Abstract
A washing-free gel disinfectant with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation effects comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01-6% of cannabidiol; 0.1-6% of aqueous solution of ginkgo leaf extract; 0.1-6% of avocado ester aqueous solution; 50-80% of active ingredients; 0.1-2% of a thickening agent; 0.5-5% of a humectant; 0.5-3% of a neutralizer; 0.3-4% of a skin care agent; 0.2-2% of essence; the balance of deionized water. By adding the cannabidiol and the ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution, the sterilization and bacteriostasis effects of the active ingredients can be more effectively improved, the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects are obvious, and the avocado fat can relieve the rough and dry skin caused by the active ingredients, so that the moisturizing and skin-care effects are better.

The existing disinfectant has good disinfection and sterilization functions, but as the main components in the disinfectant are chemical components, the disinfectant has certain irritation to the skin of the body surface while being capable of sterilizing, and how to not irritate the skin of the human body while disinfecting, and generates certain anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and anti-oxidation effects, so that the disinfectant is a key research and development direction in the future disinfectant market.

e. heating deionized water to 40-50 ℃, sprinkling a thickening agent on the surface, standing and wetting for 3-5 min, stirring until the thickening agent is completely dissolved, then naturally cooling, and cooling to 22-25 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
f. firstly, taking part of ethanol as an active ingredient, respectively adding cannabidiol, a ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and avocado fat into the active ingredient, and fully stirring until the cannabidiol, the ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and the avocado fat are dissolved to obtain a solution B;
g. adding the residual active ingredients in the step b into the solution A, and keeping the low temperature and fully stirring for 10 min; adding humectant, and stirring for 5 min; then adding the solution B, and stirring for 5 min; adding skin care agent, and stirring for 5 min; adding essence again, and stirring for 5 min; finally, slowly adding a neutralizing agent into the mixture while stirring until a transparent gel is formed;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The invention adopts the aqueous solution of the ginkgo leaf extract, various trace elements such as flavone, Fe, Cu, Zn, Ma, Me and the like contained in the ginkgo leaf extract form a common body with organic components and the trace elements, and can generate the antibody effect of an activated gene, thereby achieving the effects of fatigue resistance, oxidation resistance and aging resistance.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is used as a non-psychoactive substance in cannabis, and has good anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects when applied to a wash-free gel disinfectant. Anti-inflammatory effects are primarily associated with their ability to interact with receptors in immune cells. The disinfectant provided by the invention can effectively improve the sterilization and bacteriostasis effects of active ingredients by adding the cannabidiol and the ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution, has obvious anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, and can relieve the rough and dry skin caused by the active ingredients of the skin, thereby having better moisturizing and skin-care effects.
Detailed Description

In the embodiment of the invention, the adopted ginkgo biloba extract aqueous solution uses ginkgo biloba extract: water 1:200 (volume ratio), and the ginkgo leaf extract is purchased from Hebeikang pharmaceutical industry Co., Ltd, and has the product name: the ginkgo leaf extract comprises the following effective components (by mass ratio): 24 percent of ginkgetin, 6 percent of ginkgolide and less than 5ppm of ginkgolic acid.

b. heating deionized water to 45 ℃, spreading carbomer on the surface, standing and wetting for 4min, stirring until the carbomer is completely dissolved, then naturally cooling, and cooling to 23 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
c. taking ethanol accounting for 40% of the total amount of the substances, respectively adding cannabidiol, a ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and avocado fat into the ethanol, and fully stirring until the cannabidiol, the ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and the avocado fat are dissolved to obtain a solution B;
d. adding the ethanol which is 35 percent of the total amount of the total substances and remains in the step b into the solution A, and keeping the low temperature and fully stirring for 10 min; then adding propylene glycol and glycerol, and continuing stirring for 5 min; then adding the solution B, and stirring for 5 min; adding Aloe water solution, and stirring for 5 min; adding essence again, and stirring for 5 min; finally, slowly adding triethanolamine aqueous solution at the speed of 20g/s, and adding while stirring until a transparent gel is formed;

b. heating deionized water to 48 ℃, spreading carbomer on the surface, standing and wetting for 3min, stirring until the carbomer is completely dissolved, then naturally cooling, and cooling to 24 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
c. firstly, taking ethanol accounting for 50 percent of the total amount of the substances, respectively adding cannabidiol, ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and avocado fat into the ethanol, and fully stirring until the cannabidiol, the ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and the avocado fat are dissolved to obtain solution B;

b. heating deionized water to 43 ℃, scattering carbomer to the surface, standing and wetting for 4min, stirring until the carbomer is completely dissolved, then naturally cooling, and cooling to 22 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
c. firstly, taking ethanol accounting for 45 percent of the total amount of the total substances, respectively adding cannabidiol, a ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and avocado fat into the ethanol, and fully stirring until the cannabidiol, the ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and the avocado fat are dissolved to obtain a solution B;

b. heating deionized water to 40 ℃, spreading carbomer on the surface, standing and wetting for 3min, stirring until the carbomer is completely dissolved, then naturally cooling, and cooling to 25 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
c. adding cannabidiol, folium Ginkgo extract water solution, and avocado fat into ethanol respectively, and stirring to dissolve to obtain solution B;

c. firstly, taking ethanol accounting for 50 percent of the total amount of the total substances, respectively adding cannabidiol, a ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and avocado fat into the ethanol, and fully stirring until the cannabidiol, the ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and the avocado fat are dissolved to obtain a solution B;

The washing-free gel disinfectant prepared by the invention has excellent sterilization, sensitization prevention, anti-inflammation and oxidation resistance effects.
First, sterilization experiment
The no-clean gel disinfectant prepared by the invention is inspected according to the following criteria: disinfection Specification (2002) microbiological Sterilization test (Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli)

2. Through inspection, the stock solution of the no-clean disinfectant and the D/E neutralizing broth are used as neutralizers, the action of sterilization components in the disinfectant on Candida albicans can be effectively neutralized, the neutralizers and neutralization products have no adverse effect on tested bacteria and a culture medium, the average sterilization logarithm value of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is more than 4.00 after the action of the neutralizers and neutralization products for 0.5min, 1min and 1.5min, and the result meets the requirement of Q/321191ACQ 010-2020 standard.
Second, sensitization test
The no-clean gel disinfectant prepared by the invention is tested by the institute of health and environmental technology of Suzhou university, and is prepared by carrying out sensitization research on white guinea pigs according to the following reference standards: ISO 10093-10; 2010 medical device biological evaluation part 10: irritation and skin sensitization tests; the experimental results show that the skin reaction results after excitation are not obviously changed, the skin sensitization reaction of the experimental samples is not found in the skin of the guinea pig, and the sensitization positive rate is 0%. In conclusion, the invention is mild to skin application and has no sensitization.
Third, anti-oxidation experiment
(1) Superoxide anion scavenging Activity assay
Adding 4mL of TrisHCL (PH8.2) buffer solution machine into the solution with the total volume of 5mL, fixing the volume to 5mL, and placing the solution in a constant-temperature water bath at 25 ℃ for 20 min. Fourth, anti-inflammatory Performance test

(2) Flufenamic acid butyl ester ointment (applied once, 3ml each time) (trade name of Bunte, manufactured by Hippon antibiotic factory, Cogeneration group, national drug standard number: H20030188) as a control group;
(3) 50 male mice of 25-30g are randomly divided into a blank group, a large dose group, a medium dose group, a small dose group and a control group according to the body weight, and 10 mice are taken in each group. On the same day of experiment, the two sides of ears of each group of mice are coated with corresponding medicines, the area is about 3cm multiplied by 1cm, after 45min, each group is scrubbed by a distilled water cotton ball to remove the liquid medicine, the liquid medicine is scrubbed by a dry cotton ball, 0.05 mL/mouse of dimethylbenzene is coated on the two sides of the right ear of the mouse to cause swelling, and the left ear is used as a control. 2. the leave-in gel disinfectant with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an aqueous solution of ginkgo biloba extract.
3. The leave-on gel disinfectant with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an aqueous solution of shea butter.
4. The leave-on gel disinfectant with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein said active ingredient is one of ethanol or isopropanol.
5. The leave-on gel disinfectant with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein said thickener is one or more of carbomer, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, starch, and chitosan.
6. The leave-on gel disinfectant with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein said humectant is one or more of propylene glycol, glycerol, polyethylene glycol, and amino acids.
7. The no-clean gel disinfectant with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein said neutralizer is one or two of triethanolamine and sodium hydroxide, preferably said neutralizer is triethanolamine.
8. The leave-on gel disinfectant with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the skin care agent is one or more of aloe vera aqueous solution, coconut oil, and vitamin E.
9. The disposable gel disinfectant of claim 1 wherein the deionized water has a conductivity of less than 0.5 μ s/cm.
10. A washing-free gel disinfectant with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation effects is characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps:
a. heating deionized water to 40-50 ℃, sprinkling a thickening agent on the surface, standing and wetting for 3-5 min, stirring until the thickening agent is completely dissolved, then naturally cooling, and cooling to 22-25 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
b. firstly, taking part of active ingredients, respectively adding cannabidiol, a ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and avocado fat into the active ingredients, and fully stirring until the cannabidiol, the ginkgo leaf extract aqueous solution and the avocado fat are dissolved to obtain a solution B;
c. adding the residual active ingredients in the step b into the solution A, and keeping the low temperature and fully stirring for 10 min; adding humectant, and stirring for 5 min; then adding the solution B, and stirring for 5 min; adding skin care agent, and stirring for 5 min; adding essence again, and stirring for 5 min; finally, slowly adding a neutralizing agent into the mixture while stirring until a transparent gel is formed;
d. standing and filling.
