The first detection module 402 is configured to receive, if the conference room is in a reserved state, a person state and a detection time of the reserved conference room sent by the detection device, and if the detection time is a conference start time of the reserved conference room and the person state is unmanned, set a use state of the conference room to an idle state.
And the second detection module 404 is configured to receive the personnel status in the unreserved conference room sent by the detection device if the conference room is in an unreserved state, and set the use status of the conference room to be a used status if the personnel status is someone.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further includes a reservation module, configured to acquire a conference room to be reserved; acquiring a conference form and conference duration input by reservation personnel based on a conference room to be reserved; and if the conference form is a formal conference and/or the conference duration exceeds a preset threshold, setting the conference room to be reserved as a reserved state.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further includes a third detection module, configured to send reservation information of the conference room to a detection device in the reserved conference room if the conference room is reserved, so that the detection device detects a personnel status of the conference room in a preset time period before the conference start time according to the conference start time in the reservation information.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further includes a determining module configured to determine that the personnel status of the conference room is occupied if the identity is present in the conference room, and determine that the personnel status of the conference room is unoccupied if the identity is not present in the conference room.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further includes an association module, configured to send a personnel status corresponding to the conference room to the data server, so that the data server stores the conference room, the reservation status of the conference room, and the personnel status in association.
In one embodiment, the device further includes a display module, configured to obtain a use state of the conference room and a conference participant state, where the conference participant state includes conference participant identity information and a number of conference participants; the using state of the conference room and the states of the conference participants are sent to the display equipment arranged in the conference room, so that the display equipment displays the using state of the conference room, the identity information of the conference participants and the number of the conference participants.
The specific definition of the conference room usage state detection device may be referred to as the definition of the conference room usage state detection method hereinabove, and will not be described herein. The respective modules in the above-described conference room usage state detection device may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is for storing conference room usage status data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a conference room usage status detection method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided that includes a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor that when executing the computer program implements a conference room usage status detection method as described above.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements a conference room usage status detection method as described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A conference room usage status detection method, the method comprising:
acquiring a reservation state of a conference room;
if the conference room is in a reserved state, receiving a personnel state and detection time of the reserved conference room, which are sent by detection equipment, and if the detection time is conference starting time of the reserved conference room and the personnel state is unmanned, setting a use state of the conference room to be in an idle state, and if the personnel state is occupied, acquiring conference development time, the use state and conference participant states of the conference room, wherein the conference participant states comprise conference participant identity information and the number of conference participants; the conference staff identity information is obtained according to the identity mark contained in the conference room detected by the detection equipment; transmitting meeting time, use state and meeting personnel state of a plurality of meeting rooms to a total display device, so that the total display device displays the meeting time, use state, the meeting personnel identity information and the number of meeting personnel of each meeting room;
if the conference room is in an unreserved state, receiving a personnel state in the unreserved conference room sent by the detection device, if the personnel state is a person, setting the use state of the conference room as a used state, acquiring the conference personnel states of a plurality of conference rooms, and sending the used state of the conference room and the conference personnel states to a total display device so that the total display device displays the use state of each conference room, and conference personnel identity information and the number of the conference personnel contained in the conference personnel states;
and sending the personnel state corresponding to the conference room to a data server so that the data server can store the conference room, the reservation state of the conference room and the personnel state in an associated mode.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the acquiring the reservation status of the conference room, further comprising:
acquiring a conference room to be reserved;
acquiring a conference form and conference duration input by reservation personnel based on the conference room to be reserved;
and if the conference form is a formal conference and/or the conference duration exceeds a preset threshold, setting the conference room to be reserved as a reserved state.
3. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
if the conference room is in the reserved state, the reserved information of the conference room is sent to detection equipment in the reserved conference room, so that the detection equipment detects the personnel state of the conference room in a preset time period before the conference starting time according to the conference starting time in the reserved information.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the detecting device is configured to detect whether an identity is present in the conference room, and the identity is used to characterize identity information of each conference participant;
after receiving the personnel status of the reserved conference room and the detection time sent by the detection device or after receiving the personnel status of the unreserved conference room sent by the detection device, the method further comprises the following steps:
and if the identity mark exists in the conference room, determining that the personnel state of the conference room is a person, and if the identity mark does not exist in the conference room, determining that the personnel state of the conference room is an unmanned person.
5. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and sending the personnel state corresponding to the conference room to a data server so that the data server can store the conference room, the reservation state of the conference room and the personnel state in an associated mode.
6. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the use state of the conference room and the conference staff state, wherein the conference staff state comprises conference staff identity information and the number of conference staff;
and sending the use state of the conference room and the state of the conference staff to display equipment arranged in the conference room, so that the display equipment displays the use state of the conference room, the identity information of the conference staff and the number of the conference staff.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting device comprises: an RFID reader and an image detection device.
8. A conference room usage status detection device, the device comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the reservation state of the conference room;
the first detection module is used for receiving the personnel state and the detection time of the reserved conference room sent by the detection equipment if the conference room is in the reserved state, and setting the use state of the conference room as an idle state if the detection time is the conference starting time of the reserved conference room and the personnel state is unmanned;
the conference room comprises a first detection module, a second detection module and a conference room, wherein the first detection module is used for detecting that if the personnel state is someone, the conference development time, the use state and the conference personnel state of the conference room are obtained, and the conference personnel state comprises conference personnel identity information and the number of conference personnel; the conference staff identity information is obtained according to the identity mark contained in the conference room detected by the detection equipment; transmitting meeting time, use state and meeting personnel state of a plurality of meeting rooms to a total display device, so that the total display device displays the meeting time, use state, the meeting personnel identity information and the number of meeting personnel of each meeting room;
the second detection module is used for receiving the personnel state in the unreserved conference room sent by the detection equipment if the conference room is in an unreserved state, and setting the use state of the conference room as a used state if the personnel state is someone;
the second detection module is used for detecting that if the personnel status is people, acquiring the conference personnel status of a plurality of conference rooms, and sending the used status of the conference rooms and the conference personnel status to a total display device so that the total display device displays the use status of each conference room, the identity information of the conference personnel contained in the conference personnel status and the number of the conference personnel;
further comprises:
and the association module is used for sending the personnel state corresponding to the conference room to a data server so that the data server can carry out association storage on the conference room, the reservation state of the conference room and the personnel state.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
