Specifically, the swing ticket supply mechanism 580 includes a swing ticket placement slot 581, a swing ticket pusher 582, a top limit 583, and an end limit 584. The hang tag placing groove 581 is connected with the fixing block 510. A swing ticket pusher 582 is disposed within the swing ticket placement chute 581 for pushing a swing ticket 10 within the swing ticket placement chute 581 toward the end of the swing ticket placement chute 581, the swing ticket pusher 582 may be, for example, a push rod with a spring. A top end stopper 583 is provided above the hang tag placing groove 581, a distance between the top end stopper 583 and the bottom surface of the hang tag placing groove 581 can be matched with a height of the hang tag 10, and the top end stopper 583 serves to limit a position of the hang tag 10 at the top end of the hang tag 10. The end limit pieces 584 are provided at the ends of the hang tag placing groove 581, the end limit pieces 584 have elasticity such that the endmost one of the hang tags 10 in the hang tag placing groove 581 can be separated from the hang tag placing groove 581 when the suction force of the suction cups 540 is applied thereto, the end limit pieces 584 may be, for example, balls or elastic pieces provided at both sides of the ends of the hang tag placing groove 581, and the end limit pieces 584 are provided to prevent a plurality of hang tags 10 from being carried out by the suction cups 540.
The hang tag threading device of the embodiment can realize a hang tag threading method with high automation degree and high production efficiency, and comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: the lanyard 20 is vertically arranged on the first channel 110, and the separation member 120 separates out one lanyard 20 at the extreme end of the first channel 110. A hang tag threading device is used for threading at least one hang tag into a hanging rope, wherein two ends of the hanging rope respectively comprise a first end and a second end, and the size of the first end is smaller than that of the second end; the swing ticket having a through hole sized between a first end size and the second end size; it is characterized in that the hanging tag threading device comprises:
the hanging rope feeding mechanism comprises a first channel and a separation part, and the first channel is used for arranging a plurality of hanging ropes; the separation part is arranged at the tail end of the first channel and is used for separating one hanging rope at the tail end of the first channel;
the combination mechanism comprises a first clamping block and a second clamping block which can move relatively, and a combination position is formed between the first clamping block and the second clamping block;
a finished product storage mechanism comprising a second channel;
the hanging rope conveying mechanism is used for conveying the hanging rope separated from the separating component to the combination position and conveying the hanging rope penetrating into the hanging card on the combination position to the second channel;
at least one swing ticket picking and placing mechanism for placing the swing ticket in the assembly position;
when the hanging rope is placed or conveyed in the first channel and the second channel, the rope of the hanging rope penetrates through the first channel and the second channel, the first end is clamped above the first channel and the second channel, and the second end is positioned below the first channel and the second channel; when the hanging rope conveying mechanism conveys the hanging rope, the hanging rope conveying mechanism clamps the first end head; when the hanging rope separated from the separating component is conveyed to the combination position, the first clamping block and the second clamping block clamp the lower end of the first end head, and the first end head extends out of the combination position; when the hang tag is placed to the combination position by the hang tag taking and placing mechanism, the through hole of the hang tag penetrates through the first end from top to bottom.
2. The swing ticket stringing device as in claim 1, further comprising:
the separation component comprises a stop block positioned on a first side of the tail end of the first channel and a separation block positioned on a second side of the tail end of the first channel, and the stop block is closer to the outer side of the tail end of the first channel relative to the separation block;
the separating component further comprises a first driving piece for pushing the stop block and the separation block to move between a first position and a second position along a direction perpendicular to the first channel, the stop block extends into the first channel and the separation block leaves the first channel in the first position, and the stop block leaves the first channel and the separation block extends into the first channel in the second position.
3. A hang tag stringing device as defined in claim 2, wherein:
the spacing block comprises a tip protruding towards the first side of the first channel, one side of the tip far away from the extreme end of the first channel is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface inclines towards the direction far away from the first side of the first channel along the direction far away from the extreme end of the first channel.
4. A hang tag stringing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the first channel comprises an inclined section and an arrangement section, the upper end of the inclined section is provided with a feed inlet communicated with the first channel, the first end of the arrangement section is arranged at the lower end of the inclined section, and the second end of the arrangement section forms the tail end of the first channel; the arrangement section can move back and forth along the direction of the first channel, and the first channel on the inclined section and the first channel at the first end of the arrangement section are communicated when the arrangement section moves back and forth.
5. The swing ticket stringing device as in claim 4, further comprising:
a pressing block is arranged above the first channel on the arrangement section, the distance between the lower end surface of the pressing block and the upper end surface of the first channel can be matched with the height of one first end, and the pressing block extends to the second end of the arrangement section; one end of the pressing block close to the inclined section inclines downwards along the direction far away from the inclined section and is connected with the lower end face of the pressing block.

the second pick-and-place arm further comprises a fourth driving part, and the fourth driving part is used for driving the second chuck to move up and down.

the second channel comprises a collection section inclining downwards and a storage section connected to the lower end of the collection section, the collection section is provided with an opening, and the hanging rope conveying mechanism moves the hanging rope penetrating into the hanging card at the combination position away from the combination mechanism and then conveys the hanging rope to the collection section through the opening; the combining mechanism is disposed separately from the opening.

the hang tag taking and placing mechanism comprises a fixed block, a connecting block, a fifth driving piece, a sucker, a first driving wheel, a second driving wheel, a belt and a hang tag providing mechanism; the fixed block is fixed in position in the hang tag threading device; the fixed block is connected with the first driving wheel, and the first end of the connecting block is rotatably connected with the first driving wheel; the second end of the connecting block is rotatably connected with the second driving wheel, the second driving wheel is connected with one side of the sucker, and the first driving wheel is connected with the second driving wheel through the belt; the fifth driving piece is a telescopic driving piece, the main body of the fifth driving piece is hinged to the fixed block, and the telescopic end of the fifth driving piece is hinged between the first end and the second end of the connecting block; when the fifth driving piece is in a first telescopic state, the suction cup faces the tag providing mechanism so as to be capable of sucking the tag, and when the fifth driving piece is in a second telescopic state, the suction cup faces the combining mechanism so as to be capable of penetrating the tag into the first end;
the hanging tag providing mechanism comprises a hanging tag placing groove, a hanging tag pushing piece, a top end limiting piece and a tail end limiting piece; the hanging tag placing groove is connected with the fixing block; the hanging tag pushing piece is arranged in the hanging tag placing groove and used for pushing the hanging tag in the hanging tag placing groove to the tail end of the hanging tag placing groove; the top end limiting piece is arranged above the hanging tag placing groove, and the distance between the top end limiting piece and the bottom surface of the hanging tag placing groove can be matched with the height of the hanging tag; the tail end limiting part is arranged at the tail end of the hanging tag placing groove, and the tail end limiting part has elasticity so that the most tail end of the hanging tag in the hanging tag placing groove can be separated from the hanging tag placing groove when the hanging tag is attracted by the suction force of the suction disc.
