It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The conference room resource management method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a conference room resource management method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method is applied to a server and may include steps S100 to S300.
In the embodiment of the present application, the server stores the predetermined information of the conference room, and the server can correspondingly adjust the predetermined states of the conference room at different times according to the predetermined information. In practical applications, the server may also store scheduled records and usage records of the conference room, so as to facilitate tracking queries.
Step S100, under the condition that a meeting room is scheduled, acquiring the scheduled starting time of the meeting room.
In the step S100, since the server stores the predetermined information of the conference room, and the predetermined information includes the predetermined start time and end time of the conference room, the predetermined condition of the conference room can be determined by comparing whether the system time is in the time range between the start time and the end time. When the system time is in the time range, determining that the conference room is in a preset state; when the system time is not in the rising time range, the conference room is determined to be in an unscheduled state.
In step S100, when it is determined that the conference room is currently in the scheduled state by retrieving the scheduled information of the conference room, the conference start time of the currently scheduled conference room, that is, the scheduled start time of the conference room, is obtained according to the scheduled information, so as to subsequently determine whether the scheduled person uses the conference room within the scheduled time range.
Optionally, the predetermined information further includes meeting room identification information, meeting subject, name of the predetermined person, number of participants, and the like. In practical applications, when a user needs to reserve a conference room, reservation information of the conference room is generated through a terminal application. Specifically, a user Accesses (APP) a conference room reservation server through a conference room reservation system Application installed on a terminal, fills in information such as a conference theme, conference start time, conference end time, the number of participants and the name of a reservation person to perform conference room reservation, and completes the reservation of a conference room according to the information and generates reservation information of the conference room.
And S200, acquiring a scene picture in the conference room under the condition that the system time exceeds the preset time of the starting time.
In step S200, the preset time period is a preset maximum time for allowing the conference room to be delayed to start using, that is, a maximum default time for allowing the conference room to remain in an unused state from a preset starting time in a preset state. The scene picture in the conference room is a scene picture which can reflect the actual use condition of the interior of the conference room. In the case where the system time exceeds the preset time duration of the predetermined start time of the conference room, it is described that the upper limit value of the time for allowing the conference room to be started to be used with a delay has been exceeded, and therefore it is necessary to acquire a scene picture in the conference room in order to further determine whether the conference room is currently being used.
In practical application, the preset time period is a calibrated value, for example, may be 10 minutes, 15 minutes or 20 minutes, and may be specifically adjusted and set according to use requirements; the scene picture in the conference room may be a video picture or an image picture. Of course, it should be understood that the present embodiment does not limit the number of frames of the video picture and the number of the image pictures, nor the specific value of the preset duration.
Step S300, when the scene picture does not contain face information, adjusting the meeting room to be in an unscheduled state.
In the step S300, whether a face image exists in the scene picture obtained in the step S200 is determined by using the scene picture in the conference room, and whether an object exists in the scene picture is determined; if the scene picture in the conference room has the face image, judging that people exist in the conference room, and indicating that the conference room is currently used; if the face image is not found in the scene picture in the conference room, judging that no people exist in the conference room, and indicating that the conference room is not used currently.
In the above steps, it may be specifically determined whether a person exists in the scene picture quickly and accurately by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) image recognition technology.
In the step S300, when it is determined that no facial information is included according to the internal scene picture, it indicates that the conference room is not currently used, because the system time exceeds the preset time duration of the scheduled start time of the conference room, it indicates that the scheduled person in the conference room cannot enter the conference room within the grace period, and it is determined that the scheduled person cannot use the conference room as expected, so that the conference room is adjusted to be in an unscheduled state, which is convenient for receiving scheduled use of other users, and resource waste caused by the conference room being in an empty state is avoided.
In practical applications, the step S300 is suitable for both the case that the scheduled person fails to use the conference room as intended and the case that the scheduled person in the conference room finishes using the conference room in advance, that is, for the above two cases, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be used to adjust the scheduled conference room to the non-scheduled state in time, so as to receive scheduled use of other users, and avoid resource waste caused by the vacant conference room.
According to the conference room resource management method provided by the embodiment of the application, the scheduled starting time of the conference room is obtained under the condition that the system time conference room is scheduled, the scene picture of the conference room is obtained under the condition that the system time exceeds the starting time preset duration, then the conference room is released in time under the condition that the current unused state of the conference room is determined according to the scene picture, the problem that the conference room resource is wasted due to the fact that the conference room cannot be scheduled for use by other users after the conference room is scheduled by the user can be effectively solved, and the efficient and reasonable utilization of the conference room is realized.
Optionally, in an implementation manner, the conference room resource management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes, before step S100, steps S101 to S102:
step S101, receiving a query request sent by a terminal, wherein the query request comprises identification information of the conference room; determining a predetermined state of the conference room in response to the query request, wherein the predetermined state comprises: reserved and not reserved.
In step S101, the query request is a request for querying a predetermined state of a conference room from a terminal. The terminal is in communication connection with the server, so that the server can receive the query request sent by the terminal; since the query request includes the identification information of the conference room, which indicates that the terminal needs to acquire the scheduled state of the conference room as the query object, the server, after receiving the query request sent by the terminal, will determine whether the conference room is currently in the scheduled state or the unscheduled state in response to the query request. In practical application, the terminal may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet pc, which is provided with a camera, and the query request may be sent by a user through an application program of the terminal.
Optionally, the query request is generated by the terminal receiving a first input from the user and responding to the first input. The first input may be two-dimensional code information of a conference room, and specifically may be obtained by scanning a two-dimensional code of the conference room through a camera of the terminal.
And step S102, sending the preset state to the terminal for displaying by the terminal.
In step S102, the server returns the current predetermined state of the conference room to the terminal according to the query request sent by the terminal, so that after the terminal receives the predetermined state, the conference room reservation system APP displays the predetermined state on a display device such as a display screen of the terminal, so as to inform the user of the current actual predetermined condition of the conference room, or inform the user of the predetermined state of the conference room in a voice broadcast manner.
In the above embodiment, the user may send the query request to the server through the terminal to query the predetermined state of the conference room, and the server feeds back the current specific predetermined state of the conference room to the terminal after receiving the query request, so that the terminal can display the current specific predetermined state of the conference room, and the user can know the current specific predetermined condition of the conference room conveniently.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, the step S200 includes steps S201 to S202:
step S201, sending prompt information to the terminal under the condition that the system time exceeds the preset time of the starting time, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting to shoot a scene picture in the conference room.
In the above step S201, when the system time exceeds the start time preset time, the upper limit of the time for allowing the conference room to be started to be used with a delay is exceeded, but the actual usage position of the conference room is described. At this time, the server not only feeds back the current scheduled situation of the conference room to the terminal which sends the query request to the terminal, but also sends prompt information to the terminal, and the terminal can display the prompt information after receiving the prompt information to inform the user that the user can obtain evidence by shooting a scene picture in the conference room when the conference room is not actually used, so that the scheduled state of the conference room is released, and the conference room is recovered to a state capable of receiving the schedule.
Optionally, the prompt information is displayed in the conference room reservation system APP in the form of a button, and the button may display "take a picture to release the conference room". In practical application, the key is in a usable state under the condition that the system time exceeds the preset time length of the preset starting time of the conference room; and under the condition that the system time does not exceed the preset time length of the starting time, the key is in an unavailable state, such as a gray state.
Step S202, receiving a scene picture in the conference room uploaded by the terminal, wherein the scene picture is obtained by shooting through a camera of the terminal.
In the step S202, when the system time exceeds the preset starting time, the server prompts the user to shoot a scene picture inside the conference room through the terminal, so as to inform the server of an actual use condition of the conference room; the user shoots the scene picture inside the conference room through the camera of the APP starting terminal of the conference room reservation system, and the terminal uploads the shot scene picture in the conference room to the server so as to analyze and determine the current actual use condition of the conference room.
If the user selects to use the camera of the terminal to shoot the scene picture in the conference room under the condition that the conference room is not actually used, the terminal uploads the shot scene picture in the conference room to the server, and the server analyzes and determines that the current actual use condition of the conference room is not used, the step S300 is carried out; and if the user selects to use the camera of the terminal to shoot the scene picture in the conference room under the condition that the conference room is actually used, the terminal can also shoot the scene picture in the conference room and upload the scene picture to the server, and the server can analyze and determine that the current actual use condition of the conference room is used, so that the conference room is continuously maintained in a preset state, and other reservations cannot be received temporarily.
Optionally, when the system time exceeds the preset starting time, and the server prompts the user to shoot the scene picture in the conference room through the terminal, the user may also choose not to start the camera of the terminal through the conference room booking system APP, that is, shoot the scene picture in the conference room.
In the embodiment, when the system time exceeds the preset time duration of the starting time, the prompt information for prompting shooting of the scene picture in the conference room is sent to the terminal, and then the scene picture in the conference room, which is shot by the camera uploaded by the terminal, is received, so that the user can feed back the actual use condition of the conference room to the server under the condition that the conference room is scheduled but not actually used, and then the server can adjust the conference room to be in an unscheduled state, so that the scheduled use of the user is accepted, and the resource waste caused by the fact that the conference room is in an empty state is avoided.
Optionally, in the above embodiment, when the system time does not exceed the starting time by the preset time length, because the system time is still within the time range allowing the conference room to be delayed to start using, that is, the reservation person in the conference room still has the right to use the conference room, the conference room cannot release the scheduled state, that is, the scene picture in the conference room does not need to be acquired.
Optionally, in a specific implementation, after the step S202, a step S400 is further included.
And S400, under the condition that the current use of the conference room is determined according to the scene picture, sending the actual use condition of the conference room to the terminal for displaying by the terminal.
In the step S400, when receiving the scene picture in the conference room sent by the terminal for determining the current actual usage of the conference room, it is described that the user plans to use the conference room and needs the conference room reservation system to determine the actual usage of the conference room, so that, when determining that the conference room is currently used according to the scene picture in the conference room, the actual usage of the conference room is sent to the terminal for the terminal to display and inform that the conference room is currently used and cannot be reserved or released.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the step S200 includes a step S203.
And step S203, under the condition that the system time exceeds the preset time duration of the starting time, calling a monitoring camera associated with the server to photograph the interior of the conference room so as to acquire a scene picture in the conference room.
In this embodiment, the monitoring system of the conference room is electrically connected to the server, and the server can remotely control the monitoring system to realize remote monitoring of the conference room. The monitoring system is associated with a monitoring camera capable of monitoring the interior of a conference room.
In step S203, when the system time exceeds the preset starting time duration, it indicates that the current time exceeds the preset starting time duration of the conference room; in order to determine that the scheduled personnel cannot use the conference room as expected, a scene picture inside the conference room needs to be acquired to determine the actual use condition of the conference room. The monitoring system is electrically connected with the server, and the monitoring system is associated with the monitoring camera capable of monitoring the interior of the conference room, so that the server can call the monitoring camera and shoot the interior of the conference room, and scene pictures in the conference room can be obtained, and the actual use condition of the conference room can be conveniently determined through analysis.
In the above embodiment, when the conference room is scheduled and the system time exceeds the preset time duration of the starting time, the server automatically calls the monitoring camera to capture a scene picture in the conference room to determine the actual use condition of the conference room, so that the conference room can be timely adjusted to be in an unscheduled state when the conference room is not actually used or the conference room is finished being used, the scheduled use of the user is convenient to receive, and the resource waste caused by the conference room being in an empty state is avoided.
Optionally, in an implementation manner, the conference room resource management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, before the step S100, further includes a step S103:
step S103, inquiring the preset state of the conference room regularly, wherein the preset state comprises the following steps: reserved and not reserved.
In step S103, the server queries the predetermined state of the conference room at intervals of a time threshold, which may be set according to actual conditions, for example, 5 minutes. In addition, in practical application, considering that the booking or the change booking situation of the conference room is less in the non-working hours such as the morning, the frequency of regularly inquiring the booking state of the conference room in the non-working hours can be reduced, so that unnecessary inquiry is reduced, the program calculation amount is saved, and the energy consumption is saved.
In this embodiment, the server stores the reservation record of the conference room, and can acquire the reservation information of the conference room by regularly querying the reservation record, thereby automatically determining the reservation state of the conference room.
Optionally, in an implementation manner, the conference room resource management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes steps S501 to S502:
step S501, receiving a reservation request sent by the terminal under the condition that the meeting room is not reserved, wherein the reservation request comprises identity information of a reservation person.
In step S501, since the terminal is in communication connection with the server, the server may accept a reservation request including identity information of a reservation person sent by the terminal when the conference room is not reserved. In practical applications, the query request may be specifically sent by a user through a conference room reservation system APP of the terminal.
In practical applications, the reservation request further includes a target reservation starting time and a target reservation ending time, the target reservation starting time should not be earlier than the system time, and the target reservation ending time should not be later than the starting time of other existing follow-up reservation information in the conference room, so as to avoid conflict between reservation times.
Step S502, responding to the reservation request, reserving the meeting room for the reservation person.
In step S502, after receiving the reservation request uploaded by the terminal, the server reserves a conference room for the reservation person according to the identity information of the reservation person included in the reservation request.
Optionally, after the step S502, the method further includes the step S503:
step S503, generating feedback information for the predetermined request, and sending the feedback information to the terminal.
In step S503, a feedback message indicating success or failure of the reservation is sent to the terminal to inform the user of the specific situation of the reservation.
In this embodiment, when the reservation record of the conference room is not queried or the conference room is restored to an unscheduled state due to the fact that a reservation person cannot use the conference room on time after the reservation, the user may send a reservation request including the identity information of the reservation person to the server through the terminal, thereby implementing fast reservation of the conference room.
Optionally, in an embodiment, in the process of determining the actual usage condition of the conference room, the sound sensing device may be used to periodically collect sound messages of the conference room and perform voice recognition to determine whether there is a voice in the collected sound messages, and if there is a voice, it indicates that someone is currently in use in the conference room, and if not, it indicates that no one is in use, so as to determine the actual usage condition of the conference room.
Optionally, in another embodiment, in the process of determining the actual usage condition of the conference room, the thermal sensing device may be used to periodically collect heat information of the conference room, and perform heat analysis to determine whether a person is currently using the conference room, and further, in the case that the scheduled conference room is not actually used, the conference room may be adjusted to an unscheduled state, so as to precisely release the conference room resources.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of the implementation of meeting room resource management using a mobile phone as a terminal is shown. As shown in fig. 2, in step S211, each conference room corresponds to a two-dimensional code with a unique identifier, the two-dimensional code can be posted at a door of the conference room, and a user scans the two-dimensional code at the door of the conference room by using a conference room reservation system App in a mobile phone, where a specific scanning effect is as shown in fig. 3;
in step S212, after the meeting room two-dimensional code is successfully scanned, the mobile phone APP displays meeting room information details and a use condition page; when the meeting room is not scheduled, the page is as shown in fig. 4, the page prompts that the meeting room is not scheduled, a virtual key for "scheduling the meeting room" is provided, and a user can quickly and directly enter the meeting room scheduling interface after clicking the key; when the meeting room is scheduled but the system time does not exceed the preset time of the scheduled starting time, the page shows the scheduled basic information of the meeting room, prompts that the meeting room cannot be released, and displays the minimum time for automatic release, as shown in fig. 5; when the meeting room is preset and the system time exceeds the preset time of the preset starting time, the page is as shown in fig. 6, and prompts that the meeting room can be released, and a virtual key of 'release meeting room for taking photos' is displayed;
in step S213, when the meeting room is predetermined and the system time exceeds the preset time duration of the predetermined start time, and the user clicks the "release meeting room for taking pictures" button on the page, the mobile phone camera is triggered and turned up, and the mobile phone camera is aimed at the interior of the meeting room for taking pictures, where the specific shooting effect is as shown in fig. 7; after shooting is finished, the mobile phone uploads the picture to the server when receiving an uploading instruction of a user; at this time, the display effect of the interface of the mobile phone is as shown in fig. 8, and a waiting message of "being checked and please later" is displayed in the interface;
in step S214, after receiving the picture, the server performs face recognition by using an AI image recognition technology to detect whether a person exists in the conference room at present; if the server judges that someone is currently in the conference room, returning a message, and displaying a message popup window for detecting that the conference room is used and cannot be released on the page, wherein the specific page effect is shown in fig. 9; if the server determines that no one is currently in the conference room, the step S215 is performed;
in step S215, when it is determined that no one is currently in the conference room, the server adjusts the conference room to an unscheduled state, thereby implementing automatic release of the conference room resource, and meanwhile, returns a message of successful release, and the mobile phone page shows that "release of the conference room is successful, and a message popup of" immediate reservation "can be currently scheduled, and a virtual key of" immediate reservation "is provided, and a specific page display effect is as shown in fig. 10; and the user clicks 'immediate reservation' to directly jump to the conference room reservation page.
Referring to fig. 11, an execution flow chart of the conference room resource management method implemented by the monitoring system is shown. As shown in fig. 11, in step S1101, the system calls the meeting room reservation record every 5 minutes, acquires the reserved information of the meeting room, including the meeting start time, and then determines whether the system time exceeds 20 minutes relative to the start time of the reserved meeting; if the time exceeds 20 minutes, the step S1102 is executed, otherwise, the flow is ended;
in step S1102, the server automatically calls the camera device associated therewith and located in the conference room, takes a picture of the conference room, and uploads the picture;
in step S1103, after receiving the picture, the server performs face recognition by using an AI image recognition technology to detect whether a person exists in the conference room at present; if the server judges that someone is currently in the conference room, the server enters the step S1101 again after waiting for 5 minutes; if the server determines that no person is currently in the conference room, the process goes to step S1104;
in step S1104, if it is determined that no person is currently present in the conference room, the server adjusts the conference room to an unscheduled state, thereby realizing automatic release of conference room resources.
It should be noted that, in the conference room resource management method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution subject may be a server, or a control module in the server for executing the loading conference room resource management method. In the embodiment of the present application, a method for managing conference room resources by a server is taken as an example, and the method for managing conference room resources provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.
Referring to fig. 12, a schematic structural diagram of a conference room resource management apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the conference room resource management apparatus is applied to a server, and as shown in fig. 12, the apparatus includes:
a first obtaining module 121, configured to obtain a scheduled start time of a conference room when the conference room is scheduled;
a second obtaining module 122, configured to obtain a scene picture in the conference room when the system time exceeds the starting time by a preset duration;
