c. after vulcanization, the mold opening and closing oil cylinder drives the vulcanizing machine to open the mold, the tire loading and unloading manipulator grabs the vulcanized tire from the vulcanizing chamber, and the vulcanized tire is placed to the rear inflating mechanism to start inflation and shaping;
d. after the inflation and shaping are finished, the air pressure in the tire is exhausted, the tire loading and unloading manipulator takes out the tire which is subjected to inflation and shaping, and the tire is moved backwards and carried away by the electric transportation roller frame;
the steps are repeated in a circulating mode, full-automatic continuous production of green tire supply, green tire vulcanization, tire cooling and shaping and tire conveying is achieved, the production process is a rear-inlet type production process, equipment installation space is saved, and meanwhile production is not interfered.
