Abstract
The present application relates to the field of artificial intelligence, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for attendance management, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the use state of an attendance application in a standard attendance time period; if the using state of the attendance checking application is in the running state, acquiring the position information fed back by the attendance checking application; if the position information falls into the card punching area, an automatic card punching instruction is issued to the attendance checking application so as to instruct the attendance checking application to punch cards automatically; if the position information does not fall into the card punching area, an attendance abnormal approval process is established. The application can improve the convenience of attendance management.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of artificial intelligence, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for attendance management, a computer device, and a storage medium.
Background
Attendance checking and card punching means that staff performs attendance checking selection by adopting one or more of 'webpage card punching', 'fingerprint card punching' and 'mobile card punching' according to corresponding attendance checking modes; the attendance management comprises attendance data checking, attendance statistical analysis and attendance early warning monitoring.
At present, the card punching application of the mobile terminal requires staff to manually carry out card punching operation during business hours.
However, sometimes, due to the fact that staff forgets or the card punching application is abnormal in a certain time period, the phenomenon of card punching missing is caused, later manual intervention is often needed to process the abnormal attendance condition, and the workload of attendance management staff is increased.

acquiring the use state of an attendance application in a standard attendance time period;
if the using state of the attendance checking application is in the running state, acquiring the position information fed back by the attendance checking application;
if the position information falls into the card punching area, an automatic card punching instruction is issued to the attendance checking application so as to instruct the attendance checking application to punch cards automatically;

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
In the existing attendance reminding technology, the attendance reminding can be performed on the user based on an attendance application (application, APP) in a mode of attendance time point, and the user is required to manually open the attendance APP, for example: the attendance prompt notification is automatically sent to the mobile phone, the computer and other equipment of the user at the specified time of going to work, however, the time point required by the reminding mode at the time point is too limited, the reminding effect can not be achieved for the user who walks early or late, the situation of missing card punching still exists, and the attendance information can not be flexibly recorded.
As shown in fig. 1, an attendance checking application is installed on a terminal, and the terminal is connected with a background server through a network. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an attendance management method is provided, taking the application of the method to the server in fig. 1 as an example, the method includes the following steps:
s201, acquiring the use state of the attendance application in a standard attendance time period.
The application refers to an application program installed on the mobile terminal, such as an instant messaging tool, a hand tour, a payment application program and the like of the mobile terminal. An attendance application refers to an application program dedicated to attendance. The standard attendance time period in this embodiment refers to a preset on-duty time period and off-duty time period.
It can be appreciated that the background server may detect an application running state of the terminal device, i.e. a use state of the attendance checking application. Optionally, the usage state of the attendance application includes an unoperated state and an operational state; the using state also comprises a foreground running state, a background running state, and a login state and an unregistered state in the corresponding foreground running state and background running state.
Specifically, a background server generates an operation monitoring request for an attendance checking application; when the background server receives the connection success information returned by aiming at the operation monitoring request, the background server receives the attendance application operation process data submitted by the terminal according to the preset time interval, and the use state of the attendance application is judged according to the application operation process data.

Specifically, if the use state of the attendance application is in the running state, a position acquisition instruction is issued to the attendance application to receive position information fed back by the attendance application.
And S203, if the position information falls into the card punching area, an automatic card punching instruction is issued to the attendance checking application so as to instruct the attendance checking application to punch cards automatically.
The punching area refers to a preset opening range.

It can be appreciated that the historical time of punching a card in the historical time period can be a daily punching record in the past 3 months; the abnormal data in the historical card punching time comprises discrete data and error data (such as data outside a standard attendance time range), and the overtime period of the application user can be obtained by carrying out data statistics on the removed historical card punching time.

In this embodiment, by predicting the overtime period of each employee and executing the "automatic card punching mechanism" again in the overtime period, accurate statistics of overtime data of each employee can be achieved.

As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment provides an alternative way to establish an attendance anomaly approval process if the location information does not fall into the punching area, that is, a way to refine S204. The specific implementation process can comprise the following steps:

The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing data of the attendance management method. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of attendance management.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, when the processor executes the logic for establishing the attendance anomaly approval process if the location information does not fall within the card punching area, the following steps are specifically implemented: if the position information does not fall into the punching area, outputting a visual page comprising selectable approval types; according to the selection operation of the selectable approval types on the visual page, determining a target approval type; and establishing an attendance abnormal approval process according to the target approval type.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the logic of the computer program to establish the attendance abnormal approval process according to the target approval type, the following steps are specifically implemented: if the target examination and approval type is the leave-leave type, obtaining a leave-leave application record from the attendance checking application; and establishing an attendance abnormal approval process according to the leave application record.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: the method comprises the steps that when the using state of an attendance checking application is an unused state, contact information of an application user under the attendance checking application is obtained; and generating prompt information based on the contact information, and transmitting the prompt information to a terminal of the application user.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring the use state of an attendance application in a standard attendance time period;
if the using state of the attendance checking application is in the running state, acquiring the position information fed back by the attendance checking application;
if the position information falls into the card punching area, an automatic card punching instruction is issued to the attendance checking application to instruct the attendance checking application to punch cards automatically;
if the position information does not fall into the card punching area, an attendance abnormal approval process is established.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring an overtime period of an application user under an attendance application; and in the overtime period, if the position information falls into the card punching area, an automatic card punching instruction is issued again to the attendance checking application so as to instruct the attendance checking application to punch cards automatically.
In one embodiment, the logic of the computer program to obtain the overtime period of the application user under the attendance application, when executed by the processor, specifically implements the steps of: acquiring historical card punching time of an application user in a historical time period under the attendance checking application; removing abnormal data in the historical card punching time to obtain the historical card punching time after the removal processing; and determining the overtime period of the application user according to the historical card punching time after the removal processing.
In one embodiment, if the location information does not fall within the card punching area, the logic for establishing the attendance anomaly approval process is executed by the processor, and specifically implements the following steps: if the position information does not fall into the punching area, outputting a visual page comprising selectable approval types; according to the selection operation of the selectable approval types on the visual page, determining a target approval type; and establishing an attendance abnormal approval process according to the target approval type.

In one embodiment, a computer program product is provided comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring the use state of an attendance application in a standard attendance time period;
if the using state of the attendance checking application is in the running state, acquiring the position information fed back by the attendance checking application;
if the position information falls into the card punching area, an automatic card punching instruction is issued to the attendance checking application to instruct the attendance checking application to punch cards automatically;
if the position information does not fall into the card punching area, an attendance abnormal approval process is established.

The user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of the application should be assessed as that of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An attendance management method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring the use state of an attendance application in a standard attendance time period;
if the using state of the attendance checking application is in the running state, acquiring the position information fed back by the attendance checking application;
if the position information falls into the card punching area, an automatic card punching instruction is issued to the attendance checking application so as to instruct the attendance checking application to punch cards automatically;
if the position information does not fall into the card punching area, an attendance abnormal approval process is established.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the issuing of the automatic punch instruction to the attendance application instructs the attendance application to automatically punch the card, the method further comprising:
acquiring an overtime period of an application user under the attendance application;
and in the overtime period, if the position information falls into the card punching area, the automatic card punching instruction is issued again to the attendance checking application so as to instruct the attendance checking application to punch cards automatically.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining the overtime period of the application user under the attendance application comprises:
acquiring historical card punching time of an application user in a historical time period under the attendance checking application;
removing abnormal data in the historical card punching time to obtain the historical card punching time after the removal processing;
and determining the overtime period of the application user according to the historical card punching time after the removal processing.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein if the location information does not fall within the punch area, establishing an attendance anomaly approval process comprises:
if the position information does not fall into the punching area, outputting a visual page comprising selectable approval types;
determining a target approval type according to the selection operation of the selectable approval type on the visual page;
and establishing an attendance abnormal approval process according to the target approval type.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the establishing an attendance exception approval process according to the target approval type comprises:
if the target approval type is the leave-request type, obtaining a leave-request application record from the attendance checking application;
and establishing an attendance abnormal approval process according to the leave application record.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps that if the using state of the attendance checking application is an unused state, contact information of an application user under the attendance checking application is obtained;
and generating prompt information based on the contact information, and transmitting the prompt information to the terminal of the application user.
7. An attendance management device, the device comprising:
the state detection module is used for acquiring the use state of the attendance application in the standard attendance time period;
the position feedback module is used for acquiring the position information fed back by the attendance application if the use state of the attendance application is in the running state;
the automatic card punching module is used for issuing an automatic card punching instruction to the attendance checking application to instruct the attendance checking application to punch cards automatically if the position information falls into a card punching area;
and the approval construction module is used for establishing an attendance abnormal approval process if the position information does not fall into the card punching area.
8. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
9. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
