本发明属于洗发水领域,尤其涉及一种弱酸性洗发护发活性洗剂。
背景技术
脱发是指头发脱落的现象。正常脱落的头发都是处于退行期及休止期的毛发,由于进入退行期与新进入生长期的毛发不断处于动态平衡,故能维持正常数量的头发。病理性脱发是指头发异常或过度的脱落,其原因很多,譬如,脂溢性皮炎引起的脱发,溢脂性皮炎也会导致脱发,简单来说就是真菌感染,日常生活中熬夜、压力大,都会刺激皮脂腺分泌过多油脂堵塞毛孔,细菌滋生,导致头皮红痒,引起脱发。毛囊炎引起的脱发,现在很多人都在减肥,甚至只吃减脂饼干,导致摄取的营养不均衡,缺乏大量蛋白质,免疫力低下,诱发毛囊炎。还有学习工作压力大、长期熬夜,头皮处于油腻状态,是细菌滋生的温床,病原菌乘机入侵毛囊,诱发毛囊炎,引起脱发。
头发的颜色是由头发髓质中所含黑色素颗粒的多少决定的,而色素颗粒来源于毛发乳头部位的色素细胞,色素细胞产生色素的多少,与遗传及神经、内分泌、血液循环和营养有密切的关系。实验研究证实:长期缺乏维生素B1、B2、B6和A等,可使毛发色素颗粒减少;某些微量元素的失调,如铜少、镍多也可使毛发变白;头皮局部血液循环障碍,使毛乳头营养供给减少,影响色素细胞生成色素颗粒,也会使毛发变白。一些慢性疾病,如结核、恶性肿瘤、胃肠病等长期消耗,造成体质衰弱、营养不良,使头发得不到足够的营养而容易变白。内分泌失调如胸腺素水平下降,性腺功能减退等也是使头发早白的因素之一。经过研究还发现,动脉硬化、冠状动脉供血不足以及糖尿病容易造成患者头发过早变白。俗语说“笑一笑十年少,愁一愁白了头”,历史上伍子胥过昭关一夜间须发皆白的故事,都说明精神因素是造成白发的重要原因,现代医学研究证实,忧愁、紧张、焦虑等往往是白发的重要诱因。
洗发水是人们日常生活中不可缺少的必需品。洗发的目的在于清除附着在头皮上的污垢、灰尘、微生物、头屑、螨虫及其排泄物、细菌、臭味等,保持头皮和头发的清洁美观。头发是人体微量元素代谢的 “录像带”,头发中微量元素的含量是血液中的10—1000倍,分析头发可知人体微量元素代谢的真实情况,分析头发35种元素告知其性别年龄,可知人体免疫、微循环、气、血、肝、肾、脾、血压、血糖、血粘度、血沉、血小板、肌肉、毛发、骨、性功能、心肌、心脑血管、记忆、乳房、前列腺、孕、育等状况,预报心梗、脑梗、老年痴呆、癌症,预报治未病。
近年来,随着人们工作生活节奏的加快,脑力劳动的过度负担,生活的烦恼等原因,致使少年白发、中年脱发白发的现象越来越普遍、越来越严重,影响人们的人体形象美和颜面美。已知市场上有一些含有中草药的黑发产品,但大多停留在概念上的炒作,效果不确切,甚至使用激素而给患者带来很大的副作用。因此,亟需生产出一种针对头皮头发护理市场的新型天然头皮养护产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种弱酸性洗发护发活性洗剂,以中药药理实验指导设计原料配方,通过微生物生长代谢及生命活动炮制中药不但改变了煎、煮、熬、炼、蒸、浸的传统工艺,还能促进有效成分充分分离、提取,增强或产生新的功效,修复发质,能够通过渗透肌肤,作用于经络、筋骨,从而能够生发,华发和护发,满足用户对于头皮头发养护的需求。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:
一种弱酸性洗发护发活性洗剂,该弱酸性洗发护发活性洗剂包括以下重量份数的组分:首乌20~30份、青蒿20~30份、黑墨草20~30份、枫树叶20~30份、当归8~10份、荜拔8~10份、陈皮6~8份、七星剑8~10份、蒲公英8~10份、松树叶8~10份、柏枝叶4~6份、茶麸4~6份、香茅草4~6份、生姜4~6份、黑芝麻4~6份、黑豆4~6份、生木瓜30~40份、八角1~3份、丁香1~3份、洗手果10~20份、复合菌10~20份。
需要进一步说明的是,所述复合菌采用发酵培养基扩大培育得到,培育方法如下:配置发酵培养基,发酵培养基原料的重量配比为:黄糖4~6斤,玉米3~5斤,南瓜3~5斤,马铃薯3~5斤,磷酸二氢钾0.5~1斤,氯化钠50克,尿素50克,加水20~40公斤煮开发酵培养基,冷却到35℃时接入乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、芽孢杆菌、醋酸菌和酵母菌各5克,并使之混合伴匀,在30℃~35℃的条件下培育,培育时间为5~7天,制得所述复合菌。
需要进一步说明的是,所述玉米、南瓜和马铃薯均为煮熟捣碎后得到。
需要进一步说明的是,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数取首乌、青蒿、黑墨草、枫树叶、当归、荜拔、陈皮、七星剑、蒲公英、松树叶、柏枝叶、茶麸、香茅草、生姜、黑芝麻、黑豆、生木瓜、八角、丁香和洗手果混合粉碎后,按总重量比加入10倍纯净水在100-120℃下蒸煮3-4h,过滤,再按总重量比加入5倍纯净水在100-120℃下蒸煮1-2h,再次过滤,然后合并两次过滤的蒸煮溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)所得蒸煮溶液接种复合菌搅拌均匀,置于密闭容器中在常温下进行厌氧发酵,发酵时间为3~5天,直至该产物的pH值达到3~5终止发酵;
(3)将上述步骤(2)发酵后所得的产物过滤,检验合格后装瓶即得到所述弱酸性洗发护发活性洗剂。

首乌是指何首乌。何首乌(学名:Fallopia multiflora (Thunb.) Harald.),又名多花蓼、紫乌藤、夜交藤等。是蓼科蓼族何首乌属多年生缠绕藤本植物,块根肥厚,长椭圆形,黑褐色。生山谷灌丛、山坡林下、沟边石隙。产陕西南部、甘肃南部、华东、华中、华南、四川、云南及贵州。其块根入药,可安神、养血、活络,解毒(截疟)、消痈;制首乌可补益精血、乌须发、强筋骨、补肝肾,是常见贵细中药材。
青蒿Artemisia carvifolia Buch.-Ham. ex Roxb. 别名:白染艮;草蒿;廪蒿;邪蒿;香蒿;黄花蒿;科名:菊科 Compositae 属名:蒿属 Artemisia;来源:本品为菊科植物黄花蒿Artemisia annua L.的干燥地上部分。秋季花盛开时采割,除去老茎,阴干。性状:本品茎呈圆柱形,上部多分枝,长30~80cm,直径0.2~0.6cm;表面黄绿色或棕黄色,具纵棱线;质略硬,易折断,断面中部有髓。叶互生,暗绿色或棕绿色,卷缩易碎,完整者展平后为三回羽状深裂,裂片及小裂片矩圆形或长椭圆形,两面被短毛。气香特异,味微苦。性味:苦、辛,寒。归经:归肝、胆经。功能主治:清热解暑,除蒸,截疟。用于暑邪发热,阴虚发热,夜热早凉,骨蒸劳热,疟疾寒热,湿热黄疸。
黑墨草别名旱莲草、野葵花、烂脚草,水旱莲、莲子草、白花蟛蜞草、白花磨琪草、墨斗草、野向日葵、墨菜、墨汁草、墨水草、乌心草。本申请中的黑墨草为菊科植物鳢肠EcliptaprostrataL.的干燥地上部分。花开时采割。揉搓黑墨草的叶茎时,由此可见灰黑色的液汁排出,因此又叫“墨旱莲”,异名又叫南京金陵草、莲子草。旱莲草为中医学常见的护肝益肾、散血止血药物。对肾气虚引发的头昏目眩、牙松、腰部酸痛、下肢痿软诸症及其血热引发的多种多样流血证有优良功效。旱莲草带有挥发油、鞣质、皂甙、旱莲草素及维生素D等成分。小动物实验有活血实际效果,体外试验对橙黄色葡萄球菌有抑制效果。用平板电脑开洞法,证实墨旱莲对橙黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒秆菌、宋氏痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌有抑菌作用。《本草纲目》记载旱莲草“汁涂眉发,生速而繁”。古代的许多本草书上都记载旱莲草能“乌髭发”、“须发变黑”、“生长毛发”。
枫树叶是金缕梅科植物枫香树 Liquidambar formosana Hance的叶子,枫树叶的作用是行气止痛,在《贵阳民间药草》中记载,使用枫树叶可以疏散乳内结节,对乳结疼痛有极好的疗效。枫树叶的功效有祛风除湿,行气止痛:用于肠炎,痢疾,胃痛;外用治毒蜂螫伤,皮肤湿疹。
当归,(学名:Angelica sinensis,)别名干归、秦哪、西当归、岷当归、金当归、当归身、涵归尾、文无、当归曲、土当归,多年生草本,高0.4-1米。花期6-7月,果期7-9月。当归味甘、辛、苦,性温,归肝、心、脾经。《日华子本草》载其“治一切风,一切血,补一切劳,破恶血,养新血”。
荜拨,别名:毕勃、荜茇、荜菝、荜拨胡椒科,胡椒属。荜拔为胡椒科植物荜茇 Piperlongum L.的干燥近成熟或成熟果穗。其味辛、性热,归脾经、胃经、大肠经、肺经、膀胱经、肝经、肾经,有着温中散寒、下气止痛的功效。荜茇所含的挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒沙门氏菌T和B、卵黄色八叠菌、流感病毒等都有抑制作用。
陈皮,中药名。为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮”和“广陈皮”。采摘成熟果实,剥取果皮,晒干或低温干燥。具有通气的健脾、燥湿化痰、解腻留香、降逆止呕的功效,本申请加入陈皮的功效是润泽皮肤,还可以祛风。
七星剑,中药名。为唇形科植物小花荠苎Mosla cavaleriei Levl.[Orthodoncavaleriei(Levl.) Kudo]的全草。七星剑分布于浙江、江西、湖北、广东、广西、四川、贵州、云南等地。具有发汗解暑,利湿解毒之功效。常用于感冒,中暑,呕吐,泄泻,水肿,湿疹,疮疡肿毒,带状疱疹,阴疽瘰疬,跌打伤痛,毒蛇咬伤。
蒲公英为菊科植物蒲公英Taraxacum mongolicum Hand. -Mazz.的带根全草。蒲公英含蒲公英甾醇、胆碱、菊糖、果胶、蒲公英固醇、蒲公英素、蒲公英赛醇、咖啡酸等成分。蒲公英具有抗病原微生物作用,抗肿瘤,抗胃溃疡,利胆及保肝,低浓度时直接兴奋离体蛙心,而高浓度时则呈抑制作用。能提高离体十二指肠的紧张性并加强其收缩力,临床认为有健胃和轻泻作用。注射液在试管内对金黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌株、溶血性链球菌有较强的杀菌作用,对肺炎双球菌、脑膜炎球菌、白喉杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌及卡他球菌亦有一定的杀菌作用。毒性:小白鼠静脉注射蒲公英注射液的LDso为(58.88±7.94)克/千克,小鼠、兔亚急性毒性试验对肾脏可出现少量管型,肾小管上皮细胞浊肿缎带,煎剂给大鼠口服,吸收良好,尿中能保持一定的抗菌作用。
松树叶,中药名。为松科植物华山松Pinus armandi Franch、黄山松Pinustaiwanensis Hayata、马尾松Pinus massoniana Lamb.、黑松Pinus thunbergii Parl.、油松Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.、云南松Pinus yunnanensis Franch.、红松Pinuskoraiensis Sied.et.Zucc.等的针叶。华山松分布于西南及陕西、甘肃、河南、湖北、西藏等地。黄山松分布于安徽、江西、浙江、福建、台湾、河南、湖北、湖南等地。马尾松分布于陕西、江苏、安微、浙江、江西、福建、台湾、河南、湖北、湖南、广东、广西、四川、贵州、云南等地。黑松分布于辽宁、山东、江苏等地;武汉、南京、上海、杭州等地多有栽培。油松分布于东北、华北、西北及河南、山东、江苏等地。云南松分布于西南地区及广西。红松分布于东北地区。具有祛风燥湿,杀虫止痒,活血安神之功效。常用于风湿痹痛,脚气,湿疮,癣,风疹瘙痒,跌打损伤,神经衰弱,慢性肾炎,高血压病,预防乙脑、流感。
柏枝叶,中药名。为柏科植物侧柏PLatycladus orientalis(L.)Franco的干燥枝梢和叶。多在夏、秋二季采收,阴干。柏枝叶又名侧柏叶、扁柏、黄心柏,为常绿乔木,其嫩枝、叶及果皆可入药,其味苦、涩,性微寒,入肺、肝、大肠经,有凉血止血、乌须发、止咳喘的功效。主要用于血热妄行引起的出血病症,并有镇咳、祛痰、降压、防脱发等作用。其果实中的果仁则有养心安神、润肠通便之功效。有文献证明侧柏叶醇提取物对白细胞LTB4及5-HETE(5-脂氧合酶)的生物合成有较强的抑制作用,亦显示了对环加氧酶较强的抑制作用,提示侧柏叶是通过抑制5-脂氧合酶的活性及环氧化酶的成分来发挥抗炎作用。以及侧柏叶水煎液对金葡菌有抑制作用,其醇提物抑制金葡菌的作用强于水煎液,且对卡他球菌也有抑制作用。还有侧柏叶的提取物含酚性物质,具有抗念珠菌活性的作用。侧柏叶味苦、涩,性寒,具有凉血止血,化痰止咳,生发乌发的功效。侧柏叶与生姜共用,具有生发、乌发、固发的功效。与黑墨草配伍,可以更好的发挥生发之效果。
茶麸,又称茶粕、茶籽饼、茶枯。呈紫褐色颗粒,是野山茶油果实榨油后剩下的渣。茶粕中含有12-18%的茶皂素。古代传统洗头用茶籽饼,其含有茶皂素、蛋白质、天然茶油等,长期使用有止屑、止痒、去油、杀菌、修复受损发质的功效,还有明显的乌发生发作用是大自然最佳的清洁剂之一。
香茅草,别名包茅,拉丁文名Cymbopogon citratus.,为禾本科、香茅属多年生草本。秆较细弱,丛生,直立,近无毛,节部膨大。叶鞘无毛,基部者多破裂,上部者短于节间;叶舌钝圆,,膜质,先端多不规则的破裂;叶片狭线形;两面近无毛,具白粉。全草含酸性皂甙类物质、鞣质、蛋白质、粘液质、苦味质、糖类及酚性物质。鲜草含挥发油0.7-1.O%,叶含挥发油约1.8%,花轴约0.5%,茎少于0.05%。挥发油中含胡椒酮(piperitone)40-50%、蒈烯-4(carene-4)20%、牻牛儿醇(geraniol)10%、牻牛儿酸乙酯(ethylgeranate)10%,尚有牻牛儿醛(geranial)、柠檬烯(limonene)等。因其具有柠檬香味,又叫柠檬香茅。它不但具有观赏价值,绿化、香化家居,因为它含有柠檬醛,有消毒、杀菌与治疗神经痛、肌肉痛的效果,因而被誉为“消痛剑客”。
生姜(Zingiber officinale Roscoe),是姜科、姜属的多年生草本植物(高40~100cm)的新鲜根茎。这里所用即为生姜,而非干姜、老姜。生姜味辛,性温,入肺经,有解表功效。生姜与侧柏叶共用,能够生发、护发。
黑芝麻(Semen Sesami Nigrum)为胡麻科芝麻的黑色种子,也叫胡麻,油麻,巨胜,脂麻,分布于安徽、湖北、贵州、云南、广西、四川等地。 黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还含有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬等营养成分。有健胃、保肝、促进红细胞生长的作用及乌发、美容等功效。

八角(学名:Illicium verum Hook.f.),是八角茴香科、八角属的一种植物。八角里面含有挥发油,挥发油里面主要含有茴香脑、茴香醛、对丙烯基苯基异戊烯醚等,还含有黄酮类和有机酸类的成分。挥发油及茴香脑具有刺激作用,能够促进肠胃蠕动,缓解腹部疼痛,并能增进呼吸道分泌用以祛痰。乙醇提取物在试管中能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、白喉杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒与副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌等,对真菌也有一定的抑制作用。茴香脑还有升高白细胞的作用。
丁香(学名:Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. & L. M. Perry):常绿乔木,高达10米。叶对生,卵状长圆形或长倒卵形,先端渐尖,基部渐窄下延至柄。花芳香,成顶生聚伞圆锥花序;花萼肥厚,绿色转紫色,长管状,先端4裂;花瓣白色稍带淡紫;雄蕊多数;子房下位;柱头不明显。浆果红棕色。是原产于印度尼西亚的一种香料,含丁香油,油中主要含有挥发性倍半萜类化合物及酚类、酯类化合物丁香油酚等。具有防腐剂及杀菌剂的特性,还可协助消化作用。精油局部被应用于减轻牙痛和嘴部疼痛。花蕾干燥后广泛用于烹饪中,做为一种食物香料。
洗手果为无患子科植物无患子Sapindus mukorossi Gaerth.的种子。因为它那厚肉质状的果皮含有皂素,只要用水搓揉便会产生泡沫,可用于清洗,是古代的主要清洁剂之一。经过现代药理的研究,发现在洗手果当中存在着能够抑菌杀毒的成分,所以当出现外部炎症的时候,可以利用无患子来做到创伤部位的清洁、杀毒、抗菌的效果。本申请方案加入洗手果制作出来的产品,手感细腻,去污能力强,不但可以清洁、杀毒、抗菌,而且还能够加速头皮的皮肤更新。

2.根据权利要求1所述的弱酸性洗发护发活性洗剂,其特征在于,所述复合菌采用发酵培养基扩大培育得到,培育方法如下:配置发酵培养基,发酵培养基原料的重量配比为:黄糖4~6斤,玉米3~5斤,南瓜3~5斤,马铃薯3~5斤,磷酸二氢钾0.5~1斤,氯化钠50克,尿素50克,加水20~40公斤煮开发酵培养基,冷却到35℃时接入乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、芽孢杆菌、醋酸菌和酵母菌各5克,并使之混合伴匀,在30℃~35℃的条件下培育,培育时间为5~7天,制得所述复合菌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弱酸性洗发护发活性洗剂,其特征在于,所述玉米、南瓜和马铃薯均为煮熟捣碎后得到。
4.根据权利要求1所述的弱酸性洗发护发活性洗剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数取首乌、青蒿、黑墨草、枫树叶、当归、荜拔、陈皮、七星剑、蒲公英、松树叶、柏枝叶、茶麸、香茅草、生姜、黑芝麻、黑豆、生木瓜、八角、丁香和洗手果混合粉碎后,按总重量比加入10倍纯净水在100-120℃下蒸煮3-4h,过滤,再按总重量比加入5倍纯净水在100-120℃下蒸煮1-2h,再次过滤,然后合并两次过滤的蒸煮溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)所得蒸煮溶液接种复合菌搅拌均匀,置于密闭容器中在常温下进行厌氧发酵,发酵时间为3~5天,直至该产物的pH值达到3~5终止发酵;
(3)将上述步骤(2)发酵后所得的产物过滤,检验合格后装瓶即得到所述弱酸性洗发护发活性洗剂。
