud server 500 is able to form a multi-winged traceback network of at least two disinfection management subsystems 300 geographically diverse from each other. Therefore, the present invention uses the cloud server 500 as an intermediate server, and fuses the disinfection management information and the disinfection management information of the disinfection management subsystem 300 of the medical institution having discontinuous time and different geographical locations from each other, so as to form a traceability network capable of forming traceability information within the entire life cycle of an external medical instrument based on the cloud server 500 as a core. Therefore, in the case where at least one of the sterilization management subsystems 300 uploads its sterilization management information to the cloud server 500, another or another plurality of sterilization management subsystems, which are geographically different from the sterilization management subsystem, can acquire the sterilization management information, so that medical institutions of the another or another plurality of sterilization management subsystems can refer to the sterilization trace information of medical institutions, which are temporally discontinuous and geographically different from each other, for the external medical instruments based on the trace back network before the external medical instruments are admitted. For example, as shown in fig. 1, hospital a, located in the western area of beijing, is provided with a first disinfection data acquisition subsystem 100a and its associated first disinfection management subsystem 300a, and hospital B, located in the hai lake area of beijing, is provided with a second disinfection data acquisition subsystem 100B and its associated second disinfection management subsystem 300B. The first disinfection management subsystem 300a uploads the disinfection management information of the external medical instrument in the hospital a to the cloud server 500, the hospital B can request the cloud server 500 to look up the disinfection tracing information of the external medical instrument by means of the second disinfection management subsystem 300B, and the cloud server 500 sends the disinfection tracing information of the external medical instrument to the second disinfection management subsystem 300B based on the request. Similarly, the system may further include a third disinfection management subsystem 300C located in hospital C and a third disinfection data acquisition subsystem 100C associated therewith.
The invention not only integrates the disinfection tracing information of the external medical instruments by using the cloud server 500, but also can form a multi-wing tracing network taking the cloud server 500 as a core by using the existing medical instrument management subsystems with different geographical positions, so that the tracing of the external medical instruments is possible among different medical institutions. In the invention, the cloud server 500 is taken as a core, and different sorting subsystems are arranged in a medical institution, so that the identity recognition can be carried out on the external medical instruments, and firstly, the disinfection process of the external medical instruments is simplified, the working strength of medical staff is reduced, the disinfection success rate can be improved, and the infected wind of patients is reduced in order to match the disinfection target service of the external medical instruments through the identity recognition; secondly, the disinfection management information of the external medical instrument in other medical institutions with different geographic positions can be tracked in a targeted manner through identity recognition, the informatization degree of the tracking of the external medical instrument is provided, and the disinfection management information can be read quickly; thirdly, the management work of the medical institution after the external medical instrument is admitted is facilitated through the identity recognition, the disinfection data of the medical institution can be acquired by means of the transfer of the instrument identity information of the medical institution in a discontinuous time mode, the data acquisition of a disinfection data subsystem is facilitated, the integrity of the management data of the external medical instrument in the medical institution is remarkably improved, the integrity of the management information of the external medical instrument which is transferred to the medical institution at different geographic positions and has discontinuous time record of the disinfection data in the whole life cycle is remarkably improved, the disinfection management tracing of the external medical instrument is facilitated, as practices prove that the existing external medical instrument is difficult to enter a medical instrument management system on one hand, most of the external medical instrument adopts paper transfer files, the information is incomplete and easy to lose, and the tracing difficulty is brought to the external medical instrument, on the other hand, the types and the large amount of management data required by the external medical apparatus based on the fluidity of the external medical apparatus in the whole life cycle are large, and the management data need to be strictly controlled, which brings a plurality of obstacles for the management and the tracing of the external medical apparatus. In the invention, different management sub-terminals are arranged on the external medical instruments according to different flowing mechanisms of the external medical instruments, and each medical institution has a specialized team to collect and arrange data by using the management sub-terminal (the disinfection management subsystem 300) when the medical institution is used, so that the information can be completely collected and fused in the flowing process and the using process of the external medical instruments according to different geographical positions and discontinuous time modes in the whole life cycle of the medical institutions. The cloud server 500 is used as an intermediate device, so that management of external medical instruments can flow among medical institutions with competitive relations, the medical institutions using the medical instruments at the later stage can backtrack management information of the medical instruments used at the earlier stage, and the tracing difficulty of the external medical instruments caused by the competitive relations is greatly reduced; secondly, the information processing capacity and the storage capacity of each sub-terminal are limited, and the cloud server 500 can be used as another alternative for storing information of external medical instruments. The tracing scheme effectively reduces the management difficulty of suppliers, improves the informatization degree of medical institutions on the management of external medical instruments, reduces the operation difficulty of each institution, and is beneficial to the integrity of the management information of the whole life cycle of the external medical instruments.
Preferably, sterilization management subsystem 300 is capable of establishing an association of an alien medical instrument with a sterilization target service. The disinfection target business mainly refers to tasks needing to be completed and processes needing to be performed after the external medical instruments are admitted, such as how to disinfect the external medical instruments, disinfection parameters and disinfection equipment. Thus, in the case where the medical institution executes the sterilization target business, the sterilization management information in accordance with the sterilization target business can be generated. For example, during the execution of a disinfection process, the disinfection data acquisition subsystem 100 is required to perform data acquisition on the process in order to generate disinfection management information that is compatible with the disinfection process. Sorting subsystem 600 includes a first identifier disposed at a receiving department of a medical facility. The first recognizer can be a code scanning recognizer or a radio frequency recognizer and is used for recognizing the apparatus identity information of the external medical apparatus before the medical apparatus is admitted. The device identification information serves as a sign of admission of the external medical device, which can reflect information of a supplier of the external medical device, production time, and the like. In the case that the disinfection management subsystem 300 successfully authenticates that the first identifier obtains the instrument identity information, the disinfection management subsystem 300 sends the identity information to the cloud server 500. The cloud server 500 matches out the disinfection target service of the external medical instrument in the hospital from the supplier management information based on the instrument identity information and pushes the disinfection target service to the disinfection management subsystem 300. The sterilization target business of the foreign medical instruments in the hospital may be a mode originally defined by the supplier and uploaded to the cloud server 500, such as a sterilization method to which it is applied, how to sterilize (sterilization apparatus, sterilization parameters, sterilization time), and a flow sequence between each sterilization target sub-business, etc. The sterilization management subsystem 300 is capable of forming at least an identification code of the hospital where the foreign medical instrument is located in the form of an electronic tag. Moreover, the disinfection management subsystem 300 can push the target business to a disinfection organization in a hospital in a manner of disassembling the target business into a plurality of disinfection target sub-businesses. According to the mode, on the premise that the external medical apparatus performs identity authentication when being admitted, the disinfection management subsystem 300 sends a request to the cloud server 500 to acquire the disinfection target service of the external medical apparatus in the hospital and can provide an identification code for the target service in the form of an electronic tag, so that medical staff can conveniently perform discontinuous disinfection target sub-service on the external medical apparatus in the hospital and manage the external medical apparatus through the identification code, the technical problems that disinfection operation flows are missed due to discontinuous time between disinfection services, disinfection management information is incomplete and disinfection filling tables are large due to the fact that the external medical apparatus is managed in a comprehensive mode by the original regulation and regulation are effectively solved, the use and management situations of the external medical apparatus in the hospital can be completely recorded while the occurrence of infection of the external medical apparatus of a patient is reduced or even avoided, the electronic tag is used for effectively and individually improving the informatization degree of the disinfection management of the external medical instruments.
Preferably, the disinfection data acquisition subsystem 100 is provided with a second identifier at a different department in a manner that enables identification of the identification code. The identification code may be a two-dimensional code or a bar code. The second identifier may be at least one of a radio frequency identifier, an image identifier, and the like. The second recognizer recognizes the identification code at least twice, and is mainly used for recording the residence time of the medical foreign instrument in a department. And the reading module is used for reading the target sub-business corresponding to the identification code when the external medical instrument enters the disinfection mechanism at least once. For example, a foreign medical instrument enters the CSSD center, the second identifier reads the identification code, and the sterilization management subsystem 300 displays the sterilization target sub-service of the foreign medical instrument at the CSSD center. At least once for use when a foreign medical instrument leaves the department, for writing disinfection data corresponding to the identification code to disinfection management subsystem 300. For example, the external medical device leaves the CSSD center, the second identifier reads the identification code, and the data acquisition subsystem 100 writes the sterilization data, such as the sterilization duration, the sterilization parameters, and the like, corresponding to the sterilization target sub-service into the sterilization management subsystem 300. The second recognizer has recognizer identity information mutually matched with the identification code. The system is mainly used for presenting the target sub-business corresponding to the identification code in at least one of video, characters, pictures and forms by the disinfection management subsystem 300 under the condition that the second identifier identifies the identification code and the identifier identity information are matched with each other. For example, the sterilization management subsystem 300 can display in video form a sterilization process, and/or a packaging process for the foreign logistics equipment. The videos are transmitted from the cloud server 500, so that the fifth generation mobile communication technology is particularly preferably adopted by the cloud server 500 and the disinfection management subsystem, the transmission speed of the videos can be effectively improved, the transmission of the ultra-high definition videos is facilitated, and the use of the external medical instrument by a user is facilitated. And, the sterilization data collection subsystem 100 located at different sterilization institutions can collect the sterilization data with discontinuous time according to the target sub-service, so that the sterilization management subsystem 300 can combine the sterilization data with discontinuous time into the sterilization management information. Since the external medical instruments are external devices, most medical staff of the medical institution need to master the operation essentials in a short time, and therefore, the mode of the invention can also carry out remote teaching and tutoring, for example, only a supplier needs to upload special teaching videos, pictures and the like of the external medical instruments to the cloud server 500, and then staff of the medical institution can download the teaching videos, pictures and the like corresponding to the identification codes for short-time learning through the request of the identification codes, so that the invention can effectively save teaching and human resources of the supplier while managing the external medical instruments.
Preferably, disinfection management subsystem 300 is located at various disinfection facilities in the hospital in a manner that enables management information to be displayed. That is, each disinfection agency provided with the disinfection management subsystem 300 can refer to the disinfection management information of the external medical instrument based on the request for access to the cloud server 500. The sorting subsystem 600 includes a third identifier disposed in a different department for identifying the device identity information of the external medical device. The third identifier may be at least one of a radio frequency identifier and an image identifier. The sterilization management subsystem 300 is capable of displaying sterilization management information for other medical facilities of the foreign medical instrument to which it uniquely fits in response to the instrument identity information obtained by the identifier. Based on the scan recognition of the third recognizer, the sterilization management subsystem 300 makes a request for accessing the cloud server 500, and the cloud server 500 transmits sterilization management information of the foreign medical instrument, which is fitted with the instrument identity information, to the sterilization management subsystem 300. Therefore, when the worker performs at least one of clicking, voice and touch input modes, the disinfection management subsystem 300 can display the management information corresponding to the input mode in at least one of texts, images, tables and videos, so that workers in different departments can look up disinfection management information of disinfection mechanisms in different geographic positions matched with the input mode performed by the disinfection management subsystem 300. For example, a worker may click on the "sterilization time" information field through a mouse, and the sterilization management subsystem 300 may display the sterilization management information corresponding to the "sterilization time" on a screen of a computer provided with the sterilization management subsystem 300 in at least one of a text, an image, a table, and a video.
Preferably, sorting subsystem 600 includes a fourth identifier. Which is provided in a transmission room of a medical institution for recognizing the identification code. The sending room is the last department before the external medical apparatus leaves the hospital and is mainly responsible for the work tasks of packaging, leaving and checking, logistics contact and the like of the external medical apparatus. In order to effectively trace back the disinfection management information of the external medical instruments in the hospital, the fourth recognizer is arranged in the sending room and used for recognizing the identification codes. The sterilization management subsystem 300 sorts the sterilization management information of the external medical instrument in the hospital in response to the fourth recognizer scan identification code, and in the case where the sterilization management information and the sterilization target service are collated with each other, the sterilization management subsystem 300 uploads the sterilization management information acquired discontinuously in time by the data acquisition subsystem 100 to the cloud server 500. In this way, the invention also has the following advantages: 1. the medical institution can conveniently find out whether the illegal operation conditions such as the leakage of the disinfection process or the leakage of the disinfection task exist in the hospital or not, and the hospital can be corrected and managed in time; 2. if the hospital is confirmed to be in accordance with all the disinfection target services displayed on the identification code and the disinfection management information corresponding to the target services is completely recorded, the staff in the sending room can upload the disinfection management information used in the hospital to the cloud server 500 under the condition of discontinuous time, and since the external medical instruments generally stay in the hospital for a certain time, and if the time is short, the time is three or five days long, the time is half a month or more, according to the mode, the cloud server 500 does not have the update information of the external medical instruments after the external instruments are admitted, and only interacts with the historical information of the disinfection management subsystem 300, so that the operation amount of the cloud server 500 is greatly reduced.
Preferably, according to the system, the invention also provides a disinfection management and tracing method of the foreign medical apparatus based on the cloud server.
