the tire conveying device comprises a truss upright post (2) arranged at the rear part of a vulcanizer frame (1), at least one truss robot (3) arranged on the truss upright post (2) in a sliding manner, and at least one front and rear moving frame (4) arranged between the vulcanizer frame (1) and the truss upright post (2) and used for placing green tires and finished tires, wherein the front and rear moving frame (4) is provided with a first vulcanizer waiting position (5) and a second vulcanizer waiting position (6) arranged at the rear side of the first vulcanizer waiting position (5), the front and rear moving frame (4) is constructed to enable the green tires and the finished tires to move between the first vulcanizer waiting position (5) and the second vulcanizer waiting position (6), the truss robot (3) comprises at least one truss machine claw (31) which can slide up and down, move left and right on the truss upright post (1) and grab the green tires and the finished tires, the second vulcanizer waiting position (6) is arranged below the truss machine claw (31);
the vulcanizing machine manipulator device (7) is provided with at least one, and comprises a rotating arm (71) arranged on the upper portion of a vulcanizing machine frame (1), a lifting mechanism (72) connected with the rotating arm (71) and a vulcanizing machine manipulator (73) arranged on the lower portion of the lifting mechanism (72), wherein the rotating arm (71) is provided with a rotating arm motor (711), and the rotating arm motor (711) controls the vulcanizing machine manipulator (73) to rotate between the upper portion of a vulcanizing machine die and a first vulcanizing machine waiting position (5).

The all-steel liquefaction vulcanizer with green tire back-and-forth movement according to claim 1, wherein said back-and-forth movement frame (4) comprises an under frame (41) mounted on the ground, and a green tire conveying mechanism (42) and a finished tire conveying mechanism (43) mounted on the under frame (41), said finished tire conveying mechanism (43) being configured to allow the finished tire to pass through the inside of the green tire conveying mechanism (42).

The all-steel liquefaction vulcanizer with rear-in and rear-out green tires according to claim 1, wherein the tire conveying device is provided with a truss robot (3), the truss robot (3) is provided with two truss robot claws (31), the front and rear moving frames (4) are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the rear part of the vulcanizer frame (1), the vulcanizer manipulator device (7) is provided with two truss robot claws (31), and the distance between the two truss robot claws (31) is equal to the distance between the two second vulcanizer waiting positions (6) of the front and rear moving frames (4).

The all-steel liquefaction vulcanizer with rear-and-rear-feeding of green tires according to claim 2, wherein the green tire conveying mechanism (42) comprises a green tire guide rail (421) arranged on the bottom frame (41), a green tire frame (422) arranged on the green tire guide rail (421) in a front-and-rear sliding manner, and a green tire tray (423) arranged on the green tire frame (422), and the finished tire conveying mechanism (43) comprises a finished tire guide rail (431) arranged on the bottom frame (41) and mounted on the inner side of the green tire guide rail (421), a finished tire frame (432) arranged on the finished tire guide rail (431) in a front-and-rear sliding manner, and a finished tire tray (433) arranged on the finished tire frame (432).

The all-steel liquefaction vulcanizer with rear-entry and rear-exit of green tires according to claim 5, characterized in that the finished tire tray (433) comprises at least eight finished tire clamping blocks (4331) uniformly distributed circumferentially and a finished tire clamping block guide rail (4332) arranged at the top of the finished tire frame (432) and adapted to each finished tire clamping block (4331), and the finished tire clamping blocks (4331) can move radially inside and outside along the finished tire clamping block guide rail (4332) at the same time.

The all-steel liquefaction vulcanizer with rear-entry and rear-exit of green tires according to claim 6, characterized in that the green tire tray (423) comprises at least eight green tire clamping blocks (4231) uniformly distributed circumferentially and a green tire clamping block guide rail (4232) arranged at the top of the green tire frame (422) and matched with each green tire clamping block (4131), and the green tire clamping blocks (4231) can move radially inside and outside along the green tire clamping block guide rail (4232) simultaneously.
