A first detecting module 402, configured to receive, if the meeting room is in a reserved state, a person state and a detection time of the reserved meeting room sent by a detecting device, and if the detection time is a meeting start time of the reserved meeting room and the person state is nobody, set a use state of the meeting room to an idle state.
A second detecting module 404, configured to receive, if the conference room is in an unreserved state, a person state in the unreserved conference room sent by the detecting device, and if the person state is someone, set a use state of the conference room to a used state.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a reservation module, configured to acquire a conference room to be reserved; acquiring a conference form and conference time input by a reservation person based on a conference room to be reserved; and if the conference form is a formal conference and/or the conference time exceeds a preset threshold, setting the conference room to be reserved as a reserved state.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further includes a third detection module, configured to send, if the conference room is in a reserved state, the reservation information of the conference room to the detection device in the reserved conference room, so that the detection device detects, according to the conference start time in the reservation information, the staff state in the conference room in a preset time period before the conference start time.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further includes a determining module, configured to determine that the person state in the conference room is someone if the identification exists in the conference room, and determine that the person state in the conference room is nobody if the identification does not exist in the conference room.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further includes an association module, configured to send the staff state corresponding to the conference room to the data server, so that the data server stores the conference room, the reservation state of the conference room, and the staff state in an association manner.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further includes a display module, configured to obtain a use state of the conference room and a state of the conference participants, where the state of the conference participants includes identity information of the conference participants and the number of the conference participants; and sending the using state of the conference room and the states of the participants in the conference to the display equipment arranged in the conference room so as to enable the display equipment to display the using state of the conference room, the identity information of the participants in the conference and the number of the participants in the conference.
For the specific definition of the meeting room use state detection device, reference may be made to the above definition of the meeting room use state detection method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the conference room use state detection device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing meeting room usage status data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a conference room usage status detection method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor, which when executing the computer program implements the conference room usage status detection method as described above.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the conference room usage state detection method as described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A conference room use state detection method, the method comprising:
acquiring a reservation state of a conference room;
if the conference room is in a reserved state, receiving the personnel state and the detection time of the reserved conference room sent by detection equipment, and if the detection time is the conference starting time of the reserved conference room and the personnel state is unmanned, setting the use state of the conference room to be an idle state;
and if the conference room is in an unreserved state, receiving the personnel state in the unreserved conference room sent by the detection equipment, and if the personnel state is someone, setting the use state of the conference room to be a used state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the appointment status of the conference room, further comprising:
acquiring a meeting room to be reserved;
acquiring a conference form and conference time input by a reservation person based on the conference room to be reserved;
and if the conference form is a formal conference and/or the conference time exceeds a preset threshold, setting the conference room to be reserved as a reserved state.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the conference room is in the reserved state, the reservation information of the conference room is sent to the detection equipment in the reserved conference room, so that the detection equipment detects the personnel state of the conference room in a preset time period before the conference start time according to the conference start time in the reservation information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting device is configured to detect whether an identity exists in the conference room, and the identity is used to represent identity information of each conference participant;
after receiving the person status and the detection time of the reserved conference room transmitted by the detection device, or after receiving the person status in the non-reserved conference room transmitted by the detection device, the method further includes:
and if the identity identification exists in the conference room, determining that the personnel state of the conference room is a person, and if the identity identification does not exist in the conference room, determining that the personnel state of the conference room is nobody.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and sending the personnel state corresponding to the meeting room to a data server so that the data server stores the meeting room, the reservation state of the meeting room and the personnel state in a correlation manner.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the using state of the conference room and the states of conference participants, wherein the states of the conference participants comprise the identity information of the conference participants and the number of the conference participants;
and sending the using state of the conference room and the states of the conference participants to display equipment arranged in the conference room, so that the display equipment displays the using state of the conference room, the identity information of the conference participants and the number of the conference participants.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the detection device comprises: RFID reader and image detection equipment.
8. A conference room use state detection apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the reservation state of the conference room;
the first detection module is used for receiving the personnel state and the detection time of the reserved conference room sent by the detection equipment if the conference room is in the reserved state, and setting the use state of the conference room to be an idle state if the detection time is the conference starting time of the reserved conference room and the personnel state is unmanned;
and the second detection module is used for receiving the personnel state in the uncontended conference room sent by the detection equipment if the conference room is in the uncontended state, and setting the use state of the conference room to be the used state if the personnel state is someone.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
