The frame 110 is used for supporting and is generally assembled by sheet metal parts with high mechanical strength. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the frame 110 is a gantry structure. The portal frame structure is provided with upright columns on two sides and a transverse supporting part for connecting the upright columns on the two sides. The pillars at both sides can provide supporting force, and the lateral supporting parts are used for mounting each component of the stereo garage 100. When the stereo garage 100 is installed, the frames 110 of the gantry structure can be arranged on both sides of the road in a straddling manner, so that the space above the road can be effectively utilized for parking vehicles. After the frame 110 is installed, it resembles a pedestrian bridge. Therefore, the stereo garage 100 does not occupy additional ground space, does not need special site construction, has low requirement on the site, and is convenient for large-scale popularization.
The lifting mechanism 120 includes a driving assembly 121 and a vehicle carrying board 122, and the driving assembly 121 can drive the vehicle carrying board 122 to move between an initial position and a storage position for lifting. The driving assembly 121 generally includes a motor, a transmission shaft, a gear, etc. for providing power for lifting. The vehicle carrying board 122 is generally a metal board, and can carry a vehicle to be stored or taken. After the stereo garage 100 is installed, the vehicle carrying board 122 located at the initial position is generally substantially flush with the ground, so that vehicles can conveniently enter and exit; the access position refers to an entrance for vehicle access, and is generally located above the initial position.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the parking mechanism 130 includes a transfer assembly 131 disposed on the frame 110 and a plurality of parking frames 132. The transfer assembly 131 generally includes a motor and a belt, chain, etc. driven by the motor. The storage frame 132 is generally a metal frame structure for storing a vehicle. The plurality of parking frames 132 can simultaneously store a plurality of vehicles, and the plurality of parking frames can be stacked within the frame 110. Moreover, each of the parking frames 132 can be moved to the access position by the transfer unit 131. In the access position, the parking frame 132 can be transferred to and from the cart board 122 to access the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the transferring assembly 131 can drive the plurality of parking frames 132 to move circularly along the circular path, and the plurality of parking frames 132 are disposed at intervals along the circular path.
Specifically, the transferring assembly 131 includes a motor, two driving wheels disposed opposite to each other, and an endless chain or a conveyor belt sleeved on the driving wheels, and the plurality of parking frames 132 are sequentially mounted on the chain or the conveyor belt. Since the parking frame 132 is provided as a double layer along the circular path, the space utilization is greatly improved. Moreover, the transfer assembly 131 can drive the parking frame 132 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. When the vehicle is accessed, the operation direction of the transfer module 131 can be controlled according to the principle of proximity, and the nearest empty parking frame 132 can be sent to the access position, or the parking frame 132 storing the vehicle to be accessed can be sent to the access position according to the shortest path, so as to improve the access efficiency.

When the vehicle is taken out, the empty vehicle carrying plate 122 is driven by the driving assembly 121 to come to the access position, the parking frame 132 for storing the vehicle to be taken is moved to the access position, and the vehicle to be taken is transferred to the empty vehicle carrying plate 122 from the parking frame 132. Then, the vehicle carrying board 122 drives the vehicle to be taken to the initial position, and the vehicle owner can drive the vehicle away.
In the embodiment, the stereo garage 100 has two spaced access positions, and the two lifting mechanisms 120 are disposed corresponding to the two access positions, and each parking frame 132 can be moved to any one of the access positions.
Specifically, the car carrying plate 122 of the lifting mechanism 120 can be lifted to the corresponding access position, and is connected to the car storage frame 132 on the access position. That is, the vehicle can be accessed at each access position. When the stereo garage 100 is installed, two lifting mechanisms 120 can be installed on both sides of the road. Therefore, vehicles can be stored and taken on two sides of the road, so that a vehicle owner can randomly select the lifting mechanism 120 according to needs when storing and taking the vehicles, the vehicles do not need to turn around on the road, and the vehicle storage and taking efficiency is obviously improved.
In this embodiment, the driving assembly 121 can drive the vehicle carrying board 122 to rotate around a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft extends along the lifting direction of the vehicle carrying board 122. The lifting direction of the car carrying plate 122 is the direction from the initial position to the access position, i.e. the vertical direction shown in fig. 1.
The vehicle carrying plate 122 rotates around the rotating shaft, so that the vehicle on the vehicle carrying plate 122 can be driven to rotate. Therefore, when the vehicle carrying plate 122 drives the vehicle to lift, the vehicle can be turned around according to the requirement. So, can guarantee that the user when getting the vehicle, the orientation of vehicle is all the time with the road syntropy to need not the car owner and get the back and turn around by oneself, can show and promote and get car efficiency.
Further, in the embodiment, the driving assembly 121 includes a lifting shaft 1211 extending from the initial position to the access position, the vehicle carrying board 122 is slidably sleeved on the lifting shaft 1211, and the lifting shaft 1211 can rotate.
The car loading plate 122 is driven by a climbing assembly (not shown) to be lifted along a lifting shaft 1211 to move back and forth between an initial position and an access position. The lifting shaft 1211 can be driven by a motor to rotate, so as to drive the vehicle carrying plate 122 to rotate around the rotating shaft.
Referring to fig. 3, the two opposite edges of the vehicle carrying board 122 have first comb teeth 1221. Each of the parking frames 132 is provided with a holding claw 133, and the holding claw 133 has a second comb 1331. The clasps 133 can be closed and opened, the clasps 133 can be closed to lift the vehicle, and the clasps 133 can be opened to release the vehicle. The clasping claws 133 can be driven by power elements such as a hydraulic system and an electric drive system, so as to realize folding and unfolding.
Each of the first comb teeth 1221 and the second comb teeth 1331 includes a plurality of spaced and parallel tooth columns, and a tooth space is formed between two adjacent tooth columns. When the clasping claws 133 at the access position are closed and opened, the second comb teeth 1331 can pass through the first comb teeth 1221 of the cart board 122 at the access position. That is, when the cart board 122 and the cart storage frame 132 move to the access position, the second comb teeth 1331 are interlaced with the first comb teeth 1221. That is, the tooth post of second comb tooth 1331 faces the tooth slot of the second comb tooth.
When the vehicle is stored, the vehicle carrying plate 122 carrying the vehicle to be stored and the empty vehicle storing frame 132 come to the access position. Then, the clasping claws 133 of the empty parking frame 132 are closed, the second comb teeth 1331 pass through the first comb teeth 1221 and lift the vehicle to be parked on the vehicle carrying plate 122 until the vehicle to be parked is separated from the vehicle carrying plate 122, and the vehicle to be parked is transferred into the parking frame 132 from the vehicle carrying plate 122. When the vehicle is taken, the empty vehicle carrying plate 122 and the vehicle storage frame 132 for storing the vehicle to be taken come to the access position. Then, the holding claw 133 carrying the vehicle to be picked is released, the second comb 1331 passes through the first comb 1221, and the vehicle to be picked, which is supported by the holding claw 133 in principle, falls onto the vehicle carrying plate 122, so that the vehicle to be picked is transferred from the parking frame 132 to the vehicle carrying plate 122. The vehicle carrying board 122 carrying the vehicle to be taken returns to the initial position, and the vehicle owner can take the vehicle away.
In the process of vehicle access, the wheels are in contact with the vehicle carrying plate 122 and the vehicle parking frame 132. Referring to fig. 2 again, in the embodiment, first arc-shaped groove regions 1021 and elongated first planar regions 1022 are formed at two opposite edges of the vehicle carrying board 122, and the first comb teeth 1221 are distributed in the first arc-shaped groove regions 1021 and the first planar regions 1022.
The vehicle carrying plate 122 is generally rectangular, and the first comb teeth 1221 are distributed on two long edges of the vehicle carrying plate 122. The first planar area 1022 extends along the length of the edge of the vehicle carrying board 122. The vehicle carrying board 120 has two first arc-shaped groove areas 1021 and two first plane areas 1022, which are disposed opposite to each other and respectively correspond to the positions of four wheels of the vehicle. The first arc-shaped groove area 1021 can be matched with the contour of the wheel well, and can be used for positioning the front wheel of the vehicle and stabilizing the vehicle on the vehicle carrying board 122, and the first plane area 1022 is used for carrying the rear wheel. Moreover, since the first planar area 1022 covers a large area, vehicles with different wheelbases can be matched, thereby enhancing the compatibility of the stereo garage 100.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5 again, in the present embodiment, the clasping claw 133 has two opposite support legs (not shown), each of which is formed with a second arc-shaped recessed area 1031 and a second elongated planar area 1032, and the second comb teeth 1331 are distributed on the second arc-shaped recessed area 1031 and the second planar area 1032.
Specifically, the support legs may have a plate-shaped structure and may be rotatably disposed on the parking frame 132. The two legs can be moved closer together by rotation, thereby closing or opening the clasps 133. Likewise, the second arc-shaped recess area 1031 may be used to position the front wheel of the vehicle, while the second planar area 1032 may match vehicles of different wheelbases. In this manner, the parking frame 132 may also accommodate vehicles of different wheelbases.
In the access position, the positions of the second arc-shaped groove region 1031 and the second planar region 1032 correspond to the positions of the first arc-shaped groove region 1021 and the first planar region 1022, respectively. Therefore, when the vehicle is stored or taken out, the front wheel can be transferred from the first arc-shaped groove area 1021 to the second arc-shaped groove area 1031, or from the second arc-shaped groove area 1031 to the first arc-shaped groove area 1021; and the rear wheels may then transition from the first planar region 1022 to the second planar region 1032, or from the second planar region 1032 to the first planar region 1022.
In this embodiment, the parking mechanism 130 further includes a transmission mechanism (not shown) in transmission connection with the clasping claw 133, and when the vehicle carrying board 122 moves towards the storage and retrieval position, the transmission mechanism can be driven to drive the clasping claw 133 to fold.
Specifically, the transmission mechanism may be connected to the clasping claw 133 through a cable or a gear. Moreover, the transmission mechanism can be provided with a structure similar to a convex column. When the vehicle is stored, the holding claw 133 is in an open state, and when the vehicle carrying plate 122 rises to a certain height, the vehicle carrying plate 122 abuts against the convex column and can push the convex column to move. The convex column moves to drive the steel cable or the gear to drive the holding claw 133 to close gradually. Through setting up, can make and carry sweep 122 and reach when depositing and withdrawing the position, embrace claw 133 and just fold totally to realize the vehicle handing-over. That is, when the vehicle is stored, the lifting process and the transferring process of the vehicle can be performed simultaneously, and a power element is not required to be additionally arranged to drive the holding claw 133 to close. Therefore, the stereo garage 100 has a simpler structure and higher operation efficiency.
Further, in this embodiment, the parking mechanism 130 further includes a self-locking mechanism (not shown), and when the transmission mechanism drives the clasping claw 133 to close to the preset position, the transmission mechanism can drive the self-locking mechanism to lock the clasping claw 133. In addition, self-locking mechanism is in the locking state, and carries sweep 122 and remove to access the position, can order about drive mechanism with the unlocking of self-locking mechanism.
Specifically, the preset position generally refers to a position where the clasps 133 are completely closed. The clasping claw 133 can be locked due to the self-locking mechanism. Therefore, in the process of parking, after the vehicle carrying plate 122 returns to the initial position, the clasping claw 133 can keep a folded state under the action of the self-locking mechanism, and the vehicle can be stored.
When the vehicle is taken, the self-locking mechanism is in a locking state, and the holding claw 133 on the vehicle storage frame 132 for storing the vehicle to be taken is in a folding state. Then, the empty vehicle carrying board 122 moves to the access position, and the transmission mechanism is driven to drive the self-locking mechanism to unlock. After unlocking, the holding claw 133 can not bear the weight of the vehicle to be taken and is gradually opened under the action of gravity, and the vehicle to be taken naturally falls on the surface of the vehicle carrying plate 122. Therefore, the vehicle carrying plate 122 can be taken out in place without waiting, and the operation efficiency is further improved.
It is to be noted that the self-locking mechanism may be a cam lock structure, a wedge lock structure, or the like, and may be similar to a lock structure of an automatic ball-point pen. When the self-locking mechanism is in an unlocking state, the self-locking mechanism can be locked when the self-locking mechanism is acted for the first time; and the self-locking mechanism in the locking state can be unlocked by applying the action for the second time.
When the stereo garage 100 is parked, a vehicle to be parked is driven into the vehicle carrying plate 122 first, and is moved from an initial position to a parking position under the driving of the vehicle carrying plate 122. At this time, there is also an empty parking frame 132 on the access site. Then, the clasping claws 133 of the empty parking frame 132 are closed, the second comb teeth 1331 pass through the first comb teeth 1221 and support the vehicle to be parked on the vehicle carrying plate 122, and the vehicle to be parked is stored in the parking frame 132. When taking a vehicle, the empty vehicle carrying board 122 is lifted to the access position from the initial position, and the parking frame 132 for storing the vehicle to be taken is also moved to the access position. Then, the holding claw 133 carrying the vehicle to be taken is released, the second comb 1331 passes through the first comb 1221, and the vehicle to be taken, which is supported by the holding claw 133 in principle, falls onto the vehicle carrying board 122. The vehicle carrying board 122 returns to the initial position, and the vehicle can be taken away. Therefore, the stereo parking garage 100 can realize the parking and the taking of the vehicle by closing or opening the holding claws 133, and the process is simple, so that the operation efficiency is obviously improved.
