Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments and the features thereof may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
As described in the foregoing, the related art manages the use of conference rooms in an office environment by installing office-like applications such as enterprise wechat, nailing, etc. in mobile devices.
For example, after a conference room is scheduled, it cannot be automatically determined whether a scheduled person starts to use the conference room according to a scheduled time, and a user needs to actively report the use state of the conference room by using other methods (for example, scanning a specific two-dimensional code of the conference room) to prevent the waste of conference room resources, which obviously causes a discount on user experience.
For another example, after a user reserves a conference room through an application program such as enterprise WeChat, in order to prevent the user from using the conference room in a non-timely manner and wasting the conference room resources, it is often necessary for participants to perform feedback (for example, scanning a two-dimensional code of the conference room) after arriving at the conference room to inform the server that the conference room has already started to be used, and if the user does not perform feedback in time, the conference room may be released. However, due to various problems, the predetermined person often forgets to feed back within a specified time, which may cause a misjudgment of the system.
As can be seen from the above, the above methods in the related art all need manual operation to complete, and not only the management effect is not good, the misjudgment rate is high, but also the operation is cumbersome and the user experience is poor. In view of the fact that the WIFI probe can automatically capture the MAC address of the device in the state that the mobile device starts WIFI, the inventors found that the automatic management of the use state of the conference room can be realized based on the WIFI probe technology by deploying the WIFI probe in the conference room, which not only can solve the technical problems existing in the related art, but also has higher efficiency.
First, an exemplary system architecture suitable for use in embodiments of the present application is described in detail. An exemplary system architecture suitable for the embodiments of the present application may include WIFI probes deployed in each conference room and a server responsible for managing processing such as conference room reservation, allocation, and the like, and each WIFI probe may communicate with the server. The exemplary system architecture may be deployed in any applicable application scenario, such as an intra-enterprise, financial institution, or other similar scenario. Taking an enterprise as an example, inside the enterprise, people can use a mobile device (e.g., a mobile phone, a laptop, a tablet computer, etc.) with a WIFI function to access a local area network WIFI hotspot inside the enterprise, and after the identity or the authority is verified, the mobile device can access the exemplary system to inquire the use condition of a conference room on line, book the conference room on line, and the like. It should be noted that the above exemplary system architecture is only used as an example and is not used to limit the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an exemplary method for detecting a meeting room status based on a WIFI probe in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a method for detecting a conference room status based on a WIFI probe provided in an embodiment of the present application is implemented by a WIFI probe deployed in a conference room, and the method may include the following steps S110 to S140:
step S110, receiving a conference message from the server and starting timing, wherein the conference message carries the starting time of the conference and the MAC addresses of the mobile devices of the participants.
In some examples, this step may include: receiving a conference message from the server, analyzing the conference message to obtain a conference starting time and the mobile device MAC addresses of the participants, setting a timing task based on the conference starting time, and simultaneously temporarily storing the mobile device MAC addresses of the participants, wherein the timing task is used for triggering the detection of the step S120 when the timing reaches the conference starting time.
In some examples, the conference message may carry other information, such as conference duration, conference room identifier, AP identifier, etc., in addition to the conference start time and the mobile device MAC addresses of the participants.
In some examples, the WIFI probe may verify whether the conference message corresponds to the conference room to which the WIFI probe belongs according to the conference room identifier and/or the AP identifier carried in the conference message, and if so, may continue the processing in steps S120 to S140, otherwise, may directly discard the conference message without any processing.
And step S120, detecting the MAC address of the mobile equipment in the current meeting room when the starting time of the meeting is reached.
The mobile device (e.g., a smartphone) has a unique MAC address that is equivalent to the mobile device's identification, and the WIFI probe can automatically capture the device's MAC address in a state where the mobile device turns on WIFI. When the WIFI of the mobile device is in the on state, the device actively sends a Probe Request (Probe Request) frame to the surroundings to scan which 802.11 networks (e.g. wireless Access Points (APs), wireless routers) are in the area, and the frame includes the MAC address information of the current mobile device. Therefore, the WIFI Probe detects information such as a MAC address of the mobile device existing in the surrounding environment by capturing the Probe Request frame in the surrounding environment. The WIFI Probe adopts IEEE802.11 protocol set, and there are three types of frames in IEEE802.11 protocol, management frames (e.g., Beacon frame, Probe Request frame), control frames, and data frames.
In some embodiments, step S120 may include: and when the timing reaches the starting time of the conference, capturing the Probe Request frames of all the mobile devices in the current conference room, and analyzing the captured Probe Request frames to obtain the MAC addresses of all the mobile devices in the current conference room. Here, after capturing the MAC addresses of all the mobile devices in the current conference room after the conference start time, the MAC addresses may be temporarily stored so as to proceed to step S130.
Step S130, whether any participant arrives at the current conference room is determined by matching the MAC address of the mobile device in the current conference room with the MAC addresses of the mobile devices of the participants.
In some embodiments, step S130 may include: and matching the MAC addresses of the mobile devices of the participants with the MAC addresses of the mobile devices in the current conference room one by one, and determining that the participants arrive at the current conference room if the MAC addresses of the mobile devices in the current conference room are at least partially consistent with the MAC addresses of the mobile devices of the participants.
That is, if the MAC address of the mobile device in the current conference room partially or completely coincides with the MAC address of the mobile device of the participant, it can be determined that there is a participant who has arrived at the current conference room. If the MAC address of the mobile device in the current conference room is completely different from the MAC addresses of the mobile devices of the participants, that is, the MAC address of the mobile device in the current conference room does not include the MAC address of the mobile device of any of the participants, it can be determined that no participant has arrived in the current conference room.
Step S140, when it is determined that the participant arrives at the current conference room, sending a notification that the participant has arrived at the current conference room to the server, so that the server updates the use state of the current conference room.
In step S140, the notification that the participant has arrived at the current conference room may carry the mobile device MAC addresses of the participants who arrive at the current conference room, where the mobile device MAC addresses are the part of the MAC addresses that are determined to be consistent after matching in step S130, so that the server determines the identity information of the participants by using the mobile device MAC addresses and signs in according to the identity information of the participants.
In this step, if any participant arrives at the conference room, it may indicate that the conference has started and the conference room is used, and therefore, a notification that the participant has arrived at the current conference room may be sent to the server, so that the server updates the use state of the current conference room to be in use.
In at least some embodiments, after the conference start time, if no participant arrives at the current conference room, the detection of step S120 and the matching of step S130 may be continuously performed for a predetermined time period, if no participant arrives at the conference room after the predetermined time period, the conference cancellation may be indicated, a notification of the conference cancellation may be sent to the server or no action may be taken, and the server will keep the usage status of the conference room idle so that the relevant person may reserve the conference room after the time period, thereby avoiding the waste of conference room resources. Here, the predetermined duration may be determined by the conference duration carried in the conference message, and may be, for example, one third of the conference duration or one half of the conference duration, and so on.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an exemplary method for detecting a meeting room status based on a WIFI probe in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, a method for detecting a conference room state based on a WIFI probe provided in an embodiment of the present application is implemented by a server, and the method may include the following steps S210 to S240:
step S210, after the meeting room is scheduled successfully, based on the pre-acquired identity information of the attendees, the mobile equipment MAC addresses of the attendees are obtained by inquiring the binding records between the pre-created personnel identity information and the mobile equipment MAC addresses;
and S220, sending a conference message to the WIFI probe deployed in the conference room, wherein the conference message carries the starting moment of the current conference and the MAC address of the mobile equipment of the participant.
Before step S220, after the WIFI probe is deployed in each conference room, the server binds the unique device identifier of the WIFI probe with the conference room identifier, generates a corresponding binding record, and stores the binding record. In step S220, the binding record may be queried based on the meeting room identifier to obtain the unique device identifier of the WIFI probe in the meeting room, and then the meeting message is issued to the WIFI probe based on the unique device identifier of the WIFI probe.
In some embodiments, the method shown in fig. 2 may further include: and step S230, receiving a notice that the participant from the WIFI probe arrives at the current conference room, and updating the use state of the conference room to be in use. Here, in step S230, if the notification that the participant has arrived at the current conference room is not received from the WIFI probe, no processing is performed, and the usage state of the conference room is kept idle.
In step S230, if the notification that the participant has arrived at the current conference room carries the mobile device MAC addresses of the participants who arrive at the current conference room, the server may determine the identity information of the participants by querying a binding record between the pre-created personnel identity information and the mobile device MAC addresses based on the mobile device MAC addresses, and sign in according to the identity information of the participants.
In some embodiments, the method may further include: step S200, after the mobile equipment is successfully accessed to the wireless access point of the local area network, the MAC address of the mobile equipment and the personnel identity information acquired by the mobile equipment are bound and corresponding binding records are generated.
In practical applications, step S200 may be implemented by other devices. In practical application, each time a new mobile device accesses the wireless access point, the MAC address of the mobile device and the personnel identity information acquired via the mobile device may be automatically collected by a gateway device or a server providing the wireless access point. For example, when the mobile device a accesses the wireless access point 1 of the local area network, the mobile device a receives the personal identity information input by the user through the login interface, initiates an access request to the server or the gateway device providing the wireless access point, where the access request carries the personal identity information, and passes through the access request of the mobile device after the server or the gateway device verifies that the personal identity information is legal, so that the mobile device a can successfully access the wireless access point 1.
In practical applications, the binding record between the MAC address of the mobile device and the personal identity information may be implemented by a linked list or any other applicable manner, which is not limited in the present application.

Other technical details of the exemplary apparatus shown in fig. 4 may refer to the description related to the method shown in fig. 2, and are not repeated.
According to the embodiment of the application, the WIFI probe deployed in the conference room is used for detecting the MAC address of the mobile equipment in the current conference room at the set time, and the MAC address of the mobile equipment is automatically matched with the MAC addresses of the mobile equipment of the participants, so that whether the participants reach the conference room at the set time is judged, the effect of automatically detecting the use state of the conference room is achieved, manual operation is not needed, manual operation is simplified, efficiency is high, and misjudgment rate is low.
The following describes a specific implementation process of the embodiment of the present application in an exemplary manner.
After the employee uses the mobile device to access the internal WIFI of the enterprise for the first time, the internal system (i.e., the server) of the enterprise automatically binds the identity information (e.g., account number, job number, etc.) input by the employee with the MAC address of the mobile device, and generates and stores a corresponding binding record.
A WIFI probe is deployed in each conference room inside an enterprise, and a unique device identifier of the WIFI probe is bound with a conference room identifier (for example, a conference room number), so as to generate and store a corresponding binding record.
Fig. 5 shows an exemplary implementation flow for detecting the state of an internal conference room of an enterprise based on a WIFI probe.
As shown in fig. 5, the exemplary implementation flow may include:
step S501, the reservation agent performs the operation of reserving meeting room a through an application (e.g., enterprise WeChat, web interface, etc.) installed on the mobile device, and may add the attendee, receive attendee information input by the user, the room number of the reserved meeting room, and the start time of the meeting, and submit the meeting room application to the server.
And step S502, the server inquires the mobile equipment MAC address of the participant and issues a conference message carrying the conference starting time and the mobile equipment MAC address of the participant to the WIFI probe of the conference room.
Here, the server returns a message of successful application to the mobile device after receiving the meeting room application submitted by the mobile device, and the meeting start time, the participant information (for example, identity information) and the meeting room number can be extracted from the meeting room application.
Here, the server queries, based on a conference room number carried in the conference room application, a binding record between an existing unique device identifier of the WIFI probe and a conference room identifier (for example, a conference room number), and can obtain the unique device identifier of the WIFI probe in the current conference room, thereby directly issuing a conference message to the WIFI probe.
Step S503, the WIFI probe of the conference room receives the conference message, acquires and temporarily stores the conference starting time and the mobile equipment MAC address of the participant, and sets a timing task in response to the conference message.
Step S504, the WIFI probe executes a timing task, whether the current meeting starting time is reached is judged, if yes, the step S504 is continued, and if not, the step is continued;
and step S505, the WIFI probe detects the MAC address of the mobile device in the meeting room and temporarily stores the MAC address.
Step S507, the WIFI probe matches the detected mobile equipment MAC addresses with the mobile equipment MAC addresses of the participants to judge whether the participants arrive at the conference room, if one or more MAC addresses in the detected mobile equipment MAC addresses are the same as the mobile equipment MAC addresses of the participants, the fact that the participants arrive at the conference room is indicated, and if the detected mobile equipment MAC addresses are completely different from the mobile equipment MAC addresses of the participants, the fact that the participants do not arrive at the conference room is indicated.
Step S507, when the existing participants arrive at the conference room, the WIFI probe sends a notification that the participants have arrived at the conference room to the server.
Step S508, after receiving the notification that the participant has arrived in the conference room, the server automatically signs in, updates the using state of the conference room, and sends the updated using state of the conference room to the mobile device.
In step S509, the mobile device receives the updated using state of the conference room, and displays the updated using state of the conference room in the user interface of the application program, so that the employee can check the updated using state of the conference room.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device. The electronic device may include one or more processors 61 and memory 62.
