Description

一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于制浆造纸工程技术领域,具体涉及一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法。
背景技术
脱模纸是离型纸中的一种,脱模纸使用场合温度较高,因为在高温条件下使用,所以脱模纸属于无塑离型纸。脱模纸对剥离性能有一定要求,一般使用有机硅离型剂,也属于有机硅离型纸。亮光脱模纸是脱模纸中的一种,相对于亚光脱模纸,亮光脱模纸脱模面光泽度很高,脱模件脱模面呈现高光泽。
脱模纸一般包含3层结构,由下至上依次为原纸、底涂层和脱模层。底涂层起到防硅渗透的作用,通常为耐高温胶黏剂。脱模层是脱模纸的核心组成部分,主要组分为脱模剂。随着经济的发展,环保要求越来越高,脱模剂多为无溶剂型有机硅树脂和水性有机硅树脂,具有环保性,离型性能佳。
用格拉辛原纸经超压后涂布离型剂制得格拉辛脱模纸。格拉辛原纸因为经过超级压光,纸张的紧度很高,特别适合模切加工厂使用。模切厂比较喜欢使用进口的高定量的脱模纸(100 g/m2以上的,比如120、140 g/m2)。这些高定量格拉辛纸具有一定的透明度,挺度好,模切性能又好。而国内多为生产低定量(60~80)g/m2的格拉辛原纸,由于进口格拉辛原纸的种种限制,国内使用进口格拉辛原纸后加工成脱模纸的较少。
先在纸基表面涂布一层特殊的陶土后制成CCK 原纸,再涂布离型剂制得CCK脱模纸。因为这种脱模纸耐高温性能特别好,被广泛应用在碳纤维行业。然而,由于CCK 原纸表面的陶土极易破坏有机硅,所以国内生产的CCK脱模纸真正能够达标的还在少数。
根据相关文献记载,相关研究人员使用壁纸原纸、氧化锌版纸原纸等涂布离型剂制得脱模纸,主要利用这些原纸高紧度、低Cobb值等特性,适宜后续涂布操作,生产出合格的脱模纸。对于特殊场合使用的脱模纸,由于有特殊需求,需要研制原纸,在原纸上涂布,生产合格的脱模纸。
脱模纸主要用于建筑等行业,在150℃的高温环境下使用,用于热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板(decorative high-pressure laminates,即HPL)的生产中。HPL是由装饰纸、牛皮纸等专用纸组成,浸渍三聚氰胺树脂(MF树脂)和酚醛树脂,几种专用纸组坯叠在一起,经过热压制成的热固性片材,是人造板基材理想的饰面材料。HPL可压贴在胶合板、细木工板、刨花板和中密度纤维板等人造板上,具有耐热、防火、防水、耐蚀、耐磨等优异的使用性能和装饰效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,包括原纸抄造、底涂和面涂工艺,生产出的亮光脱模纸光泽度≥95光泽度单位,平滑度≥2000s,剥离力≤0.1N/25mm,脱模次数≥2,可满足客户的要求。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现。
本发明的亮光脱模纸的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)磨浆:选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,分别磨浆,混合作为原料浆料;
(2)配浆:在原料浆料中添加湿强剂、干强剂和浆内施胶剂;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂、干燥;
(5)底涂纸再湿、超级压光;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布、干燥,制得脱模纸。
步骤(1)的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为30~45°SR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆度为25~40°SR。
步骤(2)中的干强剂为聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、两性聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或多种,添加量为0.1~1%,湿强剂为聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷,添加量为0.5~2%。
步骤(2)中的浆内施胶剂为烷基烯酮二聚体、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物、松香胶中的一种或多种。
步骤(4)中的底涂剂为丙烯酸、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯、羧化丙烯酸、硅改性苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
步骤(5)中的所述再湿、超级压光处理时,先将底涂纸调至湿度为20~30wt%,随后在95~110℃下进行加压处理。
步骤(6)中的涂布剂为多组分硅油,分散液为水,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷20~30份,含氢硅油交联剂0.5~2份,催化剂3~6份。
本发明所述的一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,制得的亮光脱模纸光泽度≥95光泽度单位,平滑度≥2000s,剥离力≤0.1N/25mm,脱模次数≥3,替代同类进口产品。
本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
(1)在本发明中,选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,分别磨浆,添加浆内施胶剂,脱模纸原纸具有一定抗水性,底涂时减少底涂剂浸入脱模纸原纸,减少底涂剂用量;
(2)在本发明中,底涂纸再湿,进行超级压光,极大提升底涂纸的紧度,底涂纸致密、抗水,涂布时减少涂布剂浸入底涂纸,减少涂布剂用量;
(3)在本发明中,脱模纸包含涂布层、底涂层,结构致密,在脱模过程中,防止脱模件中的树脂浸入脱模纸,破坏脱模纸结构,提高脱模次数;
(4)本发明所述制备方法制得的亮光脱模纸光泽度≥95光泽度单位,平滑度≥2000s,剥离力≤0.1N/25mm,脱模次数≥3,替代同类进口产品。

具体实施方式
下面结合试验方案、研究结果及实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于此。
实施例1
一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,分别磨浆,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为35°SR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆度为30°SR,混合作为原料浆料;
(2)在原料浆料中添加湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷PAE、干强剂聚丙烯酰胺PAM和浆内施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体AKD,PAE添加量为1%,PAM添加量为0.5%, AKD添加量为1%;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂,底涂剂为丙烯酸,涂布量为12.1 g /m2,涂层厚度为10.2 μm,干燥温度为 105℃,干燥时间为3 min,制得底涂纸;
(5)底涂纸再湿,调至湿度为25wt%,随后在105℃下进行加压处理;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布,涂布剂为三组分硅油,分散液为水,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷25份,含氢硅油交联剂1份,催化剂5份,涂布量为3.0 g /m2,涂层厚度为 3.1 μm,干燥温度为 120℃,干燥时间为20s,制得脱模纸。
制得的亮光脱模纸光泽度为97.2光泽度单位,平滑度为2276.6s,剥离力为0.08N/25mm,脱模次数为3。
实施例2
一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,分别磨浆,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为37°SR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆度为31°SR,混合作为原料浆料;
(2)在原料浆料中添加湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷PAE、干强剂阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和浆内施胶剂苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物ASA,PAE添加量为1.2%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺添加量为0.6%,ASA添加量为1%;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂,底涂剂为硅改性苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯,涂布量为11.6 g/m2,涂层厚度约为 9.8 μm,干燥温度为 110℃,干燥时间为2min,制得底涂纸;
(5)底涂纸再湿,调至湿度为26wt%,随后在108℃下进行加压处理;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布,涂布剂为三组分硅油,分散液为水,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷28份,含氢硅油交联剂1份,催化剂5份,涂布量为2.8 g /m2,涂层厚度为 2.9μm,干燥温度为 120℃,干燥时间为20s,制得脱模纸。
制得的亮光脱模纸光泽度为97.1光泽度单位,平滑度为2301.8s,剥离力为0.09N/25mm,脱模次数为2。
实施例3
一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,分别磨浆,漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为38°SR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆度为35°SR,混合作为原料浆料;
(2)在原料浆料中添加湿强剂聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷PAE、干强剂两性聚丙烯酰胺和浆内施胶剂松香胶,PAE添加量为1%,两性聚丙烯酰胺添加量为0.5%,松香胶添加量为1.5%;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂,底涂剂为苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯,涂布量为12.3 g /m2,涂层厚度为 10.3 μm,干燥温度为 105℃,干燥时间为3 min,制得底涂纸;
(5)底涂纸再湿,调至湿度为28wt%,随后在110℃下进行加压处理;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布,涂布剂为三组分硅油,分散液为水,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷30份,含氢硅油交联剂2份,催化剂6份,涂布量为2.8g /m2,涂层厚度为 2.9 μm,干燥温度为 120℃,干燥时间为20s,制得脱模纸。
制得的亮光脱模纸光泽度为97.6光泽度单位,平滑度为2339.5s,剥离力为0.07N/25mm,脱模次数为3。

Claims (8)

1.一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)选用漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆,分别磨浆,混合作为原料浆料;
(2)在原料浆料中添加湿强剂、干强剂和浆内施胶剂;
(3)在纸机上进行抄造、压榨、干燥、卷取、分切,制得脱模纸原纸;
(4)在脱模纸原纸表面进行底涂、干燥;
(5)底涂纸再湿、超级压光;
(6)在底涂纸表面进行涂布、干燥,制得脱模纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(1)中的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆打浆度为30~45°SR,漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆打浆度为25~40°SR。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(2)中的干强剂为聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、两性聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或多种,添加量为0.1~1%,湿强剂为聚酰胺-环氧氯丙烷,添加量为0.5~2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(2)中的浆内施胶剂为烷基烯酮二聚体、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物、松香胶中的一种或多种,添加量为0.5~2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(4)中的底涂剂为丙烯酸、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯、羧化丙烯酸、硅改性苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(5)中的所述再湿、超级压光处理时,先将底涂纸调至湿度为20~30wt%,随后在95~110℃下进行加压处理。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种亮光脱模纸的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(6)中的涂布剂为多组分硅油,分散液为水,包含乙烯基类聚硅氧烷乳液、含氢硅油交联剂、铂络合物催化剂,乙烯基类聚硅氧烷20~30份,含氢硅油交联剂0.5~2份,催化剂3~6份。
