(3) cooling to 45 ℃, wetting the chitin with pentanediol in advance until the chitin is uniform for later use, adding the component C, slowly homogenizing for 3-6 minutes, preferably slowly homogenizing for 5 minutes, stirring (40 revolutions per minute) for 15-25 minutes, preferably 20 minutes, detecting the pH value of a material body after uniform mixing, and discharging through a 200-mesh screen after the pH value is qualified.
The source of the raw materials for the four examples is shown in the following table:
in the four examples, example 1 was used as a control group without adding the chitin composition, and examples 2-4 were used as experimental groups with different amounts of chitin compositions with synergistic polypeptides.
Stability experiment of acne-removing repairing efficacy composition skin-care preparation
High and low temperature accelerated tests (30 days, 60 days and 90 days at-15 ℃, 45 ℃ and cold and hot cycles, respectively) were performed on examples 1 to 4, and the test results are shown in the following table:
the results show that: the external skin care preparation has excellent stability performance under the condition higher than the national standard, and can meet the requirement of marketing.
Efficacy experiment of acne-removing repairing efficacy composition skin-care preparation
Skin percutaneous water loss TEWL test
The test purpose is as follows: the skin barrier repairing efficacy of cosmetics was evaluated by detecting changes in skin transdermal water loss.
Testing the population: 20 healthy volunteers aged 18-50 years were recruited, with unlimited character.
Testing an instrument: vapometer percutaneous water loss measuring instrument (Delfin, Finland).
D-square adhesive tape (CUDerm Corporation, USA)
And (3) testing environment: the temperature is 22 +/-2 ℃; the composition has a humidity of 50% RH + -5% RH
The test method comprises the following steps: balancing the volunteer in a constant temperature and humidity environment for 30min, tearing the skin on the inner side of the left arm of the volunteer by an adhesive tape by an experimenter to cause an acute skin injury model (barrier injury model), respectively coating a placebo or a sample containing active substances on a selected area, wherein the coating amount is 2-4 mg/cm2. The TEWL values of the skin percutaneous water loss were measured before tear TO, immediately after tear, 30min after tear, 1h after tear, 2h after tear and 4h after tear. Statistical analysis is carried out by using SAS 9.4, the difference of skin before and after use is analyzed by using an analysis of variance method of a generalized linear model, and the test level alpha is 0.05. Since the test product has 4 types, the test part is carried out on the arm, and the influence on the test result is little for the crowd with pox or not.
And (3) testing results:
p < 0.05 with statistical differences.
**: p is less than 0.01, and the statistical difference is extremely remarkable.
(Note: the substrate is example 1, and chitin in the active matter with the acne-removing repair effect of the invention is not added on the basis of the formula)
The percutaneous water loss test of the skin with damaged barrier shows that (the lower the TEWL value is, the better the repair effect is), the repair effect of the embodiment 1 and the market competitive products is equivalent, and the repair effect of the embodiment 3 and the embodiment 4 is obviously better than that of the embodiment 1 and the market competitive products;
second, testing the oil content of skin
The test purpose is as follows: the oil control effect of the cosmetic is evaluated by detecting the change of the skin oil quantity.
Testing the population: 80 facial acne vulgaris volunteers aged 18-50 years were recruited, with unlimited character.
Testing an instrument: sebumeter of sebume skin (Delfin corporation, finland).
And (3) testing environment: the temperature is 22 +/-2 ℃; the composition has a humidity of 50% RH + -5% RH
The test method comprises the following steps: volunteers were randomized double-blindly into 4 groups of 20 individuals each, using 4 samples each. Balancing volunteers in a constant temperature and humidity environment for 30min, dividing a test area of 2cm by 2cm in the middle of the forehead of the volunteer by an experimenter, and coating a placebo or a sample containing active substances on the test area with the coating amount of 2-4 mg/cm2. The amount of oil in the skin was measured before use TO, with 3 days T1, with 7 days T2 and with 14 days T3. Statistical analysis is carried out by using SAS 9.4, the difference of skin before and after use is analyzed by using an analysis of variance method of a generalized linear model, and the test level alpha is 0.05.
And (3) testing results:
comparison P < 0.05 with example 1, with statistical differences.
Comparison P < 0.01 with example 1, with very significant statistical differences.
(Note: the substrate is example 1, and chitin in the active matter with the acne-removing repair effect of the invention is not added on the basis of the formula)
The oil control effect of the oil control agent in the invention in the examples 3 and 4 is obviously better than that of the substrate and the commercially known acne-removing product by testing the oil content of the skin (the lower value represents the less oil content and the better oil control function).
Test results show that the acne-removing repair composition and the skin care preparation can obviously reduce percutaneous water loss of skin, have lasting moisturizing capability, recover the health state of skin with damaged barrier, have obviously better repairing and oil controlling capabilities of the damaged barrier than those of products sold in the market, and have good application prospects. The product is mainly used for removing acne, is not used for repairing skin, but has the same advantages as skin repairing and needs to be adjusted.
